I use presets as an editing tool, I apply the one preset to the entire album and then go back through and manually edit it to get the right tones of coloring. I started editing an album last night and my preset looked normal. I got back on Lightroom mobile today and the coloring of my photos is absolutely horrible. I am beyond frustrated. I don't know if it's a bug or what but I have never ran into this issue while using this preset. I use the same preset with every album.. PLEASE HELP

I upgraded my PhotoPlan with 1TB to Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB and added Creative Could Files Storage 1TB.  Now lightroom tells me I don't have enough storage as it is looking at the 100GB and not at the 1TB. I've logged out of Creative Cloud, Uninstalled, Reinstalled etc. but nothing is working. Any help appreciated. Demian Lightroom 6.3.1Lightroom Classic 12.3Lightroom WebmacOS 13.3.1

Lightroom for iPad 8.3.1iPad OS Version 16ipad 8Hello, i have a Nikon Zfc with which I shoot in RAW format.i have imported my shots on the iPad using SnapBridge but when I try to edit the picture on Lightroom for iPad, they are all in Black&white. No problems with jpeg format. No problem with editing on iPhone.the problem seems to be related only to the iPad version.did anyone experience this?is there any fix?

HiQuick question - I tried to use the Denoise function in LR on an image.  After processing for more than 10 minutes it showed it had completed but no new DNG was produced to be used in further edits.  Is there something I am doing incorrectly?  Do I specify DNG location.  Exporting the photo I imported as a DNG does not have the Denoise applied...

I have an iPhone 8, an iPad Mini 5 and a MacBook Pro, and Lightroom (cloud version) installed and synchronized on all three units since several years ago...) but, lately, like I just experienced - I took a raw format photo DNG with my iPhone 8 using the Lightroom app. When I subsequently then wanted to open that picture on my iPad mini 5, in Lightroom, to edit the picture I got a pop up window that says I have to download the Ligtroom app first...but I do have the Lightroom app already intstalled on my iPad! And after doing that, I have two Lightroom icons on my iPad??This can't be right!! 

Does somebody know how I can erase the extra information on top of the photo while editing it? It wasn't there before and I can't see the whole photo now (see yellow circle) Thank you in advance!

I have  LR 2023 installed and it crashes right after it is open. Installed on this computer and working fine is Light Room classic and Photoshop 2023. I looked into the support forum and deleted some temp files and LRC catalogs with no luck. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled LR. Any idea?

The keyboard shortcuts in the software do not work regularly - sometimes yes and sometimes not even after closing and opening the software from the beginning Noam

Hello, I am trying to get photos off my wife's phone and into Lightroom Cloud.  I was able to open the Lightroom app on the iPhone and upload photos into Lightroom but then they still are found on the iPhone in the photos app.  Is there a way to move them, not just copy them?  Or do I have to go back an manually delete them from the iPhone after I've moved them to the Lightroom Cloud?

I do photoshoots for people to view and select photos online. When they heart a photo online, how do I go through the photos and either sort or create a smart collection for photos that they have hearted?

I am using Lightroom Mobile application in Samsung F41 ( 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM). I am trying to bulk export photos but export is abruptly closing in the middle. Also, if I am trying to export a couple of photos then also it's taking approx. 3 minutes to export a single photo. I have checked few solutions from the community and I have tried so far:  Clear the Lightroom Mobile App Cache Clear the Storage to make some room in case Lightroom takes the space. Total available storage is 20GB. Cleaned all running processes from Mobile. Total available RAM is 2GB  Pause the cloud Sync  Exporting photos available in local storage    LightRoom Android Version : 8.3.2   Can you please help me to check the issue and let me know if you will further details to investigate the issue.    [moved from bugs to discussions - Mod]

I have purchased the One Terabyte Cloud storage and all indicators are that it is there. Yet, Lightroom CC keeps telling me that I have 100 kbs in the cloud and I need to upgrad, because I am close to the limit; i.e., it is not recognizing my new storage capacity. So far, Chat with help desk unsuccessful. Anybody have any ideas? I have Mac Monterey 12.6.3.   Lewis

Lr Desktop shows "sync pending" but no photos to view to see what's pending. The photo counts in Lr Desktop, Lr Mobile and Lr Cloud are all the same, so I can't tell why Lr Desktop thinks a sync is pending. No edits have recently been made to the photos. How can I solve this? Using Lr Desktop version 6.2 on a Windows 11 system.

In Lightroom Desktop/Classic there is a specific option for this but I don't see it in Lightroom CC. Thanks

Hi, when I take images on my iPhone I currently use HEIC.I'm looking to start using Lightroom Mobile in my workflow generally and if I am using it on my PC/Mac/iPad/iPhone I know that the iPhone version has a built in camera.The only thing I've found out about the camera built in to Lightroom Mobile on iPhone is that it can shoot in DNG but no more about that DNG format/technical info.I currently use an iPhone XS Max. I may upgrade that in time. I know that rather than HEIC or JPG I could shoot in Apple ProRAW if I were to upgrade (e.g. to an iPhone 14Pro).What I'm trying to understand is how (were I to upgrade my phone) the formats differ. Would I be better to shoot in the iPhone native app, or an app that allowed me to use clip-on lenses (or a lens case and app such as the Reeflex Pro Camera which shoots RAW or ProRAW) and go with Apple ProRAW or would I be better to shoot using the Lightroom Mobile built-in camera and shoot to DNG files from there?Can anyone in the community offer s

I wanted to try a trial subscription and forgot about it, since I had no intention of using Adobe Lightroom. But she forgot to cancel the subscription and it took $20. Is it possible to return this money since I am not going to use the paid version of this program?

Hi, all. I am using Lightroom on a MacBook Pro 2019, I am trying to figure out how to delete multiple photos from  Lightroom. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can only seem to delete one photo at a time and with over 7000 photos , that is exhausting. Thank you all in advance.
