Adobe Photoshop Ligtroom 5.5 Windows: How do I remove the download. I have deleted completely the image that the sync problem affects. So there is no help if i select all the images and import them again in Lightroo, because there is no more images to delete. The announcement "Oh no! A black hole. No photos matching these filters were found."I can't do anything to stop the download. I reinstalled all Adobe programs and deleted Adobe files, doesn't help. What can I do?

Al proceder en mi tablet android a añadir archivos .dng a la carpeta "Todas" de la Biblioteca de Adobe Lightroom, durante el proceso de añadido aparece un mensaje de espacio insuficiente en el almacenamiento interno del dispostivo. En ese momento y al aceptar dicho mensaje, la aplicación Adobe Lightroom parece colgarse y hacer cosas raras. Cuando se recupera (a los pocos segundos), la carpeta "Todas" que contenía unos 1000 archivos aparece con tan sólo 51 archivos y observo que el almacenamiento interno de mi tablet ha recuperado con ese borrado sorpresivo y repentino unos 120 GB (tenía ocupados 254 y ahora tiene 133). Mi pregunta es: ¿por qué sucedió esto? y SOBRETODO Y MÁS IMPORTANTE ¿es posible recuperar los archivos perdidos? A la espera de respuesta: Muchas gracias anticipadas. Hello, after upgrade to iOS 16 I'm not allowed to shoot dng with flash using professional mode (auto works fine). Does anyone have the same problem? Thank you 

Every time I click my Lightroom app on my Apple Mac Pro, it keeps saying"adobe Lightroom quit unexpectedly. Click reopen to open application again. This report will be sent to apple automatically." It has now been two weeks, I've reopened a million times, I've restarted my computer multiple times, I've made sure my laptop is completely updated, and I've deleted the app and redownloaded it and it still is the same problem. I am a photographer and needs this fixed asap! Does anyone know what to do???

app was not showing grading and mix options when i was edit my video please fix the bugs fastly i was spend 170 rupies for primeum to edit my video but i cant ! 

Lightroom seems to be stuck syncing 1 photo, but when I filter by photos unsynced, nothing comes up. I've restarted the app as well as the computer. Both my phone and my iPad are synced just fine, it's just my laptop that's stuck.  Has anyone seen this and do you have any suggestions?

Since updating to 5.5, Lightroom cloud-based is running very slow. I am consistently seeing the spinning beach ball... even when simply trying to navigate from photo to photo. Currently using Lightoom on a 14" MacBook Pro M1Pro w/ 16gb. {Title edited by Moderator}

After update of ios on ipad I lost permission to access Photos app (save to it or import from it). I get a pop up that asks me to grant permission in settings with the link to those settings but in settings there is no such option. Attaching screenshot. Please help. 

Hi! I am trying to export photos that I have edited in Lightroom to a catalog, but there is no option for me to. I have tried Googling it and everything says to select "Export to catalog" but that simply does not exist for me. Does anyone know how I can export them to a catalog?? I have been using lightroom and exporting photos successfully for months.  Now, when I try to export in the same way, it says "not responding" and "working on it", then after a while with the blue circle going around, turns ghostly white, the blue circle goes around indefinitely, then when I try to close the window, the dialogue box comes up that says Adobe Lightroom is not responding, close the program or wait for program to respond.  If I click wait for program to respond, the blue circle goes around indefinitely again.  It has been doing this for over a week every time I try. I have disabled graphics acceleration in preferences, restarted lightroom several times, and restarted my computer.  I have also checked for updates, uninstalled lightroom and reinstalled it on my computer. I have the Adobe CC subscription.  This issue renders my subscription completely useless and I'll have no choice but to cancel and try to find something else that works if

Okay I have just noticed this behavior, it may have done it before but I don't remember. I have photos that I am editing in LR mobile on ipad, they are in an album and I have store locally checked.  In my sync settings I have download smart previews checked. When I get ready to export the photo as a .jpg it is popping up a message that it is "downloading original". Is this normal behavior that i have just never noticed before?  I normally just load the images straight from my camera's card into LR mobile, then sync with cloud.   Is it sending my .nef to the cloud, and with only download smart preview selected, sending the smart preview back to the ipad, then when I export it needs to download the .nef to convert it to .jpg??? If so then maybe I should un-check the smart preview to make things move faster? thankstim

Hello, Can anyone please help me to recover lost photos from lightroom? I was trying to save 280 photos from my lightroom albums onto my Samsung S8. I noticed not all photos saved onto my device and now my albums are showing as empty. I tried restarting my phone and logging in and out of two separate Samsung Android phones however the albums are still showing as empty. Hopefully someone is able to assist as I dont have these photos saved anywhere else as my portable Harddrive where i save all my photos recently errored and these photos are of my children, im absolutely devastated. I thought lightroom was a savior. Thank you,

I know this question is reaaaalllly simple, but I have searched and searched and can't figure it out.  I am returning to photography after a 20 year hiatus, so I guess there have been some updates.  They used to have "save as"? So, I have some full size images in RAW format.  I want to put them on my Adobe Portfolio, so that means editing them and converting them to .jpg and reducing size and quality.  I can see how to EXPORT a file as a smaller .jpg, but then I would have to import it back into Lightroom in order to use the "connections" function to link the file to my Adobe Portfolio.  This seems like more steps than simply creating a new file and having it save in the Lightroom grid view.  Unless I accidently set this up, it appears that exported files end up in "Lightroom saved files" by default.  Is there a simpler way to edit a file and convert it to .jpg so I can then use the handy tools inside Lightroom to connect the file to my Adobe por

Lightroom Mobile app did not let me past the trial thing, so I paid for it and the app still does not work. It endlessly syncs, I have uninstalled the app and re installed Signed in and out. What else can I try? and I cannot contact ANYBODY its so annoying please help

After using both Lightroom and Lightroom Classic for the past couple of weeks after coming back from Capture One quite recently, my question is this: Will allllllllllll the features that are within Lightroom Classic be moved over to the New Lightroom??? If so, I'm thinking some of the major things that would need to be moved first would be 1) Batch Renaming, and 2) the ability to export images to whatever location you would like to save towards (as I still don't know where images are exported when doing so in the Desktop version of the New Lightroom). As for printing, saving to web, slideshows, etc., those could be further down the totem pole, as I honestly have not had the need to use them. Typically, when using Lightroom, I'm either in the Library or Develop modules 95% of the time. Hopefully, Adobe will move everything over to the New Lightroom, while also retaining the features of what the New Lightroom has to offer.

This happened to me years ago when I first got the new version of LR, then it went away and recently it's come back. With masking and the heal/clone tool, sometimes I will make edits to a picture then leave it for a while, and when I come back my most recent edits are gone and I see no way to recover them. Doesn't seem to happen with the main editing tools, and I don't see any particular circumstances that it is happening under... It has happened while the app was closed and also while I left it open. I've lost many hours of work this way and can't figure out what is happening! 

Why would the web alsbum preview all the photos at the wrong aspect ratio?  It renders this tool usable. Photos are fine on the desktop application. Help?  

Tengo suscripción para las aplicaciones Adobe y actualmente no puedo abrir Adobe Lightroom, versión 5.5. Se queda colgado y no se abre. He intentado con versiones anteriores y tampoco puedo abrirlo.No tengo probelmas para abrir Lightroom Classic ni Photoshop.Cumplo todos los requisitos mínimos del sistema para LIghtroom según he comprobado.Alguién me puede ayudar.Gracias!
