Lightroom Oct 2023 (7.0) brings point color settings. However, when used in a mask, it is completely ignored by Copy/Paste slider settings.   Steps to reproduce: 1. For two photos, create a mask each, and mess around with the point color panel (maybe mess around with the other sliders too) 2. Copy slider settings from the mask from the first photo 3. Paste slider settings onto the mask on the second photo 4. Hello,   I am running Lightroom Mobile v9.0 (latest version) on IpadOS. The Show/Hide Compatible Presets Option is not working. Pressing/Toggling it does nothing. It is also missing the option to Manage Camera Profiles to toggle on/off certain camera profiles. Both options are present and working in all other Lightroom versions, including Lightroom Mobile on Android.   Thank you.

Hello. After the last update of Lightroom on iPad, the "Y" key stopped working to display before/after. Just touching and holding your finger works. What do you advise me to do?

When using Lightroom on iPad I get a gray square evertime I use the heal tool.  It's not happening on my phone, only on iPad.  Please help; this tool used to work just fine.

After editing my video in Lightroom on my mobile, when I export it the saved video appears zoomed in for some odd reason.   any help is appreciated 

Is there any way to measure Lab values or RGB values (or any values at all?!?) in Lightroom Mobile for iPad? There seems to be no color sampler tool for doing that. Is there some other way, or workaround, or trick, that I haven't yet thought of? I do nearly all my raw processing in Camera Raw for MacOS, and I rely heavily on the color sampler tool in that app in order to, for example, measure the Lab values of ColorChecker patches, gray cards, seamless backdrop paper, etcetera. It's so fundamental to any workflow requiring objective values that I'm astonished to learn that it seems absent from Lightroom Mobile for iPad. Thanks, Mark

technical issue in light room  

Lightroom won't sync on my PC so it won't let me edit over the original RAW image, It won't let me use Enhance, Edit in Photoshop or export options because it "cannot downlad the original CR2 image". Thst's nosense because everything is editable and the Smart preview is editable.

I've been trying to batch edit photos in Lightroom CC (2023) and also Lightroom Classic. Neither program will let me copy edit settings and apply to multiple images at once. It will only let me copy settings to one image at a time. Using CTRL+C/CTRL+V only applies to the first image in a selected group, ignoring the remaning images. Is this seriously not a function in Lightroom anymore? Several posts here imply that this feature was at one time added to LRCC and LRC. It simply won't work. No setting in preferences allows me to change this. What's the deal?

Hey, I'm MX YT today I'm here to share some ideas 💡  please make the app so that the basic features are available for free for people who are using it for one time usePlease allow us to put photos on top of photos and also use green screen or in other words can remove the background you can also include an AI Background remover for time saving and if the photo doesn't have green screen  

M1 Pro MBP on 14.1.2 with LR (cloud) ver 7.   Colorchecker 2.3.0 Used in the past (profiles imported and used) Under Profiles it shows only Adobe color adobe mono adobe raw legacy artistic B&W Modern Vintage - NO "profiles". Attempts to import RX1-20231205 (name of file) - imports but shows nowhere.  When restarted and attempted again - get he dialogue box saying its already in there... Previoulsly I had several saved to favorites - but they are also missing. No option under manage to show anything more. Thanx in advance for any help.

I have been having a unusual problem since Sunday with referring to my Lightroom mobile app. I was on the phone with Adobe for 2 hours this morning trying to figure out this problem and it hasn't been resolved so I want to ask has anybody else come across this problem.  So since Sunday any photos that I upload that sync from the computer version of Lightroom to the mobile app those photos are on a continuous loading cycle and I am on able to edit because of that but photos that I've uploaded previously before Sunday I can edit and I am able to edit photos on my slow and old computer. Also when I edit those photos on my computer the edits get transferred to the mobile app and I see them but I can't get past the loading process. I attached a photo showing that the circle in the middle never stops going. So if you have come across this problem before please let me know how you fixed it.

Version of the app - Lightroom Mobile version 7.4.1 Platform and OS version - Android 12 Basic steps to reproduce the problem - Select a photo, select Share To, select Flickr, click Upload in the Flickr popup, then it returns to the photo (as it normally does i.e. I see no error message) Expected result and actual result - photo should share to Flickr. It doesn't.   I have tried Flickr support but I just get told to send in screenshots of the problem and there are no error messages or anything out of the ordinary. So there is no support from Flickr. I click upload and it just doesn't what it normally does which is return to the photo.   I have tried on both an LG G7 phone and a Samsung Tab S7 Plus.   Please help.   Many thanks.   p.s. If this isn't fixable is there an alternative to Flickr anyone could recommend? I have Instagram, but only use occasionally as it destroys the quality imo. iPad OS Storage issues. I noticed how, Lightroom on iPad takes up more and more of my local storage on iOS, on average 15-20gb. Interestingly, this is the same regardless whether I have 10 or 100 RAW file in my Lightroom library for editing.When I check my local on cloud space I can see that there is barely anything used, and the application itself is supposed to only take up around 250mb. Deleting the app, force quitting, and force restarting the iPad do not fix the issue so wondering if anyone else has seen this on their iPad. My iPad is only 1 year old and running the latest OS. any help or sharing of experience would be appreciated!

Previously, using Lightroom Classic, I could insert my SD card into it's USB reader, under the Import Command.  It would then import the photos and allow me to automatically insert them on a particular drive on my HDD, and under a certain folder structure (eg 2023) and would then insert the photos, in a folder like 2023-08-12   And any subsequent imports on different dates would be included in this same location as a seperate folder.Now, using Lightroom, I can not find a way to replicate this.  It will allow me to point it to the 2023 folder, but will insert the photos straight into that folder, rather than create a date specific folder as a sub-folder in that main 2023 folder.

Hello, I purchased CC premium a while ago which I'm pretty sure comes with light room mobile, when I realized I was still paying for LR mobile on my phone as well as cc I canceled my payments for LR mobile. Even though I currently have CC premium and are logged in on the same account it still says subscription expired even after trying to restore purchases.

Hard to read the LR editing panel on Macbood Pro . Is there a way to increase panel brightness /contrast.?

Hello!  I've just wiped my computer to make place and now when I try to reinstall and access my Lightroom again by pressing the "Restore Purchase" it says Error code 302 and that it can't find that I have any payment plan.  someone who knows what to do? I'm paying every month and it has worked up until I decided to reinstall my whole computer 🫣

Longtime LrC (Windows) user and now trying Lightroom 7 using the local option. I can see thumbnails for folders containing images but if I look at the parent folder I see nothing - it also means I cannot search on keywords at the parent folder level. Within LrC there is a Library option to include sub- folders but I cannot for the life of me fathom how to solve this - hopefully I'm just missing something obvious and if anyone could point me in the right direction I'd be most grateful.

So I downloaded Adobe Lightroom from the App Store on my Mac and I want to change it to adobe creative cloud. I waited unitl the subscription from the app store was expired so that I can then switch my plan on the adobe website... However, the problem is that Adobe still thinks I'm subscribed to Lightroom through the App Store which isn't true because it expired Feburary 4th (currently the 7th). Now, I can't change my plan to the creative cloud bundle because adobe still thinks I'm subscirbed to just one of their apps. Is there a way to fix this? Should I just call Adobe Support on the next business day?

I feel like a fool, and probably why i never used Lightroom or photoshop. i just signed up for the 1Tb Lightroom subscription last week.  I somehow sucessfully migrated 60,000 photos from Apple photo. Now what do i do ?  i dont see the same home screen that shows Library and Develop, etc. can anyone help me get to a starting point ?
