Photoshop Elements

I have 40,000 images from the past 6 years on PSE organizer but they are spread out over 3 external drives!  (I use PS to edit but store on PSE organ.)  Is there a way to consolidate them all onto 1 drive without messing them up so badly I can't find anything?  I know that I can't move them around out of PSE and need to do it within the program.  I do a full restore every month so I have that but don't know if it would even work to go back if I have a disaster on my hands.  I've attached 6 pages of screen shots showing the entire catalog.  Yes, I know, it is a mess!  Any advice is TRULY appreciated!

I am trying to create a simple slide show using Photoshop Elements 19.  When I select images in the Organizer and then click Create > Slide Show, I see a screen with three icons at the left, menus at the top etc. but only for a nanosecond before it auto-generates a Preview.  When the preview ends, that's it.   The only thing visible, apart from the slider bar at the bottom, are the Theme and Music icons at the left.  Which don't respond (except oddly, a couple of times during my repeated and very frustrated attempts to use them).  The  only way out of this is to hit the Esc key, which asks me if I want to save my slide show to the Organizer, even though I've had no chance to add media, edit it.  When I respond no, it just takes me out of the Organizer.   Below is what I see, covering the entire screen.  I have been looking online at Adobe Elements 19 tutorials etc.  They all start with the premise that you are jumped i

I have Elements 2020, but I have had several previous versions over the years in which I saved all my photos. Am I able to open those previous versions and look at the photos there? Will have I have to import the whole backup to the the Elements 2020 version? I don't want to do that. I'm mainly using Elements now for when I want to edit a photo in more detail, so I'm not importing all photos to it. Thank you.  And thanks also for the help with suddenly not being able to open up Elements 2020. For some reason, I had to download the Creative Cloud thingy, but that did help me to get on. So thanks for that advice! 

after analysing what files the application was requesting, it became evident that my application was hanging on my high FPS videos in my catalogue. However, it would still function in the foreground partially, until it came time to close out. Windows 10 resource monitor showed that it wasn't requesting new files, but was still reading my PCIe NVME SSD at close to 1Gb/s; but there were no files to show for it. The CPU tab shoed that handels were still present with the initial 6 items (HEIC & MOV) that it was working on, but no additional media was being processed. Of the initial items, requested, one of them was a video captured using iPhone 12 Pro at 1080p @ 240fps on the stock camera. I moved those videos to a separate, unindexed folder, reopened Organizer, and the application was able to finish analysing faces and generating thumbnails. hope this helps someone out there. Adobe Devs, please make note of this bug.  

I've been using Photoshop Elements Editor for years, and have never used Organizer (I'm sure it's special, I'm just not interested), but Editor has starting asking me to install it (Organizer is not even on my computer). I don't want it, but the only options Editor gives is "Intall Now" or "Intall On Exit/Remind Me Later". Where is the "I don't want Organizer, so stop asking me to install it" option? It's really annoying as it's asking every time I open Editor.

I have user created tags and want to search for Tag1 or Tag2 pictures.  I'm looking for photos that have either tag (“or”) not both tags (“and”).   How do I do that? I have AE2021, Win 10. Thanks.

After being at my wit's end and not hearing back from Adobe, I contacted Apple.  I was told to close my apps, except the browser that had our chat going on, then to do these steps: 1.  Open System Profiles2.  Navigate to Users&Groups3.  Unlock so you can change settings4.  Create a new Administrator for your account - NOTE:  click the box that indicates new administrator5.  Make the name as close to your other account as you can; remember to write the simple PW on a piece of paper - don't lose it!6.  Click save, relock the prefs7.  Go to the Adobe site and download the latest PSE app on your Adobe account but don't launch the app8.  Reboot your machine and sign in with your account name and PW9.  go to your downloads folder and launch PSE 202210.  Voila! I was told my admin prefs might have gotten corrupted.  This solution worked for me!

I had  a canon 7d mark 11 and was always able to process raw images.  I just purchased a canon EOS R7 and I now find out that I am unable to process raw images with this camera.  I have photoshop elements 2019.

Hello!I feel like this is a silly question but am asking anyway. I want to create gift tags. How do I create a file so that it will print both the front and the back side of the document? Do I duplicate the file and then put a new design on the back? I don't even know if this makes sense.Thank you for any help you can offer!

J'ai payé et installé Photoshop Element 2022 (Windows 10) depuis novembre 2021 et il fonctionnait à peut prêt correctement. D'un jour sur l'autre le programme ne veut plus se lancer !Je l'ai réinstallé et j'ai redémarré mon système sans succès !Je regrette d'avoir payé si cher quelque chose qui ne fonctionne pas et où il n'existe même pas un support client digne de ce nom !!

I have PE12 and it has worked great in the past.  I just downloaded some pictures from a camera memory card and the thumbnails look fine, but the pictures won't go into focus like they used to after 1-2 seconds. If I leave the memory card in the computer, everything works, but as soon as it is removed, the pictures blur and a small red icon shows in the upper left of each thumbnail. What can I do to return focus after the card is removed?

I had PSE 2020 trial which worked fine. I went ahead and purchased 2021. Downloaded but seemed to be stuck on verifying organizer. So editor and organizer won't launch but says they're open in task. I restarted the computer and this little window verifying organizer pops up again but doesn't load all the way and seems stuck. I just spent 140 for this program. I had read that elements was basically the only photoshop that works with Catalina 10.15 . It does say in system requirements that it's compatible as well so what could be the issue?

HiI purchased Photoshop Elements 2022 two weeks ago. It worked then.Now when I try running Photo Editor, it says "Loading Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor Wokspace..." with a spinning wheel icon turning next do it, then that disappears, then nothing happens. If I click on the Photo Editor icon again, the same thing happens. If I go to C:\Program Files|Adobe|Photoshop Elements 2022 and click on Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022, the same thing happens.I've restarted the PC, but this didn't help.Can anyone help me?Thank you in advanceSam

My PC, on which I was using PSE 14, has totally died.  Am I able to purchase the upgrade version of PSE 2022 for my new system which has no version of PSE installed?

At the end of 2019 I bought Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, however I cant remmember the adobe ID of the account in which i redeemed the products, but I still have a printscreen of its serial numbers. Is there a way to recover my products and maybe transfer them to my new account?

I have signed out (deactivated) PSE14 on my old PC.I check my account online and it shows PSE14 as a registered productIt also shows No Activated DevicesI have installed PSE14 on my new PC. Organiser loads OK I'm seeing all my images.But when I try to start the editor it tells me the serial number is already being used.From reading some help posts I think I need to get Adobe to wipe my activation, but I cannot find out how to contact them. Or is there another answer to my problems.TIA 

I have Elements 6 on my old hard drive which was supplied installed when the PC was new. How can I transfer it to my new hard drive ? Thanks

Says it's a firewall problem on no internet connection,nothing has changed since Monday is  this just another bug?

Is "Save Metadata to file" supposed to work with PSD files? It saves to jpegs for me, but not not PSD files. Is this normal?Thanks,Dan

Je viens de télécharger la version d'essai de photoshop éléments 2022, mes anciennes versions n'étant plus compatible avec Monterey 12.5   Aprés divers essais des plantages aléatoires sont trés fréquent, cette version (dernière) est elle bien compatible avec Mac OS Monterey 12.5 (intel) où daut il que je cherche ailleurs un logiciel pour modifier mes photos. I recently downloaded Elements 21 and it was working fine, but now when I click to open the Elements Editor, it will not load. I tried reinstalling the software and that doesn't work. I'm on a Mac which is up to date. Any suggestions?

When I select an image or text, I can't change the size. The blocks to resize are not visible. I can now only drag and move a image or text.  Who knows how to fix this?
