Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Buon giorno, ho problemi con le mascherature di Lightroom dopo aver effettuato l'ultimo aggiornamento, in particolare non riconosce persone e oggetti nella foto sia in modalità automatica sia se faccio io la selezione manuale , non so se dipende da alcune impostazioni sbagliate oppure incompatibilità con il mio PC , vi chiedo di aiutarmi gentilmente 

Previously, my iPhone 14 Pro displayed HDR images really well (in Lightroom for iOS) I recently discovered that this changed for the worse. Lightroom now reports that the iPhone 14 Pro is not capable of displaying HDR images, by turning the HDR part of the histogram red, indicating the display is not capable of HDR (see screenshot). The actual images is not showing in HDR anymore, so it is not just a faulthy histogram. The same images display perfectly fine in HDR on my iPad Pro. Any ideas?    

I've been having an issue with Lightroom. After I import and correct a number of mp4 videos, (15-20)when I export all the videos to a folder on my desktop, only one or two videos export and I have to export each video at a time. Also when the video gets exported it shows as if it was a second version of the video that was already exported. I use Mac Sequoia 15.5 and Lightroom 8.4Any ideas in what's going on?Thanks

I updated Lightroom to 8.4 today and the "denoise" AI feature is no longer working. I click the "denoise" checkbox under "detail". A pop-up says "processing", but  1. the strikethrough on the denoise check box doesn't appear. 2. It doesn't look like the denoise was applied and 3. Lightroom seems to stall when I try to navigate to another photo.It just worked yesterday on the previous Lightroom version. I've been working through an album of photos and noticed today. I would appreciate it if someone could fix it - thanks!

Hello, since lightroom's latest update I don't see the batch export option anymore. I can export photos individually, but on the grid, when I select multiple files, I don't have the export option anymore (see screenshot). Is there something I'm missing? I checked the setting but nothing obvious... Thanks in advance for your help, Best, Pam  

Hey There seems to be an issue with Lightroom Mobile and the full metadata page. All the guidance tells me to tap with two fingers or select something from the three dots menu, but two finger tapping does nothing and the options that the help agents ask me to tap aren't actually in the menu.  I can sometimes view the full metadata page by swiping up from the bottom but it usually doesn't work.  Any chance you can just put a straightforward link to the metadata page in the menu somewhere guys? This is infuriating

Hello guys, please help me !!! So I bought a Mac to edit better and everything is fine and works perfectly but when I export it as TIFF, the best quality for later Social Media, it only has 2-3 Mega Pixels on my Phone when downloading it. Normally my edited pictures (Lightroom Mobile) they have 24 MP like the camera... And I don't know what to do because I already tried everything...

Does anyone experience difficulty making precise crops and rotates in the LR Mobile App?  For me, the motion snaps back and forth several pixels/degrees, snapping right past the desired point, making a precise adjustment very difficult.  Drives me bonkers.  It happens on both my devices, and has does so for a very long time (ever since the beginning, I think).  I've brought it to Adobe several times, and they cop out saying it works fine on their device.  I've even sent them video clips.Am I the only one experiencing this?

First Lr did crash each time when opening. After resetting the preferences to default, I can start Lr and when it opens with Photo grid it does not crash. Changing from Photo grid to Detail (D) will crash Lr. I did switch of the GPU, but that did not make a difference. I use a Dell Windows 11 computer. Till yesterday Lr did work fine.

Been using Light room on Android phone for 3 years+ and, all of a sudden, am unable to use the blur feature as I just get a 'try again later' message. App is up to date along with phone system. The introduction of a checkbox for denoising, which adds the ability to remove denoise from a file that has denoise applied, allows for an issue that was previously not possible to encounter. DNGs exported from programs like DXO PureRAW come with denoise data alongside the original raw data. When imported, Lightroom interprets these files as raws with denoise applied, and thus checks the denoise checkbox. However, this means this checkbox can also be unchecked, removing the denoise applied by DXO. You can of course check the box again, but this then runs Adobe's denoise algorithm on the file, and not DXO's, and the resulting image is completely different from that originally exported from DXO PureRAW. To make matters worse, this could accidentally be batch applied to hundreds of images through copy/paste, and once removed, the only way to get DXO's denoise back onto all these files would be to remove every one, and re-import the DNGs from PureRAW. Edit:Before i

Posted over on Reddit, but thought this would be helpful here:   TLDR: Fuji Compressed RAW files don't render in the import pane in Lightroom on an iOS device from a SD card reader, but do render on Mac, and on iOS devices when connected directly to the camera.   Hey all. Hello,   I recently uploaded a photo to the Lightroom Community and shared it publicly. However, I noticed that the post has now disappeared from my profile. I did not delete it myself.   Can someone please explain why this happened? Was it removed for a specific reason, or is this a technical issue?   Thank you for your help.

why are not all styles synchronized between the classic lightroom pc version and the express version on the phone (iphone 16 pro mac)

Je vois les photos en ligne sur lightroom.adobe.com mais elles ne se téléchargent pas pour pouvoir travailler hors navigateur web. J'ai déjà supprimé les dossiers data, preferences etc... pour relancer une synchronisation. Cela n'a rien changé. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé lightroom, cela n'a rien changé. Que faut-il faire svp ?

Hi,Ive just renewed my subscription - which I've done many times before - payment has gone through but when I got into lightroom it still says subscription expired. I've followed ll the prompts of turn on/off, uninstall, log out and nothing changes. Very frustrating as hard to find help, so can I please get this fixed so I can use what I have paid for today

So on my Mac i have the color calibration panel, but on my PC i know it's missing? Is this a known issue? Does Adobe have plans to fix this? 

As title, after exported the photos in Lightroom, created date and last edited date are the same, both are last edited date, and that ruins the catelog of photos

Hi, with the AI denoise and the Adaptive profile, what is your pipeline to produce merged panoramas ? I guess Adaptive profile at the end but : Better denoise each frame before merging ? Or merge before denoising ?

bonjour,  J'ai un soucis depuis quelques temps, L'IA ne capte absolument plus rien de concret et les masques sont inutilisable tel quel.  Un humain, une voiture, un objet, rien n'est correctement détécté.  CF les photos en exemple.  

Having problems during import into Lightroom Classic...files are copied without issue but Mac Studio crashes during the rendering of (standard) previews every time, however, this has only started happening since the Lightroom upgrade to 14.4 I have the following setup and have tried four identical Prograde cards and one Sony CF Express card using a Prograde reader and all with the same result, the computer just shuts down before the rendering of the previews is complete. After the latest update of Lightroom Mobile, the “Remove” tool started leaving a visible halo or ghost outline even after export.This never happened before — I’ve used the same tool with AI successfully many times, and now the exported image has an artifact. I’m editing JPEGs.I already tried reinstalling the app, but it didn’t help.Please investigate — this affects my workflow. on iPhone!
