Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I’m getting an error page when I try to access Lightroom web via Chrome.I subscribed to Lightroom mobile through Google Play Store about a week ago and the web version used to work fine along with the app, but I’ve been getting this error page for several days now.I tried deleting all browing history including caches, cookies, and site data. ​I also tried using a different browser (Edge) but encountering the same problem.When I log out of my account from the Adobe page, the page loads fine. But once I log back in, all I get is the error message.Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.

I have an active subscription, i am logged in with the same appleid on the mac and on Iphone, but it says on mac i dont have a subscripton 

I purchased Lightroom Premium, and after that, I went onto my Lightroom Mobile app, where I had edited most of my pictures before my purchase. However, I found that all the photos I had edited areand all my presets were now deleted. I don’t know what to do or how to recover them. I only have one email associated with the account, and I have checked the Recently Deleted folder many times, but my photos are not there. Please help

Hi I'm having problem with Lightroom cloud being constantly synchronized. I have latest version v11.1.2 on my android and on pc windows 11. I tried to delete photo and upload again but nothing happens. I deleted photo from delete folder as well. I tried to restart Lightroom but nothing. Tried uninstal and instal again but same problem. I see same issue on forum happening over many years. Can anyone solve this 

I have “auto” presents that automatically brighten up the exposer/tone for images. These presents don’t work on any mobile device app. I used them on my iphone and iPad and it doesn’t load or register the present. It doesn’t let me click it. I can see from the thumbnail on what it would look like on the thumbnail but nothing happens to the image. I can “undo” it but it doesn’t change the image still. The presents work on computers and desktop version but not any mobile app device. If I login online through my iPad and request a desktop version, the presents load and work fine. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, signing out and logging it, clearing the cache, restarting the devices, but nothing works for the mobile devices 

I want to be able to tag a new photo with an existing person in my People list or be able to add a person to my People list directly from the new photo in Lightroom.  Currently, I can only add a name in the right-hand panel if Lightroom detects unrecognized people. But sometimes it doesn’t even allow me to add a name, even though there are new people in the photo. 

I joint a screen picture ofthe first message after i clic on my picture on community bord picture on my profil .  After 30second waiting a errer message apear with no number error. An it said that i have to Come back later. But after 24h waiting and retrying, the message was the same

Bisher konnte ich die TAB-Taste am PC dazu benutzen, um im LR schnell zum nächsten Parameter zu springen, ohne die Maus benutzen zu müssen. Bzw. auch Shift+TAB um zurückzuspringen. Seit dem Februar 2026 Update funktioniert dies nicht mehr. Die Bedienung des Programms wird mir damit erheblich erschwert, da ich jedes Mal zwingend die Maus nutzen muss. Aus meiner SIcht ein gravierender Bug in der neuesten Programmversion, der für meinen Workflow die Software nahezu unbedienbar macht.Hat jemand dafür eine Lösung?

In lighroom mobile there is a instahram button to share the photo directy to instagram. See attachment.There is a list of choices: feed, story, message. I'm not sure if there are more because i choose message and click on always. My fault.But now i'm not able anymore to get that list of choices back. If i click on the button now it goes directly to the message environment in my instagram accountI know there is another way to share a photo directly but i want to use the button.I already deleted the app, installed it again, empty cache.Noting helps...who knows the solution 

Issues with Importing Presets and Profiles into Lightroom Mobile Android app.i have the Linear Profile for sony from Tony Kuyper installed on LrCc….however if i open the photo in LrM i got the error that the profiles does not exist so i sync it with the LrM app however if i want to share the photo with instagram i got the message the nessary cameraprofiles can't be downloaden.what should i do?

Hi everyone,Everytime I launch Lightroom or Lightroom Clasic I run into this error below.I have a PC with an AMD Ryzen 9, 16GB RAM, and Nvidia 4080 Ti.I have tried the answers people have got when posting the same crash error but nothing has fixed the issue. When exporting 144 photos (consisting of 139 CR2 files and 5 TIF files) as JPEG, it takes over 10 minutes to export. I have only noticed this in Lightroom 9.2. I have tried exporting photos after restarting the computer and with the internet on.steps undertakenedited CR2 files in Lightroom CC 9.2 and then used Topaz Photo v2.0.7 through the Edit In command for sharpening for the TIF files. Used the export menu with custom settings: JPG, custom dimensions (1600px long side), quality 100%, include watermark, output sharpening set to standard, and colour space set to sRGB.    Pressed export a selected a folder on the computer pictures folder, then waited.Attached is export settings and Lightroom log

After latest update to v9.1 filtering for local folders does not work anymore, i.e. I try to filter all photos with rating above 2 stars and loading circle animation appears but it never finishes (until I cancel filtering). This only applies to photos in local folders. Ordering by rating at the same time works.Photos are located on external SSD, lrlibrary file is on internal SSD. Things I’ve tried to fix the issue (didn’t help):reinstalling lightroom removing lrlibrary file (to force reindexing) clearing cache pausing/enabling syncSystem info:Lightroom v9.1 (installed from app store) macOS 26.2 mac mini m4

I use Lightroom cloud on a Mac book my image is not changing effect, is this because I have too many presets, I have waited 5 minutes n nothing happened 

Hi there,  Over the past two or three weeks I’ve been having a detailed back-and-forth with a number of very helpful Adobe staff who have been trying to assist me with a bug. This has been taking place in the Lightroom CC forum. This process has included, at one stage, receiving a direct message from an Adobe staff member. However, having logged in again to view the forum conversation/DM, I now see that my bug report seems to have disappeared. Older posts are still listed in my activity, but the lengthy and more recent bug report forum discussion has vanished. And when I check my DMs it says I don’t have any messages. While it’s true I likely don’t have any new/unread messages, it doesn’t display the message I received a few days ago.  I was going to tag the specific staff members I had been liaising with, but when I go to tag adobe staff using the @ function, it no longer shows a dropdown box that I can select from.  I note that the Adobe community has received a fresh new look etc, a

Hi,I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Lightroom on my iPad and would appreciate help from the community or an Adobe engineer. Setup:iPad with M1 chip, iPadOS (latest) Lightroom mobile, latest version 70 GB local-only catalog — photos were never synced to Adobe cloud ~40 GB free storage on iPad The issue:Lightroom loads and shows my complete folder structure with correct image counts, but the images themselves never load. The right panel is completely blank with a permanent loading circle regardless of how long I wait (tested over an hour). Tapping into individual folders makes no difference. Local storage in settings shows “calculating…” indefinitely. What I’ve tried:Full delete and clean reinstall of the app Deleting Managed Catalog.mcat-shm, .mcat-wal via iMazing Deleting Managed Catalog.wfindex and its WAL/SHM files Deleting the blobs folder SQLite3 integrity check on .mcat → ok SQLite3 WAL checkpoint → 0|0|0 (clean) Testing in airplane mode Logging out and back into Adobe acc

I have upgraded Lightroom to 9.2 and was testing the generative upscale feature.  It goes through all the right windows and progress bars.  But when I check the new DNG photo, it has not been upsized.  I have tried raw and jpg files, I have tired different size files to upscale (from 500k to 6mb) and all act the same way.  The itching the process, it appears to be working but when I check the new generated files there is now size/resolution increase.  I am VERY familiar with Lightroom and this is just confounding me.I have restarted LR several times, rebooted several times.  Still it persists. MacBook ProMacOS TahoeM3PLUS36gb ram 

I have 20GB in my plan. I do NOT use it. But somehow 21.1 GB got into cloud storage and I get all these messages asking me to upgrade my plan. The problem is that I have tracked down about 10 GB of files and deleted them but there are 12 GB than I cannot find. I just want them deleted or the cloud storage whacked, eliminated, disposed of, terminated, as it is a useless piece of garbage as far as my use goes (I backup all to HD or external) Short of closing the account permanently, is there a solution?
