mi pc que tiene un procesador AMD Atlhon 5150 no soporta AXV2 por lo que tengo entendido que photshop cc2017 o 2015 andaría en mi pc, si seria tan amable de pasarme el enlace de descarga

This is the third time in 3 months that I have had to reinstall photoshop because it would not open. All my presets and actions are long gone. How to I keep it from happening again and can I get my presets and actions back. I use the computer, I am not a computer person. Simple instructions please.Thank you

My father recently passed away. He was known here as JJMack. This community was a big part of his life. After retiring from IBM, this is where he would spend a great deal of his time trying to help people as best he could. His strength was figuring out how things work, communication was not.  Despite this, he was able to amass 38,147 Posts, 9206 Likes, and most importantly 3437 solutions.  I'm sure his posts will live on and continue to help people. I work with Photoshop professionally myself and occasionally will research a problem I am having only to find a solution posted here by my father. In the future it will be bitter sweet when this happens again. Goodbye, world.

When I'm working on a large batch of images, after a few images, the pen tool path starts to disappear, especially when I'm zoomed in. Restarting my computer and restarting photoshop doesn't fix the glitch. Not every file as the issue, but once a file has the issue, I can't fix it unless I create a new file and copy and paste the image into it. I started doing work paths on most of the remaining images and waiting until I was completely done to "create new path", but I noticed that when I did "create new path" first, the issue would happen instantly. I can sort of work around it by trying to create a path while zoomed out, but that makes it difficult for me to be accurate when tracing the area I'm trying to isolate. I have a 2022 mac that's up to date, plenty of storage and ram and an m1 chip, so there shouldn't be any issues with the software. I first noticed this issue several years ago, I would say at least 2020. 

Why do my Photoshop files look like this? When I save the file out it looks correct, but in Photoshop it looks off. Way off!

Images are opened for editing directly from bridge. then editied in Photoshop. Once a an image is open in Photoshop, the application freezes . There is no notice that it is not responding.

Estou com um bug no Photoshop relacionado às pranchetas. Ao criar, duplicar ou editar pranchetas, passam a aparecer áreas brancas/transparente fora delas, como se o canvas estivesse sendo exibido/renderizado de forma incorreta. Antes isso não acontecia no mesmo arquivo e fluxo de trabalho. Já testei reinstalação, reset de preferências, atualização do Photoshop e do macOS, e o problema continua, sem mensagem de erro.  

I use TK9 panel for luminosity masks.  On the same M4 Mac PS 26.11.6 works correctly, PS 27.9.1 intermittently fails when I click TK9 “Save a Mask”. The error message is “The command Duplicate is not currently available.  I have already reinstalled PS, reset PS preferences, disabled Use Graphics Processor.  Could you investigate whether there is a scripting/API change or regression affecting plugin operations involving Duplicate commands or channel creation?

Tenho a assinatura Creative Cloud Pro e quero baixar versão mais antiga do Photoshop no meu desktop (Notebook) e não consigo. Na opção dos aplicativos dentro do CC, nos pontinhos não aparece a opção de versões anteriores. Alguém pode me ajudar?Também não consigo desabilitar atualizações automáticas. Essa conta é só minha e só eu utilizo.Já desinstalei e instalei novamente o CC, mas não consigo achar solução.

I don't know what's happening, the same thing again, it doesn't complete the PS update and when I press cancel, I have to reload the PS program, when I open it everything is lost, all custom samples (brush, action). I wrote to Adobe, unfortunately, no answer. Obviously, I will have to terminate the cooperation, because for such a monthly payment, as a customer, I would expect them to fix the problems. I simply can't download the fourth version of the PS update.

Hi there,   I'd like to report a bug, as in subject. This happens only in 25.9 version, I've downgraded to 25.7, and it doesn't happen.   When I have a document, with couple of artboards in it (let's say, ad banners) - when I try to move any artboard, and, after clicking on the name, and starting to drag it to move it someplace alse - when I try to pass it over any other artboard, or layer, which is outside the artboards - PS freezes.  It happens every time, in every document I've opened.

Good afternoon, I’ve been experiencing some issues trying to save my ‘Layer Style’ into my Creative Cloud System. Whenever I try to create a new Layer Style, I receive this message:  I’ve tried to fix this by following various methods I found here, or even on Youtube. But none of these methods seemed to work. These styles keep saving on my computer, and if I open the same document the style remains. However, I am afraid of ever closing or deleting a specific document in fear of losing this style. For reference, I have a Windows Computer, and all my adobe apps are currently updated. I’ve also already switched from ‘read-only’ to ‘read-write’ as far as I am aware, but for some reason it still doesn’t work.I’ve legit have no clue what I can do. Is there anyone that can help me fix this on my Photoshop?

I have been having this problem for a few months. I am using Mac OS Ventura 13.2.1 and Photoshop 2023 or Lightroom Classic. I have long used presets but now, after I save one, when I come back to it the next time, the saved preset does not retain any of the settings. I tried uninstalling Photoshop 2023, rebooting, then re-install Photoshop 2023. The presets still don't retain settings. I've also tried deleting my P5000 printer from the system settings, and then re-installing my Epson driver. Again, doesn't fix the problem. I also tried printing from Safari and made a preset in Safari and this one does work as it is supposed to. If I then switch back to Photoshop, the preset created while in Safari works properly in Photoshop. I tried one more time to create a preset while in Photoshop, but it still will not work.

I use a general hard brush to draw and for the eraser I use a general hard brush as well. After some time the brush switches automatically to the eraser tool. I press "b" to switch back to the brush. As soon as my pen touches the Cintiq 22 inch it switches back to the eraser. I switch to another brush and the problem remains. If I save and restart PS the problem is gone. But it eventually comes back ...  Mac OS 12.6PS 2023 24.0.0

Photoshop suddenly began displaying Lightroom images incorrectly until toggling Proof Colors (Command+Y). Around the same time, I had an action I used regularly to produce a sun flare, and all of the sudden the Gradient Fill colors no longer match the same HEX/RGB values used previously. Existing TIFFs when the colors were applying correctly and exported back to lightroom display correctly when opened in photoshop again, but newly created gradients appear less saturated despite identical RGB values. Photoshop preferences have been reset, i've uninstalled and reinstalled, and the issue persists.

I’m on Photoshop v27.8.0 and Windows 11. Expanding does not reveal the ‘l’.Screen resolution in my case is 1440p if that could be an issue.
