Error messages constantly when trying to upload a remix. App being deleted  

Hey, I'm missing all the folders, albums. Unable to import or open any photo. Importing new photos doesn't work. I click on icon for adding a new ones, selecting photo and then clicking "add" yet nothing happens. Tried clearing cache, all data. Reinstalling. Tried older versions of the app. Nothing helps. Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Lightroom Mobile edit function are missing on my android phone They appeared at some time in the recent past. Now gone

I recently purchased Cloud storage 1TB but all my app across mobile (Samsung phone, Iphone and Ipad) and Lightroom classic cant exceed 100GB limit. I have Creative Cloud Files Storage 1 TB, Lightroom Mobile and Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB. I tried log in via lightroom.adobe.com and checked sync progress but i dont have any issue. I tried to log out and log in back but still can't solve the problem Can anyone help. Thank you  

I transfered all data from my old iPhone to a new one, including all apps. When I tried to open Lightroom, it asked which Email I'd like to use (I have a few) and I chose the one where it told me it found a subscription. But after logging in, my old data wasn't there and no subscription. It was impossible to get that pop up again where it asked which email, even after reinstalling. My guess is that the subscription must have happened on the Apple ID, not the email it found. So I cancelled the old subscription in the App store and tried to make a new one on the chosen mail, but it always says error. Thanks for help 

Hello, to add photos to Lightroom I was able to choose from all the photos on my Iphone. By mistake I changed something and now I can only add photos from my camera roll. Anyone can help on how to fix this so Lightroom can also see photos from my eg Recents album on Iphone.. thx

The Remove function under Healing can be a very powerfull tool as are Healing and Clone.  Each have there place and I use then extensively.     They are, however, a workflow nightmare.   Some are little things and others are anoiying but can be worked around, e.g., removing something after a mask has been applied and thus having to recreate the mask to suppor the new removed background items.    An item I do not see discussed is the problematic copy setting workflow that results when copying settings to multiple photos with Healing turned on.   If any objects are removed  and/or multiple healing/clone items have been applied, the "paste" into a new photo will likely create lots of rework, undoing all the old "healings" and then redoing them.    Its understandable the "Remove" behaves a little differently given what it is doing, however, the workflow could definately be improved as could the general workflow associate

Hi,  I have just received a new laptop and are installing my Adobe tools Photoshop, LRc and LR.  LR seems ot install and the creative cloud app reports that it is installed, but it doesn't open and I cannot find in the application folder.  Anyone that has experienced the same?   I'm using and Macbook Air M2  Eirik  

Hi! I edited a photo in Lightroom on my PC. I then downloaded it on my phone through the Lightroom app.Now, when I open the photo on my PC the settings are gone - it shows the original photo. When I click on the "edit" icon this message pops up:"This photo is missing updated settings from another client that need to be downloaded before it can be edited. If you would like to edit the image imediately you can reset all settings."When I hoover the mousepointer over the cloud-icon it says "synced and backed up"On the app on my phone, the image is edited.How do I recover the edited image on my PC?(In the app on my phone it also says that everything is synced and backed up)

Hello,Am trying to export photos from Lightroom CC, with edits and all metadata, including location coordinates. I have tried multiple modes, and am not successful on the location front. Have tried: - using Lightroom Downloader: it exports original pictures, when i've edited them it creates a copy of the original with the name 'originalxxx-edited', and in none of the version there's GPS coordinates; - exporting the file with the export function: i thought 'original + settings' would add the original and all metadata. In fact, exports all the related metadata (ex. tags, picture title, etc.) but no coordinates. Tried also with JPG and TIFF, same result. Note: if i upload a picture which already has coordinates, when i export it (with both methods above) the coordinates are exported. But if i import a picture without coordinates, add them in LR CC and then export it, no coordinates. In other words the export process does handle them, only if they were already there. It's li

The best editing on an iPad where raw files have been copied directly to the iPad occurs before the full sized images have synced and are removed from the iPad.  If I keep the iPad offline, all is good, but who lives offline?I assume this work the same way on all mobile?  I'd like to be able to make it through initial culling without having to wait for full size images to download back to the machine, please!

Hi, I've just purchased Lightroom 2023 (not classic) and was wondering if there are any courses in the UK for it - online i mean? I have a book for LRC from 2018 and the screens and options just aren't the same as the ordinary Lightroom 2023. Thanks

Hi, I am using Lightroom on my iPad. I want to import images from my GoPro (USB-C via USB-C). Unfortunately, Ligthroom only imports the .jpg file, but not the .dng file. The .dng file is not even displayed. BUT both are deleted when you tap delete. How can I fix this so that Ligthroom imports the .dng file? Thank you! Philip

When I import my photos from my iphone 14 on lightroom classic 2020, the pictures arrive but become much darker... I didn't have this problem with my pictures coming from a nikon in Raw files. How to fix this problem?

Buenas tardes, comunidad.  Nuevamente tengo un incoveniente con Lightroom, pues al querer utilizarlo, me sale un cuadro de diálogo que dice lo siguiente: La suscripción ha finalizado: Renueve hoy mismo. No obstante, la página de Adobe me marca que mi plan está activo, además mi corte es un unos cuantos días. Es la segunda vez que me pasa y entorpece mi ritmo de trabajo. I shoot large DNG raw files on a Leica Q2, import them to Lightroom on my iPad via an SD card reader USB-C adapter, edit them, then export them as the highest quality JPGs possible, at 100%.  The images are smaller in size when exported to camera roll or shared to a shared album, and are larger when "exported as" and then saved to files.  I would like to have the images at maximum size be able to be saved directly to camera roll, not just files.   I conducted several tests using the identical source DNG image from Lightroom.  When I choose "export as" and select 100%, sRBG, and save to files, the image is 20mb.  When I choose "export as" and select 100%, sRBG, and save to shared album, the image is 7mb.  When I choose "export as" and select 100%, sRBG, and "save image" (presumably meaning saving to camera roll), the image is 7mb.  When I choose "export to camera roll" the image is 7mb.  When I choose "share to" and select "add to s

I have all my photos in Google Photos. I recently downloaded the Lightroom app to have more editing options. However, when I'm in Lightroom and want to add photos from Google Photos, Lightroom only shows me a small fraction of all my Google Photos, and they're pretty random at that. Why can't I view all my Google Photos from Lighthouse? Is there a way to do that? Or do I have to send photos from GPhotos straight to Lighthouse? 

Hi all, I have changed locations and the only way I can update my payment info (UK now, was US) is to cancel my active Lightroom subscription and take out a new one. Pretty infuriating, but that's where we are.  I have albums and all sorts of storage set up in my Lightroom - is there any way I can export everything and retain these? I know I can get hold of the files, but I am worried about needing to re-categorize all the images. Has anyone gone through this process before, or does anyone know a smart solution?This is the cloud-based Lightroom product, for the avoidance of doubt.  Many thanks in advance, John

Hello, whizkids, I have LR for mobile on my Chromebook and I guess I had set it up to automatically load any images it found on the device.  Because I was on a big trip, it went and grabbed more than 5000 photos and that didn't work for me; I wanted to be more selective about which photos to edit.  Foolishly, I now realise, I deleted the LR Library.  I imagined I could then go and upload the photos I wanted to edit, but... Now LR doesn't show my any of my device folders.  It's a total disconnect and I don't know what to do next.  Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hallo, ich habe das Problem das es meine bearbeiteten Fotos in Photoshop nicht automatisch wieder nach Lightroom sendet. Warum? Ich mache alles wie beschrieben in Lightroom klicke ich ein Foto an und wähle dann "in Photoshop bearbeiten" aus. Danach lädt es das Foto nach Photoshop und ich mache da einige Bearbeitungen und gehe dann auf Datei -> Speichern. Soweit so gut, nun heißt es ja das das Bild wieder mit der Bearbeitung aus Photoshop in Lightroom erscheinen soll neben dem Orginal. Dies ist allerdings bei mir nicht der Fall. Kann mir jemand verraten warum? Synchronisation und alles ist angestellt. Gibt es außerdem irgendeine Möglichkeit das Foto direkt an Lightroom zu senden von Photoshop aus oder dann nur über abspeichern und wieder neu hinzufügen ? Schon einmal vielen Dank für alle Antworten.
