Photoshop

PSCC was not responding correctly to commands dictated by the cursor and sometimes the cursor would stay on Magnifier or maybe on White Balance tool.  Sometimes Masking worked correctly but frequently a duplicate set of thumbnails appeared at the top of the screen in ACR.  Additional Histograms would pop up in ACR.  Frequently the PSCC would crash, I would restart, initially all OK and then the errors would become increasingly prevalent - errors would become accumulative.  I have reinstalled PSCC, Reset preferences, the PC well excedes minimum requirements it is a new build - I had it rebuilt/updated because I was getting all these errors with the older PC but now things are just as bad with the rebuilt PC.. I have a fast processor, lots of Ram a new Graphics card NVIDIA RTX3050 with the latest Studio driver with fully optimised installation.  I have tried all the usual suggestions recommended  - Reset Preferences, clearing cache ensuring enough Ram alloca

My Libraries Tab displays the name %DL_LIBRARIES_PANEL_NAME and I cant access the libraries Can anyone Help me gain access. The panels are there in the creative cloud app but donot show in photoshop 25.11thanksIan

Pen tilt is not functioning in Photoshop and I can't find any info about how to fix it on a Mac. I only see the issue reported for Windows. When I select a brush that utilizes pen tilt, the brush does not respond to how I hold the stylus. If I grab the mouse, it immediately causes the brush cursor to turn 90º. For example, if the cursor is a hot dog shape in a horizontal position, it remains horizontal when touching the stylus to the screen from any angle. When I move the mouse instead of the stylus, the brush cursor rotates 90º to a vertical position. That is the only movement present no matter the settings of the brush or angle of the stylus. Pressure sensitivity seems to be functioning normally. Previously Export As and Quick Export would strip resolution metadata.   Now in version 25.4.0 it retains resolution metadata for PNG, but not for JPEG.   This is also the same in the new 25.5.1 update.   So, is this a bug that resolution metadata is now included in PNG exports?   If this isn't a bug, then why is JPEG resolution metadata stripped?   Users need consistency.   I understand the Adobe vision or philosophy of Export vs. Save As... But despite this, end-users have been asking for the option to include or exclude resolution metadata in PNG and JPEG for a long time.   https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/how-can-i-quick-export-as-a-png-without-including-resolution-information-or-a-color-profile/td-p/14490186  

I'm unable to install photoshop, im on windows 11 pro 23H2, i9-12900K 3.20 GHz, 3080ti, 64gbs ddr5.. I dont understand why it won't let me install. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. I am trying to complete the hands-on tutorial 'Get to know selections'. When I get to the step where it wants me to select the lasso tool, it stops recognising my input. I select the tool, but the program does not recognise that I have selected it, the prompt in the blue box does not disappear,  and the 'Next' button is greyed out. App version: 25.11.0I am on Mac Sonoma 14.5

Hi - I have tried everything I can think of but am getting nowhere. Please help! I am working with large files with multiple layers/groups, all containing a combination of regular layers, adjustment layers and linked smart objects. If I modify a layer mask on one of the linked smart objects, the bottom linked smart object in the layers palette auto selects after approximately 20 seconds. This happens whether I continue working on other layers or simply put down my wacom. Irrespective of which linked smart object I have selected, it always auto selects the lowest linked smart object in the layers palette after around 20 seconds making it impossible to work on these images. I have tried unchecking autoselect on the move tool, resetting my preferences, and completely uninstalling/re-installing Adobe CC with no luck. PLEASE HELP!

I am in the process of switching from my Macbook to a beastly windows desktop computer because of work.  I have tried using both a MX Master 2S and a MX Master 3 and neither mouse works properly on Adobe Premiere Pro or Photoshop.All I simply try to do, is map the custom button to gesture a zoom so I can zoom in and out of my timeline efficiently, it has worked perfectly on my Mac. However, for some reason it refuses to work specifically with Adobe products (in this case the ones I use most which is Premiere Pro and Photoshop). As you can see in the video, for some reason it scrolls from left to right in Adobe Photoshop instead of zooming in, and just straight up refuses to do anything in a Premiere Pro timeline. You can also see in the video that the zoom function works perfectly in other programs where in this case it's Google Chrome. So it's not the mouse that's the issue, it's the adobe programs. Again, the mouses both work perfectly on my Mac, it just refuses to wor

Bonsoir, J'utilise photoshop depuis un moment et n'ai jamais eu de problème. Hier j'ai voulu faire une mise à jour (25.11) et suite à cette installation, impossible d'ouvrir photoshop. La flèche mouline comme si l'application allait s'ouvrir puis rien. Lorsque j'essaye de désinstaller l'application, un message d'erreur me dit de quitter l'application en cours d'utilisation (ce qui est impossible puisqu'elle n'est pas ouverte). J'ai essayé la manipulation shift + alt + ctrl, ça n'a pas fonctionné. Eteindre, désinstaller, ré-installer, installer une version antérieure... rien à faire, le programme ne s'affiche pas. Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu un problème similaire et aurait une idée pour le résoudre? Merci d'avance

This has been happening for about 6 months and i've been ignoring it. Please can anyone help it is driving me mad and causing problems.at various zooms the art board looks like this1 px border around edge in random coloured pixels. This is definitely some sort of glitchAm i doing something wrong?Note the image is weird-looking (grey rectangle over image) because it's for a client so i can't show the image but hopefully you can make out what is going on here

I'm having problems with hands on tutorials in photoshop. When I open it up nothing shows up and I don't know why.

I keep getting transparent while using Photoshop, is there a solution? I'm continuing my work by turning off and on layers.

for some reason only with photo shop when I use my drawing tablet the stylist works but it's placement is not in the right place. For some reason every time you tap on the display it shoots to the top left corner of the screen. Hallo,seit dem neuesten Update bewirkt der Reparaturpinsel in der Alten Version NICHTS mehr. Außer man stellt um auf "aktuelle Ebene" verwenden, aber selbst dann tut er nicht mehr, was er soll. Da diese Version oft besser funktioniert, wäre es auch schön, wenn dieser wieder funktionieren würde. 

ProblemWhen you move a layer by default the Transformation Values appear at the upper right side of your cursor.Upon release this display goes away.If you do this with a layer that is locked, you are given a warning telling you the layer is locked.But the Transformation Values display, does not disappear. It remains on screen.If you move the window, its still there. Yesterday I switched Photoshop 2024 (25.11.0) on my M2 Max Mac Studio to Rosetta mode to get a legacy extension to work. After using the extension and later relauching Photoshop back in Apple Silicon version, I no longer have the ability to Export > Save for Web (Legacy)... If I switch back to Rosetta version it is no longer grayed out but switching back to Silicon version breaks it again. As a by-product this also effects Layers to Files... export, when exporting as a PNG. Layers export still works to do a JPG but not a PNG so seems to be a relationship there.  Understandably I have to use Rosetta for old extensions, but having to use it for Save for Web (Legacy) and more importantly to my work flow Layers to Files as PNGs I'm hoping there is a fix here.

Hello ! I have an anoying bug that drives me crazy, I can't adjust the text bounding box properly.I can only use 3 out of the 8 "handles". When I try to grab the 5 others ones, the cursor glitches on hover (from resize to regular cursor), and when I click and hold, nothing happen, I just exit the box... Please look at the video for better explanation.   I'm using artboard mode, the issue doesn't happen on normal mode.I've tried photoshop 2024 and 2021, same bug. I'm on mac OS Thank you for your help!

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we have encountered with the display of images in the Outlook app on iOS and iPadOS devices.Specifically, images that contain Adobe-specific metadata, particularly when saved using Adobe Photoshop, appear highly pixelated and degraded when viewed in the Outlook app on Apple devices. Issue Details: Application Affected: Microsoft Outlook on iOS and iPadOSImage Processing Tool: Adobe Photoshop (Latest Version)Metadata Involved: Adobe-specific metadata, including parameters related to progressive rendering and transformation (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Transform, etc.)Behavior Observed: Images that include this metadata are rendered with significantly lower quality (pixelated) in Outlook on Apple devices, while the same images display correctly on other platforms and in other email clients.

So, here you go again, Adobe made it happen. Another HUUUUUUUGE Bug for an incredibly expensive software and I am wasting my time with it I have an action where it CLEARLY states it should save as jpeg but keep saving as png. I tried with save as copy, save for web, export and everything!!!!! Not long, and I'll definetely switch to affinity + davinci. It's been a long time coming

Hello, I am on Windows 10, and today I suddenly have a problem with a Photoshop document (CS6), which shows erratic behavior when I select a text : it changes it completely; or when I want to transform text layers, they are systematically changed (fonts, sizes, position, text...) and seem to be replaced by other text layers that already existed in that document (but resized and reoriented in a haphazard and random way), even when I removed these texts layers they still manufest this way, changing the existing text layers when I want to modify them. Even after resetting all the tools, the problem persists. Same if I close the document and open again, the problem remains. It's terrible, I can't do anything anymore... please help me. Thank you !
