Hello   Since the last Camera Raw 17.4.2. 2283 and Photoshop 26.9.0 on a PC with Windows 11 I have  the following problems:   While using the buffer tool I got the following message: unable to perform this operation due to a program error. I get the same message with the delete tool   In a second time, Photoshop crashed. L Neural filters have also been greyed out since then.     I restarted Photoshop and the computer: No improvements, the problems persist. I reinstalled Photoshop but nothing helps, I still have the same bugs.   Thank you in advance for your help.   {Title updated and post translated for discoverability}

I really need a search bar in the operations window in Photoshop Classic

In the latest Photoshop update, when you click image/mode and want to change from 32 bits to 16 bits, the HDR toning popup appears and the color balance in the image changes drastically. Normally, the popup should not appear and the color balance should stay the same. Please fix this. 

I have two major concerns regarding the current state of Behance: Behance Pro 'Silence': When I first started using Behance Pro to prospect clients, it was great—daily briefings and constant leads. For the past two weeks, it has gone completely silent. No briefings, no inquiries. I even tested setting my rate starting at $5 to see if it was a filter issue, but still nothing. Has there been a change in the algorithm or how leads are distributed to Pro members? Curation Logic: I’ve noticed a lot of 'nonsensical' work or clearly subpar projects from large agencies receiving multiple badges simply because of their follower count, while high-quality technical work is overlooked. I would love an explanation of how the curation process actually works. Is it based on technical execution or just social popularity? Is it possible to change Eraser size by pressing ‘[‘ and ‘]’ (bracket) keys while holding E (i.e having eraser temporary active). It is something i was able to do on mac but not on windows, I am using Wacom tablet and have one of the pen buttons either set to “Erase” or keystroke “E” neither of which allows me to do what I want.

I’ve used the blend mode “add” from the menu “apply image” in my workflow for editing portraits (blend mode add was never availabe in the layer menu). Today I’ve updated photoshop to v27.4 and the option is no longer available. Any ideas ? Is there any replacement ? I’ve switched back to v26.x and the blend mode was still there.

Now that Adobe has added both Denoise and Sharpen AI what is the suggested way to use that? Not any separate Topaz apps that are purchased. The two that are in the filters that are partnered with Topaz that require premium credits.I don’t need information on Denoise AI because I have access to Adobe Denoise AI, I just need information on Sharpen AI. There is no trial period and there are no settings to choose from. It just runs and I don’t want to waste credits on testing from the start.I have been all over the internet and youtube and all information is for the plug-in apps. I’d like to know if I should do all of my sharpening first and then run it. Or should I just leave sharpening at the default settings, run it and fine tune later. Or should I turn Sharpening completely off, run it and then fine tune.As my usual workflow with other 3rd party I plan to use at the very end.Thank you

Photoshop (latest, 26.10.0) freezes when trying to start Photomerge and does not respond to Photoshop commands.  The only way out is to stop Photoshop with the Task Manager. 

Hi all, I have recently come across this image on Pinterest that is clearly made using AI. I wanted to try to recreate it, but it is looking rather terrible… I wanted to ask for any pointers to see if I can improve it so as to look as similar as the inspo pic. I have attached my try as well as the initial logo to this question. Here is what I have nastily produced: how can I create the runny glassy cracked finish ?

Tried generative upscale for the first time. Was impressed with the results, but realized I needed to make adjustments. Went to try again and was told I’m out of credits. Apparently our version of Creative Cloud has a montly credit limit of 25. Why bother giving any credits at all then? That’s just insulting.

as ttf fonts are no longer supported by adobe. So, I want to know how can we convert ttf fonts to otf fonts so that i dont loose my previous files or data.I have used many online platforms for this purpose but nothing proved to be helpful.The problem is occurring  in Arabic fonts

Dear all,I’m using Photoshop 27.3.1 on Windows 11, and for quite some time the right-click context menu has not been working for the Remove Tool.When I right-click, nothing happens. With other tools in the same group (for example, the Spot Healing Brush Tool), a pop-up appears where I can adjust the size and other settings. However, this does not work with the Remove Tool, which is quite frustrating. Currently, I can only change the brush size via the size menu in the top options bar, which is time-consuming and cumbersome.I asked a friend who is using Photoshop on an iMac, and he confirmed that the right-click context menu works correctly on his system. This makes me wonder whether the issue is specific to Windows 11 Photoshop installation. I tried with several computers, always the same result. If this context menu is not yet rolled out for Windows Photoshop, I recommend to do so.Regards kkstb

"Export As" issue in Photoshop v27.4.0 (released February 18–20, 2026), which causes "an unknown error occurred" when exporting

Good morning everyone,out of the blue, Photoshop now saves WEBPs in 16bit only.This happens from any kind of source (PSD, JPG, PNG with or without alpha, CMYK TIFF with or without layers) with any WEBP compression, with Save As (for files that allow it) or Save As Copy.Source files are all 8bit.I first noticed the problem in version 27.4.0; I reverted back to 27.3.1, and even to 26.11.3 (which I was sure didn’t had this problem), and the problem still occours.This has been tested on multiple computers, all running Windows 11 24H2 (26100.7781); Windows and drivers are managed by IT, so there isn’t much I can do about those.Any help is appreciated.

Really annoying bug. I spend 10 minutes going through my list of fonts in Photoshop, clicking the star next to fonts I want to remember as "favorites". Many of these fonts are installed via fonts.adobe.com. But Photoshop keeps turning off the "favorite" star for many (but not all) of my font selections. I think I've figured out the cause: If I start Photoshop shortly after logging in, before the Adobe Creative Cloud magic has had time to activate all my fonts, the fonts that are not yet activated don't exist yet (as far as Photoshop is concerned), and they lose their "favorite" star. Once the star is turned off by this bug, it stays off until I go back into Photoshop (after the fonts have all been loaded) and turn the star back on again.

Photoshop suddenly started to freeze during a save operation. I open a file, I make one small change, I click save, and it reaches about 37% and stops. It’s not that complicated.

I often work with a lot of tabs open in Photoshop and I find that it can be hard to see all of the documents open. I'd love the asbility to collapse the tabs to small size and have a preview thumbnail of the tab with an abbreviated version of the text. Much like Google Chrome tabs.

Engraving portraits on CNC machines requires a separate plugin with features such as: spotted stone texture overlay; engraving preview; layers with different frequency channels of engraving points, for ease of retouching. And of course, the AI function for creating portrait models.

This is a weird message from Photoshop, could not open an image !!?Could not complete your request because a SOFn, DQT or DHT JPEG marker is missing before a JPEG SOS marker.what is that mean at first place !!! ... Im using MacBook and its up to date, photoshop version is 19, and it was working perfectly, I use it everyday to edit photos and so on.Now I have one way to avoid this message by take a screenshot of the image and open it, but this is not a solution at all !I don't know why this message is thrown by Photoshop.is there anyone have a solution of this error !!!!!!THANKS
