Here are the default Curves presets. I suggest adding one more, with 5 points set up. It would be useful for better control, let's say, if we want to affect just the darks or the lights. Just compare, when we lift the lights, the whole curve changes (with the darks & midtones). So we need to add points manually. Certainly, we can make our own presets (as I did), but won't it be helpful for many users? I believe, it should be added to the default list 🙂 For even better control we can also have a 9 points preset.
We can copy a layer mask to another layer just by drag-and-drop its icon while holding Alt.(or Ctrl, if we want to move it from one layer to another)Why not to add the same option to the Blend if?

I love the new AI Generative Fill. I think what would really make it great if we could alter the rendered result with a free transform tool, to where we can rotate, change the angle, and change the size. That would be amazing!
Howdy. Testing the Beta version of PS with generative ai. I'd love to see more options for camera lens flare. Most images that come up when prompting with the word "camera" are actually images of cameras.
Instead of you testing these versions with us, which we pay for the Adobe package, I suggest you create a free version for people who don't have financial conditions [illegal suggestion removed by moderator]. That way, you will be helping these people to grow, while contributing to the improvement of the product for your end customers.
It would be helpful to have the option to use the shift key while using the new Remove tool...to advance it, similar to when using a brush tool.
Photoshop Remove Tool is Reaily Best Tool... Plz Add in Remove Tool Feature Right Click Brush Size Adjust.
Both Procreate and Fresco require 8-bit files to work with on my ipad. Mobile PS does NOT translate my 16-bit originals, so I need to go back to my desktop and recreate the files. Is there no easier way? I can open the 16-bit files in mobile PS but cannot change this there. Very frustrating.
Please add a prompt box below the before hitting the "create" button within the preset details.1. File/New2. Adjust the layout settings as usual (Width, Height, Resolution) etc...3. Enter Prompt (Optional) or Create blank canvasPrompt could include a list of additions or you could do one prompt at a time.Start off with the background prompt, then have a second or third stage generative features:Example -- [Stage 1] Add Prompt:Generate Background Prompt > Generate Scene and or Subject Prompt > Add Secondary Prompt[Stage 2] Secondary Prompt (extra features; Optional):- Add negative prompt- Add specific theme/color/subjects- Use image to support prompt (add Texture, Content-Aware, Proximity match, tolerance, influence from picture)Thank you!
Hello, thank you for continuing to do your job and improve this tool.2 simple ideas that in my opinion are not enough 1. guides not only vertically but also at an angle 2. You can move the canvas in the liquify filterI hope you implement this someday these are not revolutionary ideas but some will thank youHave a nice day!Regard Zak
This feature is awesome! I had a slight problem where it generated a cool background for me but in my image was that one piece of thing I didn't want there. Instead of having to remove it myself, I used the lasso tool to select and in the generate I typed "remove" and "delete" and clicked generate. I expected it to remove that peace and merge it with the background it provided but it didn't in fact it didn't do much at all. It would be cool, if you gave instructions to remove something on the generated pic or your pic to remove it. Thanks
For example align text in a shape to its center. We need to use vertical then horizontal instead we can have one button which centers both vertical and horizontal in a single click
Let's say, I've rotated an image and got empty space in the corners.Yep, it can be filled in, but what if I just want to crop it? I need to be very accurate not to leave any empty pixels. It can be really hard, we need to zoom in. I suggest adding a new option to the settings panel - "Crop empty pixels" or a "Smart crop".Which automatically sticks to the edges of the layer, covering all the gaps. It would be especially handy for editing panoramas, since after merging the images, we always have those gaps on the edges.
i have facing some alighment issue. i have request you please work on it Alighment tool on jpeg images. It's a big issue.
At the moment when generating a generative fill it creates a mask according to the area of selection. It would be handy if the added image it self will be masked so it will be pssible to move it around without the need to cut it out...
It would be nice to have a.i select the white point and black point in an image, then create a curves adjustment layer showing these points as sample points so they can be adjusted/manipulated for various output parameters.
It would be nice to have Radial Gradient to create some even backgrounds
While experimenting with the new generative AI, I asked the AI to generate a flying seagull with a transparent background. However, it didn't seem to know what I wanted. Often the generated content is not proportional to the rest of the image but when you scale it using the Transform-> Scale tool it scales the entire generative layer so its background no longer matches the scale of the area you selected. If I could ask Photoshop, for example, to generate a gold and black butterfly on a transparent background then it would help me to scale, rotate, or even duplicate the butterfly and place the new item(s) elsewhere around the scene without out-of-context background material.
Use a certain layer and add it to another layer with the same color tone and the same prespective.
Adobe has released Firefly in Photoshop's beta version, and it is impressive. It will undoubtedly revolutionize our approach as designers in so many ways. But why on earth doesn't Adobe just copy the freehand lasso tool they have in Adobe Fresco and utilize the exact same technology for Adobe Photoshop? I posted about this idea a couple of months ago, and I've been waiting for the update ever since. (Not just because I posted about it, But as the benefits of implementing it are so obvious). The New update has introduced some features that will make our lives easier in so many ways, but the freehand lasso tool problem remains the same...
The Photoshop 24.5 contextual task bar for transformations - great that it has flip vertical and horizontal. I would love to see a few drop downs to include various regularly used transforms such 1. rotate by 45 degrees2. rotate by 90 degrees3. Scale by 2 x4. Scale by 1/2 x5. Double the height6. Double the width 7. Slant by 45 degrees etcJust a list of common enough transforms that can be used along side the flip, or perhaps have them as buttons as well instead of a drop down ?? Perhaps also add a couple of buttons that can be assigned actions ?? so button 1 can apply a transformation that you regularly do such as scale and rotate and shear and apply a warp etc It be useful for these are the sort of tasks that I regularly apply to type or shapes or a layer and it would be great to have them at hand as a quick tak on the new contextual bar (which is one of the best most useful features you have added for ages, especially great with text and I hope to see with a
Bitmap and tiff format save show negative in Image preview, But after opening it is fine. What to do in this case? How to solve the problem.
I know the talk of the town has been AI(not adobe illustrator haha), photoshop has been the king of automation for a long time now, and AI tools are just the next step in automation. But I always wondered about making tools that "dont just make the art for you automatically" like what we have been seeing, but also focus on making art tools that help you to "create the art yourself". Something I'd love to see adobe tackle more. Tools that make it easier to create, and not just automate everything for you. Examples1.) I'd love to see Drawing Tools that utilize AI. Like a perspective drawing grid that can not just help you draw and create things in perspective, but could also duplicate your selection and move in further down in any perspective and perhaps auto generate what it would look like as if it were a 3d object. An example would be drawing a window on a building then duplicating it and moving it in a different perspective for another building. Like this type of creativity I'd
