Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I purchased the Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription (in-app purchase) but app says my subscription is expired and I don’t have access to creative cloud storage or selective gradients. When I try to renew subscription app says I’m already subscribed.I have contacted Adobe via live chat and they said it was an iTunes billing issue as they have not received payment for my subscription but they seemed to not know much about the service as they kept offering that I subscribe to the Lightroom $9.99/month plan for desktop. I then contacted Apple and they assured me that it is an issue on the developers end.I have been dealing with this issue for several weeks with no resolution. It is very frustrating because it worked perfectly the first month of my subscription but after the auto renewal I began to have these issues. Since then I cancelled my subscription and re-subscribed and the issue still exists. Please help

I have not had this problem before. I am running Lightroom on a PC with Windows 11 but as the edit function is inoperative I cannot use it at all at the moment! Thanks for any help you can give me.Val Perrin (M)

After applying edits the "original" photo is overwritten. On browser version I can still se the original photo.I see it happened when I save edit as a preset and then applying it, after that the original photo is lost.

The filter Auto+Retro does not work on the latest Lightroom mobile version.

Whitebalance cannot be used: After I open Lightroom I can adjust the Temperature for one picture only. If I go to the next picture, I cannot adjust the temperature anymore. I have to close Lightroom and open it again.And then again for the next picture. 

Hello there, I'm working in Lightroom 8.2 in Windows 11. I primarily work in Premiere since I mostly do video work. In Premiere, you can go to edit -> keyboard shortcuts, and you can view and customize keyboard shortcuts and commnads. I am getting into some real estate photography, and I am trying to use Lightroom to combine the bracketed photos and edit them, but going from Premiere to Lightroom, it seems like none of the basic keyboard shortcuts are the same. Everything I am finding "help" for is for Lightroom Classic which I am not using. I'm using just the regular, ole Lightroom V8.2. According to Google, you can change the shortcuts in regular Lightroom, but not Lightroom classic, but I cannot find where it is to save my life to actually change it. I can't even find anywhere in Lightroom where it would tell me what the shortcuts are. I have an Nvidia RTX 3090 in my computer. My drivers are up-to-date, and Lightroom is incredibly slow. It takes 2-4 seconds to transition from one photo to another. Not to mention editing a photo.

Contrary to the documentation there is no way to export HDR jpgs on a Pixel 9 (nor the new Pixel 10 pro) Only Avif has the option.  You do mention it requires Android 14... which is strange considering the Pixel 9 was updated to Android 15 with in weeks of its launch last year.... Now every modern phone is on 16. Eitherway avif hdr export has been/is supported on android 15/16 but jpg hdr export is not. https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/using/hdr-android.html  

Occasionally + seemingly at random, when import dng to Lr on iPhone, all color moves to a different location within image, leaving original location grayscale. No settings or presets applied, happens with default loading of imported dng. Does not happen with all dng’s. See image for reference. 

Perhaps this is incorrect, but my understanding is that Generative Upscale is a process that occurs “in the cloud”, not on my computer, hence the use of Generative Credits. This may well be why GU is not available using Lightroom Classic. However, if it is the case, where processing occurs in the cloud, why wouldn't GU be available in the iPad version of Lightroom?I’ve read the answers provided by Adobe’s AI help, but they are rather vague, even cryptic in their choice of language.

I have a shared album and I add pictures to it time to time. I set the default sorting to date taken. When I add new pictures, it will be added to the end instead of the beginning. I can change and fix that on the desktop app in a hidden way, but can't on mobile. This is a long time issue now.

I have been having issue trying to import .dng presets into Lightroom CC Version 9, I have checked computer permission, tried to copy the presets directly to folder, tried regular import. Any thoughts Thanks!

I have gotten my photo featured in Lightroom Community yesterday but I noticed it doesn’t show up in the Featured Catalogue. I still see the featured badge in my profile, so I just wanted to confirm is it a bug or my photo actually get removed.My photo is here.

When I try to sync settings to multiple images with the Beta profile on my Sony A7V images, the profile does not sync. When I do it one image at a time, it will sync the profile. However, more often than not, when I click on the image again, it has reverted back to Adobe Standard, leaving my images looking like hot garbage. The Beta profile looks decent enough, but this bug is destroying my workflow.I am using Lightroom Classic. After updating to Camera RAW 18.2.3, the recommended presets in Lightroom 9.2 no longer appear.Win11 (Japanese Ver.)

It would be interesting if they released tools like color curves and profiles, and somehow made those tools available for free. The effects could even create a glow in video editing.
