Photoshop Elements

Bonjour, J'ai acheté Adobe Photoshop élément 2021 ainsi que Adobe première élément 2021, il y a quelques années. Récemment j'ai du changer le disque dur de mon PC. Mon système d'exploitation est Windows 11. Je ne peux pas ré installer mes produits Adobe. Comment puis-je faire ? Merci de votre aide

I make extensive use of Photoshop Elements 10 to organise/categorise my 35000+ photos. If I upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2025 will all the tags, categories, sub-categories etc survive the process?

Hi all, I am on a MacOS running adobe photoshop elements 2026. Recently , all the files in my catalog are missing their names.  I have tried to holding down the shift when launching photoshop elements organizer to 'repair' the catalog.  I have access to an optimize button but there is no repair button.  I also tried launching organizer, file manage catalogs and also tried restore catalogs.  Nothing appears to work.  I also see that there is an updatem version 2026.1It does not seem to be installed.  Does anyone have suggestions? ThanksDan 

The fix seems to be uncheck "make layer visibility undoable" but after a couple days of searching the program, I am unable to find any trace of that function. There are no "history options" that I can find to uncheck this box.

Bonjour à tous, je me trouve devant un probléme : Aprés avoir acheté Adobe Photoshop 15, le 30 novembre 2019, j'ai acheté Adobe Photoshop Element 18. Je viens de faire installer W11 et mon Photoshop à complétement disparu. Lorsque je veux le re-télécharger avec tous mes numéros séries, facture, Code, etc. la fenêtre de téléchargement Affiche "Fermer". Pourtant il est bien précisé que je n'ai aucun appareil enregistré. Je ne sais pas comment faire. Si quelqu'un peut m'aider à récupérer mon logitiel, un grand merci à l'avance. Cordialement à tous.

Op nieuwe pc met windows 11 heb ik Adobe Photoshop Element 2020 gezet. Het vreemde doet nu zich voor dat ik niet kan afdrukken met mijn standaard printer HP Officejet Pro 8620.  De printer werkt met andere programma's uitstekend en is juist geinstalleerd. Op mijn laptop waar APE 2020 ook op staat en deze ook met  windows 11 staat geeft dit geen probleem. Hoe kan ik het oplossen? Moet ik het programma eerst verwijderen en dan weer opnieuw installeren of is er iets anders om dit optelossen?

Since I updated my MacBook Pro, I keep getting an error message stating that Adobe Photoshop can no longer be used on this computer because it requires at least MacOS 9.1 or Mac OS X 10.1. However, I have the latest update, macOS Tahoe Version 26.1. installed. Can someone help me with this? Thank you very much for your ideas. Hello,I purchased Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2026 about a month ago and have been using Photoshop Elements (PSE) without any problems until now.  Two days ago I hit the problem where PSE would not start. On double clicking the shortcut, I could see an entry for it appear in the background processes in Task Manager, but it would not open. There were no recent Win11 updates in this period. Some quick research revealed many suggestions on the web, in various forums (including this one) and several YouTube videos. Some of these related to earlier versions of PSE, going back to 2019.I tried some of the suggestions, with little success, but eventually managed to fix the problem by setting the properties of the .exe to run in Windows 8 compatibility mode.  But it didn't make sense to me that it had been working OK in Win11 native mode prior to this. So the next day as an experiment I turned off the compatibility mode option, and, as I suspected

I'm not sure it ever installed properly, raw never installed, but now guided doesn't work. I just get the spinning thing. Also on quick, nothing shows up in the right panel, just the spinning thing. I hope the screen shots help. Thanks.   

Bonjour, Suite à des ennuis avec un disque j'ai dû réinstaller Photoshop Elements 2022 sous Windows 10 (que j'avais acheté en novembre 2021, valable pour 2 appareils). Avec le programme "PhotoshopElements_2022_LS30_win64.exe". L'installation se déroule normalement, je démarre PhShElem et il me demande mon "code serie", je l'introduis et c'est ok. Je peux travailler avec le logiciel. et je le quitte à la fin de mon travail. Si plus tard, je relance PhShElem, il me demande à nouveau mon code serie, je l'introduis, et c'est ok. Which iOS versions are compatible with Elements 15? My Mac runs on 10.13.6 (High Sierra). If I update the system, will Elements 15 work?

Hello,after buying the license and installing the newest Photoshop Elements 2026 on my Windows 11 Pro (version 24H2),  this error occurs - ,,The database file could be not opened. This can happen if the database file is corrupt, read-only, or not a database''.What do I do now? 

How do I recapture my lost albums? I have thie images, but can't use the Organizer features on the clusters of images.

Unlike PSE 2025, the 2026 Elements Editor does not retain, from file to file, the File>Close>Save Options>Organize: "Include in the Elements Organizer" & "Save in Version Set with Original".Without retaining these 2 Include & Version options, I have to click on them for each file Save which is particularly cumbersome since the "Process Multiple Files" option also does not function (report already acknowledged).

Hallo, in dem Elements 2026 hat die Speicherung von mehreren Dateien nur einmal funktioniert, jetzt kommt immer wieder folgender Fehler "Sie müssen für die Ausganedatei(en) eine Erweiterung angeben". Die Quelle sowie der Zielordner sind ausgewählt und die Konvertierung ist in JPEG gewählt. Die Dateinnamen sollen nicht verändert werden, daher habe ich dies nicht angeklickt. Was kann ich tun damit es funktioniert?

I am using organizer 2025. I cant figure out how to delete a peoples tag from multiple phots at the same time as its way to time consuming to do it one at a time. I have tried to find out online and even using AI and it tells me to select the person tag, then select the photos you wish to remove, then right click and select remove the persons tag.. EXCEPT there is NO option for this. The only option i can see is if I select them 1 at a time and remove the people tag from the Image Tag. If I select multible clips it shows no Image tags.   So under People tag I select the person, I then notice many photos does not contain this person so i wish to select them all and delete the person tag from them.. HOW ???   Please help so fustrating.

This information was sent to me from Support,First uninstall all Adobe related products and Adobe creative cloud desktop application, then restart your computer and download and install Acrobat Pro 2020.When uninstall Acrobat Pro 2000 and Photoshop Elements 2025 it works well but for Adobe Creative Cloud and Photoshop Elements 2018 I get this message,Translated:This file is not associated with any app to perform the action. Install an app or create an association on the Default Apps Settings page if an app is already installed.I can't find out how to do this./R²

Hi, like may people I've been caught by the upgrade to Tahoe of my Mac so that PSE 21 no longer loads. I''m not sure if pressing on with Elements is the right thing for me but I had over 120k photos all carefully tagged, so in the short term I was loading the trial of 2026 to see what that was like. Unfortunately I'm getting an error when I try to convert my catalog. The message tells me to fix the error (no description) in the original software but obviously I can't do that. Has anyone encountered (and solved!) a similar issue? 

Je ne parviens pas à installer Photoshop 2023 sur mon "nouveau" PC (Geekom P12) tournant sous Windows 11. Sur "l"ancien" PC (Dell) pas de soucis.L'installation démarre bien puis s'arrête avec le message d'erreur 183. La solution proposée dans ce cas n'est d'aucune utilité et s'emberlificote dans le Creative Cloud etc. Solution?... Pas d'antivirus perturbateur, nettoyage de possibles fichiers Creative Cloud,... Quid?

You will gather immediately I am not IT savvy  I had aWIndows 10 Computer containing  catalogues in PSE 2018 and  2022 .  I had to change it as operating driveand storage were full. I employed someone to transfer all of my data to the new computer All of my 15 years worth of photos came over  but not the old versionsof PSE.  THey seem to be in there somewhere but If I try to run Adobe demands a redemption code.  I have now purchased PSE 2026 on  he new computer . Is there any way of getting my old catalogues with all the tags etc onto the new computer

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2026 Program error in photo editor 26.0 JPG file. Windows 11 (Version 23H2) Selecting an area with the Smart Brush tool "Enhance". Then "Retouch Image", "Adjust Lighting", "Shadows/Highlights...", "Brighten Shadows" Error: No preview, even though the box is checked. Clicking "OK" results in the error message: The "Shadows/Highlights" command could not be executed because a program error occurred. See attached screenshot.

I still get confused sometimes when trying to conceptualize Organizer. Also I have yet to try to 'tag' photos. My understanding is that the Organizer 'registers' photos and videos from one's hard drive and then lists them in a 'catalog database'. A few questions: 1. If the catalog lists them does each photo look like the original but actaully isnt? 2.when you look at 'tree mode' in the catalog is that the same as looking at the tree mode in explorer and will they have the same folder names?   2. if I have photos and videos in various places on my hard drive (due to being unorganized) does the catalog organize them for me if I try importing everything? 3.if the catalog does the organizing and I want to create projects with different groups of pictures does the catalog find them in the various locations on my HD and visually create them in the catalog? Im sure my questions show how Im confused. Thx for any answers
