Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I am having an issue with not seeing "File > Open Catalog." Below is a screenshot showing you what I am seeing. I am trying to restore from a previous catalog.What am I missing?

I subscribed to the Adobe plan and when I canceled the plan, the presets I had before subscribing to the plan were gone. How can I reverse this?

I have a massive problem that I want to complain to Adobe about. This is the second time I have had this happen. Due to Lightroom mobile updating on my phone it defaults to syncing with Apple Photos without my permission. This has resulted in 10,000 personal photos being uploaded to Adobe servers without my permission. It has also meant that these photos are impossible to delete without affecting the 50 Lightroom classic albums that are synced from my desktop as the photos are all mixed together. I am beyond irritated as adobe support tells me there is no other way to delete them except to go through each and every one of the photos. A near enough impossible task. I hope someone from adobe is taking notice of this as I cannot find a way of complaining. Surely this is illegal and a breach of privacy?

I've put a preset on a video in LR. It looks great. When I save the video to my device (am I phone) the preset doesn't save. Instead the saturation is red and completely off. This is the second time it's happened to me. Spent 1.5hr on the phone with LR support the first time. They said it was a glitch and I couldn't use that video. Well it's happened again. Very disappointing. Any suggestions to fix would be appreciated.

Hi! I’m a recent convert from Lightroom 6 to Lightroom CC and am having problems exporting images that I have made a duplicate of. When I edit a gallery I was accustomed to “creating a virtual copy” to make copies and creating black and white images from my colored edits. From my research I’ve found that ‘virtual copies’ no longer exist and now are just ‘duplicates’ (because CC charges for image storage).   The problem I’m having: when I export a full gallery it will not export the duplicated file nor the original file and gives me a “this file is not found” error. BUT when I choose only the original and duplicate file (and not in a batch) it will export them!! This is driving me nuts!! Anyone have any ideas or tips???

I'm confused and would appreciate help on the following:my Lightroom CC directory on Windows is 100GByte. Cloud usage is some 89.3GBI synch this to my 512GByte iPad Pro 12.9 with iPad OS 16.5 and configure to download full copies. I also switch all albums to store locally.Consequently, LR reports under App Settings /  Local Storage for Locally stored copies 101.7GB.Additionally, Cache files make up for 7.2GByte and Free is reported as 415.7GByte - so the total overshoots the available storage on the iPad by 12GByte - before accounting for other stuff on the iPad.in iPad Settings / General / iPad storage I find 96.3 GB of 512 GB used, which would explain the 415.7GB. But Lightroom is reported to consume 36.74GB only.This obviously leads to the question where are my locally stored copies - there is an un-explained difference between 101.7GB reported used by LR and 36.7GB reported used by iPad OS.I haven't found obvious miss

Hi! My Lightroom app is taking up 80 GB of space on my phone, even without pictures being uploaded to edit to the app. I have tried clearing my cache (which I went step by step and it didn't give me the option) and clearing my trash. Neither of these work. I barely have any apps on my phone and constantly have to delete things every time I edit. Please help!

Hi, I'm using Lightroom Classic 12.3 (i.e. currently latest version) and I'm mixing it with Lightroom Mobile on iPad and iPhone and Mac Mini.My issue is synchronising apparently "in sync" but in reality not in sync.This week I've been visiting family. I took the iPad and iPhone. I took photos on the iPhone (running Lightroom Mobile 8.3.2 1CBD04/36 and added them to an album. As I type this there are 164 photos in the album taken over three days sitting on the iPhone. They're a mix of RAW and HEIC (mainly RAW). I start with the Lightroom Mobile on the iPhone telling me it was all synced to the cloud. I've got home and turned on the PC with Lightroom Classic on it. Initially it said it was synchronised. I closed the program and re-opned it. It said the same. I paused and re-started synchronisation. No change.Then, suddenly, it sprang into life. It said it was synchronising photos: 2 of them. It did some more. In dribs and drabs they came in - but the Collection didn't appe

max user who uses Apple Card reader San disc SD. for the past year when I go to add photos it opens and shows what's on the card no issues.  Now it says no images that can be imported were found.  I don't get it.  I can add photos to folder on desk top and open with Lightroom.  Why doesn't the direct to Lightroom import work anymore. 

Hi everyone, I purchase the yearly light room package on 02 June 2023, it's now 25 June 2023. I'm able to work on my picture on my phone but on my pc it keeps asking me if I want to start the free trial. I have already paid the monthly fee and unable to get my pc to work. Can someone PLEASE help.  

I'm using various masks (e.g. brush to dodge and burn.) to make local adjustments but moving the sliders is impacting the image globally. What am I doing wrong?

Mein freigegebenes Album wird nicht mehr unter Alben angezeigt. Auch nicht unter dem Reiter "freigegeben", wo finde ich das wieder? 

Has anyone had any problems with uploading since the update? Half my gallery uploaded and the other half just says "upload failed".  The photos are uploaded as JPEG Ive tried changing this as well tho and nothings changed. I've logged out and logged back in and nothing has changed. Any ideas on how to solve this? its not a matter of a lack of storage.

 Does anyone have the same issue where you open Lightroom and try to click the button to renew it and it says you renewed but then you click okay you still can't edit your photos or even access Lightroom's features?

Wo sehe ich, welche Fotos in der Cloud sind? Where can I see which photos are stored in the cloud and consume storage? In an earlier version, these photos could be filtered when accessing lightroom.adobe.com

One of the most awkward platforms so user unfriendly ! No help section either - why am I even bothering to pay for this ??? 

Hallo Community,jedes mal wenn ich ein Bild scanne startet automatisch Ligthroom (Version 6.4 & Windows 11), ich habe alle Hinweise, die ich im Web gefunden habe schon probiert, um dies zu deaktivieren:automatische Wiedergabe in Windows deaktiviertautomatischen Start von Creative Cloud bei Anmeldung deaktiviertmanuell alle Tasks, die ich mit Adobe in Verbindung bringen konnte, deaktiviertin Lightroom unter Bearbeiten/Importieren gab es wohl mal Möglichkeiten, aber die habe ich nichtEigentlich kann das doch nicht so schwer sein aber ich bin am verzweifeln und kurz davor den ganzen "Sch****" zu deinstallieren. Hat jemand einen Tipp?

Beim Abspeichern von Bearbeitungen von Fotodateien sind plötzlich sowohl die Bearbeitungen sowie auch die Original-Fotodateien gelöscht. Ich vermute, dass ich versehentlich eine entsprechende Tastenkombination beim Speichern eingebe. Nachdem mir das schon dreimal passiert ist, hoffe ich darauf, dass jemand aus der Community das Problem kennt und mir einen hilfreichen Tipp gebem kann.Rainer 

When I want to mark only the subject in the mask, it covers the area around the subject and not the subject itself as it should, it is not precise and the masks are useless to me, please solve my problem as soon as possible!!
