Im trying to open a file but i dosent open, photoshop drop me a IDAT: INVALID BLOCK TYPE window.any help, its a important file. 

Hello, I need help with automatic removal of highlights from eye photos in Photoshop. When i take the picture of the eye there are 4 key higlights that need to be removed: 1. flash highlight + specs around it2. regular light highlights3. eyelash reflections4. Sometimes eyelid reflections on top or bottom of the iris I have a way of fixing geometry of the iris like you see on the attached image (so that it is a perfect circle). I tried using content aware and generative infill, but the results are not the best. What seems to work best for now is spot healing brush tool plus using other parts of the image to fill in the parts where there are highlights. But this can be a bit tedious, so I need an automatic method, because I have many photos to edit. Any help will be greatly appreciated! 🙂  

I am using Photoshop CC for post-processing images taken with an infrared camera. Most of the time, I am able to use the Hue/Saturation slider to modify colors by selecting one or more sliders (such as blue and cyan) and adjust the hue without any artifacts. Under some conditions, however, I experience what I refer to as "fringing," in which I get a halo around the edges where two colors meet - such as when leaves are outlined against the sky. When this condition occurs, I am not able to affect the areas where the fringing occurs, as the pixels appear to be a neutral color, one not recognized by any of the color sliders in the Hue/Saturation control.In the case of the attached photos, I was attempting to turn a blue sky red. As I adjust the hue of the blue slider, and it approaches the color red, the area where the yellow vegetation meets the sky, however, produces significant artifacts or fringing, detracting from the image quality. Nearly every time I open a jpg, or tiff (but not pds files) Photoshop crashes. I have uninstalled and re-installed, and reset preferences to no avail. This happens evern for files I created in Photoshop. I have 79 GB on my hard drive. All my software is set to update automatically.  Up until about 2 months ago, it worked just fine and I use it every few days. Any ideas?Howard

Сколько раз я не пытался, но во всех версиях включая на данный момент установленный Adobe Photoshop CS6 у меня не работает контрольный лист.Я проверял треды на англ. языке, но никакого путёвого решения так и не былоТ.е. я пытался найти .xml отвечающий за установки скрипта "контрольный лист", так и в корневой папке Appdata его не было, так и в папке скриптов его не было; Пробовал переименовывать скрипт, добавлять пробелы в названии файла - Ничего; Пробовал поставить пользовательский скрипт "Control Sheet X v2.2", его установщик не работает - а после мануальной установки и попытки его включить, Photoshop также роняет ошибку, что конструктор окна не работает. И всё это я проводил включая и выключая режим совместимости(Win7, +режим администратора) - Никак. Вот как выглядит ошибкаУ заводского скрипта: У пользовательского: Может мне банально надо какие-то библиотеки поставить или что? Теоретически, я вижу что проблема может в букве диска, но папка AppData там и находится 

I have a collection of Kyle Webster custom brushes I use regularly, particularly his watercolor brushes. There's considerable lag on stroke catchup. When attempting to disable it under the smoothing options gear icon they are checked "on" but greyed out so I cannot disable the setting.I've reset the tool using the brush tool icon gear setting at top left of the GUI (2nd screenshot). It then ungreys the stroke catchup option but it also defaults to the soft round brush. When I select the Kyle watercolor brush again the stroke catchup is checked and greyed out. (3rd screenshot) shows the specific brush I'm trying to uncheck the catch up option on)In checking other brushes generally, many of them show this same setting under smoothing options; checked but greyed out 

I suspect it may have something to do with me messing with the color profile, but I don't know much about those and am just trying to understand what happened. I started off making the document as a cmyk because I heard it was better for print. Then when it came time to color my line art, I noticed that the colors were not matching how they appeared in the hue cube, read that this was normal for cmyk, switched it to rgb to test if the colors would now come out as expected, then switched it back to cmyk. After Saving As a psd file like usual, the next day I did some research and decided it would be best to just copy my line art and start fresh by pasting it into a new sRGB file. But when I went to do that my layer's were all merged into one. How did this happen, and how could I possibly get a version with my layers back? There was nothing in version history, and I don't have any previous temp files for the whole project on the computer itself either. Which I also dont understand be

Hi,I have recently been attempting to work on a Photoshop file while offline during a plane journey. I utilised Raleway fonts downloaded via Adobe Fonts, which were unavailable when I was offline.Upon regaining internet access, the Raleway font exhibited issues in some styles, but this problem only occurred in Photoshop, not in Illustrator or InDesign. I have attached a screenshot and the PSD file for anyone who could provide assistance.In the last 4 hours, I have uninstalled the fonts, uninstalled and reinstalled the Photoshop file, and even downloaded Raleway fonts from Google, adding them to the Mac Fontbook. Unfortunately, none of these measures resolved the issue in Photoshop.Could anyone please help?I look forward to hearing from you.Kind regards,Jansen

Hi all!  I have a script that automatically renames artboards based on their dimensions, adding 'jpg.100%' and enables generator.  I'm looking to take this one step further and add an 'IF' clause. For example if the dimensions are 1080x1080, then I'd like to rename the artboard 'InstagramSquare' Could anyone help me achieve this? For some time I've been unable to save a picture from Photoshop back to Lightroom.  The popup message says, "Unable to save.....because write access was not granted.  Adobe Support Remote Agents have worked on my computer remotely several times with no success.  Tonight another agent seemed to get things working right.  He went to some 'page' and set everything to 'read & write' and I hit the command key and the 's' key and the photo saved.  After signing off I worked on another photo and tried to save it and got the same popup, "Unable to save....".  Can someone tell me how to get to the page where I can set everything to 'read & write'?  I would be most appreciative. 

Mac Photoshop Generative Fill Error We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request 

I am running a Macbook Pro M4 2005, Sequoia 15.6.1 and Photoshop 26.10. The PlugIn menu is greyed out.I am trying to setup Nix Collection 8. I can access the Nix plugions via the Filter menu but, want to be able to use the Plugin Panel. Help! Thanks 

When introducing something new give us the option to continue with an older version. Forcing AI on all of us is going to make you lose customers who are not interested in using AI features I am upset I cannot cancel my subscription now I have work to do that doesn't not include learning AI options and your new formats. I don't mind learning AI when I have time but now I don't. Very disappointed with the transition process.

I have the logo below that we use for all our companies products. We also print this onto clothing for our apparel range, but I want to create a design that instead of a solid block is just an outline or the shape. What is the best and easier way to accomplish this? I was thinking just adding a stroke to it, but then it looks a bit messy after going around and removing the solid color afterwards. Thank you in advance for all your assistance!

Hi there. I've been using the Legacy Brushes > Default Brushes, that utilized the "natural media brush" engine on Photoshop for desktop. These would feature tilt, erodable tips, fan brushes that responded to stylus angle, and the like. I've just made, probably the most perfect pencil brush I've ever made, and I'd like to use it on iPad. But when I try to import it, I believe it says that it's not yet supported. What gives? Please help.

I'm using Photoshop 22.5.0 on MacOS Big Sur 11.5.2.I have created a gradient on a Photoshop file, but if I assign it a name and press OK, it will not save, meaning if I go back to the gradient window, the name now says "Custom" and my previous name I assigned it cannot be found. I have also tried to click on the folder "Basics" and pressed OK to try to save it there, but nothing is there when I go back to this window. I have also tried exporting it into the gradients folder.   

Greetings all, I recently got my new computer system up and running a week+ ago, and updated all of my apps in my plan.At this point in time, I feel very comfortable that everything is operating properly. I am of the opinion that I could/should safely delete the old apps; Photoshop 2020, Bridge 2020, LIghtroom Classic 2020, etc since I won't be using them any longer and they are taken up disk space unnecessarily. I am curious what the general consenus is in the Adobe community. Thank you in advance for your feedback. IThe part I'm having trouble with is the shadows.  I can cut her and the arms/paintbrushes out fine, but can't get the shadows to look right.  Is there a way to make the white background a navy blue so I wouldn't have to cut her out and it would keep the shadows? 

In the latest version of Photoshop, when I try to stroke a path with the mixer brush, it only produces a random scratchy effect. It seems like it can’t reset properly and isn’t sampling the mixer brush at all

Bonjour, Bug sur Photoshop 25 et 26 : impossible de sauvegarder mes fichiers. Lorsque j'enregistre, une fenêtre noire apparait au lieu de la fenêtre d'enregistrement habituelle.  C'est valable pour toutes les options d'enregistrement. Quelqu'un  a t'il une idée de dépannage SVP ? Merci
