Photoshop Elements

I finally gave in and upgraded to PSE 2024, having struggled with PSE 2022 and Sonoma 14.1.2 (photo bin not working, as well as a whole host of things, including having to convert files to 8-bit before doing certain things). Now I cannot add back my ON1 plugins, even though I've copied across the ON1 plug-in files across to the PSE 2024 plug-ins. I get the attached error message.Any ideas what I can do to fix this? There seems to be very little info anywhere about using ON1 on PSE 2024. Thank you!

Ich habe die 3-Jahres-Lizenz PSE 2025 heute erworben. Beim Start erscheint jedoch das PopUp Menü "Ihr Photoshop Elements Editor-Build 2025 ist abgelaufen". Nur ein "Beenden" Button ist anwählbar. Kann jemand helfen?

Hi TeamI have recently upgraded to the new PSE 2025 I note that when I edit in RAW and hit Open, I now enter the PSE Editor with a RAW file(I understand this is to allow foe DNG files rather than XMP sidecars) Is there a way to customise the workflow so that the edited RAW file opens in the Editor as a JPG (I am sure this is what used to happen) Thanks v much

After discovering a bunch of photo folders that were not in my 2018 Elements Organizer, I was about to import some of them when I realized that I’d better back up the current structure, in case I messed something up. According to the help I’ve found on the Web, there should be an option to back up only the catalog structure, which is what I want; the files are already backed up. But when I clicked on Backup Catalog, my only options are Full Backup, which copies the files as well, and Incremental Backup, which would have the same result. All the online information I’ve found on the Organizer applies to more recent versions. Can someone tell me how to back up the catalog structure in the 2018 version?

I have been asked if it possible to install Photoshop Premiere Elements on our compters in our town library. We have 14 shared PCs and a photography club have asked if we can install these programs. Is this possible? How are these programs licensed? We have Creative Cloud and this is linked to our users Azure ID login, is this the same or via a serial number. Our enterprise reseller cannot supply us these licenses. Thanks. 

I have found Enhance, adjust color, but I do not see the 3 sections (like PS6 has) with the slider bar, for a very quick, easy adjustment. Thank you. 

Dear community,I have been using Photoshop Elements and the Organizer to manage my images for many program generations. All PSE versions were always registered under the same Adobe ID.The images imported into PSE are on a local hard drive - not on an online storage, they all come from me and were only imported by me under the same Adope ID.Now I have the following problem:Some of my pictures cannot be deleted using the organizer, but the majority of them can be easily deleted.For the part of the images that cannot be deleted, I get the following error message:"Different user ID detected. Try to log in with the previous Adobe ID from Editor."But there isn't or wasn't another ID. Since I can no longer sort out some of the images and remove them from my database, the organizer is becoming pretty unusable for me and I am therefore turning to you with the following questions:- Does anyone know the problem described? And/Or maybe even has a solution for it?- How can I contact Adobe Supp

I’ve been using different versions of Photoshop Elements and an iPhone for about 20 years. Over that time, there’s always been  debate about whether to keep files in their native HEIC format or convert them to JPEG. I avoided addressing this issue for years, despite the challenges, and now it seems the general recommendation is to stick with and download to PSE as HEIC.  Feel free to correct me if I’m mistaken—especially those of you who are Photoshop pros. I’ve also used Flickr at times as a platform for sharing files, which integrates with Photoshop Elements 25 under teh "Share" tab. However, when I try uploading HEIC files to Flickr, I encounter error messages. After reaching out to Flickr Support, I was told that HEIC is considered a Raw photo format that isn’t supported by Flickr. They suggested converting my thousands of files to JPEG, but that feels like a major hurdle for sharing content seamlessly through Flickr and PSE 25. Would appreciate any guidance or

I just purchased Elements 2025 (coming from 2019). In my workspace, the bar where the mode selections resides is blacked out so I am stuck in quick mode. How do I access Expert mode?

Hi, I was told to re-instal Photoshop Elements 2022 due to an issue (can't now remember what it was.) I duly did this., but when I start the app and try to open the Photo Editor, I am asked for a serial number or redemption code. I don't have these any more, as after 4 years, I don't have the sales/installation documents.  How can I obtain these items again, so that I can proceed? Photoshop was working perfectly before I was asked to re-install it. Many thanks.

When I open Elements the text of the program is very small.  How do I enlarge it?

I just migrated from Windows to MacOS but I also use Adobe Elements Organizer.In Windows I could see either Album or Folder structure. When I choose Folder structure in MacOS version, I see all folders, without hierarchy or tree Is there an option to see this...as my folders are nested

HelloI'm running Photoshop Elements 2025 on a Windows 11 PC. I use the Organizer program far more than the actual Photoshop program but there is no separate forum for Organizer, hence the post here. My problem Organizer has stopped creating smart tags. Any newly imported photos have no smart tags. Attempted fixes so far that have not resolved the issueDeselected and Reselected the Analysis Options in preferences, all options are tickedRun the Repair and Optimize catalog many times, including the fix anyway and the re-index optionRenamed C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Elements Organizer\25.0 folder Uninstalled all adobe products and then reinstalled Photoshop Elements 2025. It appears Elements 2024 can still be downloaded from Adobe but I am not seeing a cost. Maybe it doesn't give you the cost till after you download? I have 2023 but thought, perhaps, I should upgrade to 2024. Thanks. 

This issue is slowly driving me insane. I'm on a desktop iMac running Mojave right now, using Elements 19, but this issue has been around ever since I upgraded to Elements 14 from Elements 10. Sometimes--not always, but sometimes--I cannot open a random PDF properly. The first stage always seems fine: You can see the image just fine, so all seems well. But then I click on "OK" and get this: Nothing there...completely blank. The kicker is that I then open Elements 10 and do the same thing, and THE FILE OPENS JUST FINE. So it is not an issue with the file itself. It's something about Elements 14/19. Is anyone else seeing this issue??? Is there any solution other than enshrining Elements 10 on every future computer I own??? Thanks!

Hi all I quite new to this and have watched a few utube videos and they talk about the curves adjustment button? I cant find this in the new version only the levels button, have tye gotten rid of it? or do i look elsewhere please? any help much appreciated

I have Photoshop Elements 5.0 installed. Everything is OK, but I cannot save the image as a web graphic. It is displayed under "File" but it is not selectable.   [Mod: Moved to the Photohop Elements forum]  

Hello,I purchased Photoshop Elements 2024 with a lifetime license in June 2024. At the time, I installed it on a Mac OS 10 without any issues. I recently had to reset my Mac, and when trying to reinstall Photoshop Elements 2024, the installation can no longer be completed because my operating system is below OS 12 (upgrading my OS is not an option). Does anyone have a solution? Thank you.

I store several slide shows on a thumb drive and play on a Samsung tv. They were made with photoshop elements 12 and earlier. Some shows also have music. The files are wmv or mp4. I can adjust the duration for each image and have transition features between images. I have not any new shows in more than a year, and I have forgotten how to do this. Please help me remember how to do this. Thanks. Marvin Gang

I purchased elements 2023 via the Apple app store and it works just fine on my laptop and old desktop (running Sonoma).  I purchased a new mac mini (running Sequoia 15.2) and used the migration assistant to move files and apps.  When I launch elements, it starts to load, then stops with a message "Could not complete your request because of a disk error." In the background/Elements loader window, I see it is stopped on "Measuring Memory..."   The basic elements organizer opens and behaves normally, but the editor won't load.  I can't re-download it as it is no longer in the app store (just elements 2025).  Do I have to bite the bullet and buy it again?  Or can I get elements 2023 to work?  TIA

Purchased a new laptop.  Completed the following steps to load PSE onto my new laptop...1.  Complete a backup from PSE 2020 running on my old laptop.2. Purchase and install PSE 2025 onto new laptop.3. Complete a Restore using the backup created in step 1.Problem:  can see my PSE Albums and the files in these albums, what I do not see are any files that are not in an album.  I don't know if they are not there or if I don't know how to find them in the new version of Elements, it seems completly different to me than it has for the past 15 or so years.
