Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hi, I'm trying to export all of my originals, about 10,000 images in my Lightroom library. I've tried many times but Lightroom consistently fails to complete the export for one reason or the other. I do a Select All > Export on all photos or even just a large album and after a while it fails to complete. I am exporting to a local hard drive and have the latest Lightroom version and macOS version on my Mac mini desktop. I've also tried accessing my library via Creative Cloud but it does not show up there. Thank you. 

Tonight its not able to export a silly little photo, that cant be even 5mb. Internet is working great on other websites and apps. This is such a creative-flow killer. I just want to turn of my computer. Adobe is always *** in one way or the other. Its stupidly expensive, and the roll out tech like its silly, yet their basic functions are amateur at best. Even this bug report is bugged. I understand there will be snags, but why put out broken software out there and charge for it? [Removed profanity]

Dear Lightroom Cecosystem (Cloud-based) Community, I am baffled by a current need and thought that perhaps someone here could help. I have an external HD with hundreds of folders, each corresponding to different events. Each folder contains many image files for each event indicated by the folder: For example:*External HD**Event 1 (folder)***Event 1 (image files)**Event 2 (folder)***Event 2 (image files)**Event 3 (folder)***Event 3 (image files) I'd like to find a method by which to quickly create Albums in Adobe Lightroom (currently using v9.1) that correspond to the folder names in my HD. Without this, I have to create each album manually and import the images into each newly created album. This is extremely time intensive and it seems like there should be an easier way to migrate a folder/image structure on an external HD to the folder/album/image structure in Adobe Lightroom.  I've done a bunch of research but can't seem to find a solution. Hi all, I am not a pro. I cannot update anymore some apps of my Creative Cloud because my system is "not compatible" (mainly Lightroom classic and Ligthroom for could). My computer is no more compatible with more recent versions of mac OS. I use a 27" iMac, quite powerful for my personal use (48 Go RAM). I bought it in 2017, and run Ventura 13.7.8. I do not intend to replace it; it works flawlessly, and is still faster than more modern computers for stacking astrophotos. Would the unability to update infringe my possibility to keep using the version of LR I am still able to run in the future ? Best regards,Stef.   

I tried to solve the problem now for several hours and am tiered of not getting any solutions.  Lightroom just crashes on startup with the EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION and basically says he cannot work with my gpus, because i have an rtx 4060 and i9 with uhd graphics build in. I asked AI first to help fix the issue but I did everything he told me to and still nothing is working. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall drivers, the program, creative cloud. Disabled the intel gpu, deleted cache and reset preferences and restarted my computer several times, checked my system files. I hope someone can help me and my pc runs windows 11 btw. And if someone can tell me where to find crashlog files and not only the crashlog in the moment it crashes I can also post the crashlog here.

Hi.My memory card got corrupted and I can't access it via android.My lightroom mobile app was moved to it since I was running out of internal storage.I've used up my 40GB quota so I wasn't able to sync new albums to the cloud.Thing is that I can see memory card and all of its files on my PC so my question is can I somehow move files from memory card back into internal storage so that my Lightroom Mobile app can work again with all of its files restored since I plan on upgrading my plan so that I can sync it all up in the future.Is it possible to restore app back into internal storage of my android phone?

I have a catalog of 50,000+ old (but still need to be retained) photos that I would like to tag as such so they don't get accidentally used inappropriately in new promotional efforts. But Lightroom cloud will only let me add a tag to 5,000 at once. Is there a way around this to get all 50k+ tagged at once? It's incredibly tedious to tag the first 5l, then try to find where the next 5k group begins.

Ok so I'm having an issue when I try to crop images in Lightroom (Not LRc). It's not smooth, in fact it's almost unusable.My PC specs are as follows:64GB RAMi7 ProcessorRTX 5080 16Gb2.5 Tb disk spaceLightroom also seems to want to continully download the presets, even my own!I've tried turning the GPU accelleration off but no difference between off and Full accelleration.I really need this to work properly. I've even tried reducing the size of Lightroom on the screen but that makes no difference either. Other ai processor/GPU intensive apps work just fine.All help appreciated.

I am have a serious issue with Lightroom on my mobile device. All the preset collections that I previously created or saved from the community have disappeared, and I am also unable to see my previously edited photos. This issue happened after an update that I was prompted to do on 11th December. After going back into the app after the update, everything had disappeared.  Details:Device: Samsung S21 FELightroom Version: 11.1.1Problem:All my custom presets and preset collections are missing. Previously edited photos are not visible in the app. The issue occurred after the last update done in the app on 11th December 2025.Already done: I have checked the recycle bin and all folders and sections within the app, but nothing has reappeared. I have spent a lot of time creating these presets, and I use them for my work and photography. How can I add the presets I bought to Lightroom Desktop and Mobile?  The desktop files are XMP files. The mobile ones are DNG files. When I try to upload them into presets, Lightroom doesn't see them...  There is no Lightroom customer service or anything, so I'm not sure how to get help. 

Can you install topaz as a plug in in the Lightroom version, not classic. 

I have been auto importing photos from the phone camera to Lightroom Mobile, but lately, I get the notice that 2 photos failed to import. But how do you find out which photos it is that have failed to import?

Hello! Can someone tell me why the intellectual removal instrument works better on the mobile phone rather than on the laptop? I mean that on the phone the surface after the removal is clean and looks untouched. The removal on the computer works bad. You can easily notice that the sufrace is unnatural after the AI elimination of a spot, for exemple. Can't understand. Help please. I've attached an exemple of the unsuccessful removal (original photo and removal) and you can see this in the left corner.

Hi, Folks,I have my most cherished images beautifully organized into folders I created in Lightroom Cloud, so that I have access to them from my phone wherever I am.  It works perfectly.  People are always amazed when they say something like, "...what did the house look like that you lived in in 2002..." and I can produce photos of it on my phone in about 2 minutes. Not to be morose, I am almost 80 and want to make sure my heirs will have easy access to this folder structure and the images with all their edits.  I don't want them to have to go through some process to figure out anything in Lightroom CC, etc.  I just want the folders and full-size (not preview) images available on an external HD that's connected to my Windows 11 PC.  I would also like any new folders or images I add to Lightroom CC Cloud later to sync to this external HD.   I googled all this, but the answers were confusing.  Some said to use Archive (which I was to

After the recent update on Lightroom, my GPU just pegged 100% while previous update did not have this issues. Makes masking troublesome

For some reason there is a problem exporting lower resolution images from full size RAW's. When i choose custom resolution, for example 5500pix longer edge, the export just hangs on the first image. When exporting with "maximum available dimentions" the export goes just fine. All updates have been made and no errors appear.   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

My Graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 3060.My PC OS is Windows 11. I installed Adobe Lightroom via Adobe Creative Cloud. After the installation was finished, I tried to open the program, but an error window popped up saying: "Unable to initialize Camera Raw {"errorcode":7,"message":"an unexpected exception occurred"}". How can I fix it?
