Photoshop Elements

When I open Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor (2021), a "You have a new update!", "There is an update available for Photoshop Elements. Please select how you would like to proceed."Well, I simply wish to close said window without making any selection, and continue on to be able to use what I paid for.Sadly, there was no way to not make any selection, and simply close said update window.Since there is absolutely no way to close said window without being required (aka, Forced) to make a selection to install, I could not use APEE. I therefore have to use the macOS, ‘Force Close’ option.Adding to the above misery, I absolutely do not wish to have 'Creative Cloud' in any way, shape, or form, on any of my Apple devices!Also, please do not ask why I do not want the update, since the answer is above.How do I simply close the update window, and continue on doing what I want to do?Also, I made a futile attempt to bring this problem up on the automated 'Chat' line. You have to be kidding me!

I have a wirtelss connection from my computer to my HP8600 printer using Photshop Elements 18. I can print photos and documents but cannot scan photots for editing.

Hi. I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 installed on my desktop pc. I have Windows 11 os. When I start the program and go into Photo Editor I click on the Guided Mode. The Guided Edits tabs do not show up. What do I do to get them to show up? I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and still the same thing.

In the past when using new layer via cut after selecting the object and clicking on new layer via cut a work box would appear in the top right of my screen with new layer via copy and new layer via cut for me to click on. I am not getting that now have i inadvertantly clicked on something I shouldn't have?

Why does elements show a suggested crop when I click on the crop tool? It is never a crop anyone would ever use. It is always a bad crop. It is just an irritation. I alway have to adjust the crop to fit what I want. Why does Elements still have this feature?? Many people have commented that they hate this feature. Why can't I at least turn it off??

For the longest time, I've been unable to print from Photoshop Elements. Every time I try to print any file that is open in Photoshop, regardless of the printer I have selected, once I hit the print button, a "save file as" dialog opens up. The only workaround I've found is to save the project as any kind of file and open in it in any other software and then I can print. This is supremely unhelpful when I'm trying to print using my sublimation printer and need Photoshop to manage the colors. I do not have "print to file" or any similar type box checked, so I know it isn't that. I'm beyond annoyed  at this point. Is there a solution?

I have been unable to long in since buying this application.  Attached is a screenshot of the message I keep getting.  If this isn't resolved soon I want my money back, which is fair.  I am also extremely irritated that it is damn near impossible to find a live person to speak with regarding this matter.  The AI assistant has been quite useless in helping me resolve this.  Please, will someone assist me? Thanks,Heather Yandell

Hey, Installed a Photoshop Elements 12 fresh on a new laptop (Windows 11) and when go to sign in it says "Update your browser, to use adobe services please update adobe applications, operating system and browser" its all fresh and new and all windows updates are done.. tried installing adobe 2024 trial and go to install and it wont let me click continue after filling in email.. please help get elements 12 running...

How long should it take for an Elements 2022 update to load on a Mac running Big Sur via a WiFi connection? I just installed Elements 2022 this morning and it was fine. After about an hour I went back to open it and I keep getting the following message for about an hour now: Update in Progress, Adobe elements is installing updates. Please try again later.Is this normal?

I just bought the upgrade from Elements 2023 to 2024. After downloading the .dmg and opening it, when I double-click on the app it won't open. I get an error message that says it can't be opened because it's not responding. What's going on??

Here's the deal: I have several photos of lightning strikes, taken a few seconds or more apart. Is there any way to combine them into a single image, to look like they were all at the same time?

Bonjour,Je viens de faire l'acquisition de Photoshop Elements 2024.Après l'installation, Adobe me demande de me connecter avec mon Adobe ID Après avoir tapé mon adresse mail, je clique sur "Continuer" mais rien ne se passe.De la meme manière, "obtenir de l'aide pour la connexion" ne donne rien.Tous les liens sous la fenetre sont par contre actifs.Une idée ? Recently purchased Elements 2024 for iMac running latest operating system for ios. Os has 64Gb RAM, 3 Tb HDD and latest version of ios, Senoma 14.5. When I first installed it I experienced the same problem but it seemed to resolve itself. Went on holiday for 2 weeks and during that time iMac was shut down and no one used it but as son as I try to use it the software freeze with a message saying "Loading Adobe Photoshop Elements works space". I cannot do anything with it. This is a major bug and it needs to be addressed by adobe. Can anyone help me? At the moment my only solution is to again completely uninstall Elements and move to one of the many other software packages that actually work on a iMac

Hi, When I try to add a subcategory to Laval and click on the arrow right to "+" sign, I only Get:New Place, Rename & Delete. When I click New Places a map opens and if I add an address, it pins it on the map but I don't see it as a new subcategory in Laval. Can someone help me? Thanks 

Bonjour,Possesseur de photoshop elements 15, je souhaiterai l'installer sur une nouvelle machine (sous windows 11).Cependant, lors de l'installation, une fenetre m'indique de mettre à jour l'OS ainsi que mon navigateur (les deux sont à jours).S'agit-il d'un problème provenant de mon ordinateur ou est-il impossible de ré-installer PS elements 15 ?D'avance merci ! 

du jour au lendemain j'ai ce message a l'exportation" erreur interne verifier l'espace du disque "j'ai tout eteint j'ai redemaré , changé le format, changé la destination j'ai meme désinstallé et réinstallé le programme rien n'y fait

Someone has sent me a large 11mb PSD file.When I open it, it contains the layout and all the image the client wants to use on their web page, including all images.However, I don't know how to take each image from that one worksheet, and extract each one to a separate file.  I have to ask them to email me each image/file separately.Surely there is a way to copy and paste  or "save selected item"??Simon

I'm not sure what has happened to my Photoshop Elements 2023 program.  It worked last week, but not (like other posts) now.  The "Loading Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor Workspace" notification just spins until it quits.  The same thing happens for the Organizer, but the Premier section opens fine.  After trying a simple reboot I have uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled the program to no avail.  I followed the "suggestions" in other posts, but didn't have any success. Any additional help would be greatly appreciated.

I just bought Adobe PSE 2024 today, and I am trying to figure out how to access some of the features. I've used Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Photoshop Elements in the past, just previous versions. I am not able to select to add or view or do anything with layers. If I have a selection, I am unable to copy or do anything with it. I am also unable to turn on or off the 'windows' for viewing.  I've also checked, and my mode is set to RGB, not to Indexed Color. I saw some people say to change from 16 bit to 8 bit, but I don't see how to do this in this version. Thanks!

Hi.I have just noticed the an extra folder has appeared in my PSE 2023 actions panel. (see attached .png)It is in Spanish i.e. Contrasta.It looks like Contrast and Sharpness adjustments.Should it be there?Is it worth keeping?Can I change it to English?I don't think it is anything to do with the Elements+ plugin.I did a Reset Actions > Append and it didn't appear a second time.Has anyone else seen this? Cheers.Roy
