I’m trying to convert my pdf files to jpg, jpeg on my iPhone and it doesn’t have that as a option and that’s the reason I purchased adobe dc but it only has word, excel, PowerPoint etc as the options and I need this corrected ASAP!

I have designed an interactive PDF in Acrobat Pro on my computer. The PDF has dependent drop down menus using javascript. The dependent drop downs work on a computer (both Mac & PC) and in 3rd party PDF viewer apps (PDF Expert ) but not in the mobile Acrobat app made by Adobe. Any advice to make it work in the native app made by Adobe? Tried both apple and android devices. 

I'm looking for a way to print file or document to pdf from an iPhone like you do on computer. Is there a way?  Or do I look elsewhere?

How can I change the name of a document I've downloaded online via mobile app? Sometimes the name of the document is so complicated or obscure that I can't figure out what it is without opening it up. I'd like to be able to change the doc name like I can on my computer with the "save as" option.

I have created many forms in inDesign with check boxes and they worked fine in Acrobat on both desktops and mobile devices. All of a sudden, a recent update for Acrobat on iOS (not sure about android) has caused the check boxes to not work. They still show up as interactive boxes, but when clicked, there is no check mark. They also still work on a desktop and they work on an iphone when opened in files. However, most people will open it in acrobat, so I need this fixed. I'd rather not have to redesign all these forms... is there a workaround on this? Is this a bug in the update? Thanks!

Hello. I created a pdf form on my desktop Adobe with the box where I can attach a photo/file.I have no problems filling in the form on the Adobe Reader on my android phone, exept it won't let me to attach a photo to it (while I can easily do that on the computer). When I click on the image box, it just selects it, but there is no prompt to browse to the phone gallery.I saw there have been a similar issue on this forum, but dated 2017. I was wondering if there have been any changes since and if there is a way to attach a photo to the fillable form on the android device.I will appreciate any relevant information. Please let me know if there are free apps available to do that. If not, what are the other options (paid apps)? Thank you.

Hola,antes tenia un iphone 5s sin ningun problema para abrir y firmar pdfs, ahora cambie al iphone 7 y los mismos documentos pdfs que firmaba antes ahora no los puedo modificar porque me pide la clave del administrador de ese documento (que soy yo!). Alguien me podria decir como saber esa clave ya que no puse ninguna clave de seguridad cuando cree ese documento en mi ordenador?Gracias anticipada por su ayuda.Saludos 

On Android version of Adobe reader, documents synced with Onedrive do not open, with an error maybe saying " unknown error occured during downloading this document" after tapping(the real message in Japanese version I am using is "このドキュメントをダウンロード中に不明なエラーが発生しました") .  Looks no clue. Even though the reader for PC (both Win and Mac) can open the same documents on Onedrive. And other documents via Google drive also can do it on the same smartphone.  This means no problem about network connection and other something mechanical, I think. For a while I am going to be able to use the documents on Gdrive, but need to make a migration of them from the Gdrive to Onedrive because of size limitation in the near future.Uninstallation of the reader app and re-logging in the app made no changes.  Do you have any solution or suggestion? Please. 

I cannot open pdf docs on my mobile after latest update. I have the latest version.

i am using iPad Air 2 iPadOS 13.7. i have 5 files that defy being deleted. this seems to be recent problem in that i've never had it in the preceding 5 months.

Can someone please assist me. My Adobe Acrobat keeps crashing when I try to edit my PDF for my clients. Please assist. 

Hi! I want to convert word files to PDF that include the Font Merriweather Sans. I work on iPad and have installed the fonts via iFont. Office/Word finds the fonts but when I convert to PDF, the fonts are clearly missing. It seems that I cannot install this font via Adobe cloud. Why is it that Merriweather exists, but Merriweather Sans does not? They are both on Google fonts....Thanks for the support!Martin

Submitting a PDF form designed using Adobe DC pro is working fine in Desktop version but its not working in the Adobe reader mobile. So is this feature is not supported by the mobile app.

Olá, fiz o teste grátis do aplicativo Adobe mas no dia de fazer o cancelamento por não estar satisfeita com o aplicativo visto que o mesmo apresenta problemas no meu tablet e não tem o bom funcionamento de todas as funções, a Play Store não aceitou meu pedido de reembolso e o valor foi descontado do cartão de crédito.  Estou enviando isto pois, segundo a política do Adobe, o cliente pode pedir o reembolso caso não esteja satisfeito com a compra até após 14 dias de ter efeituado a mesma. I downloaded from https://get.adobe.com/it/reader/ the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my Windows 10 laptop and I noticed that horizontal scrolling two fingers on TouchPad does not work even though there is an horizontal scroll bar, and indeed the only way I have to scroll horizontally is to click on it.  Vertical scroll with touchpad works perfectly, plus vertical and horizontal scrolls with touchpad both work perfectly on other apps (like Microsoft Office, Google Chrome etc...).So that makes me think the issue is strictly related to Adobe. I already tried uninstalling and re installing the program - it doesn't help. How can I solve the issue?

Hi.I use my Adobe account in my Android tablet (Samsung). The last couple of days, when I was trying to open one of my files, a banner appeared telling me that there was not any memory left. However, I tried the same from another tablet and could open the files. Thus, I undeerstood that the problem was not in my Adobe's Cloud memory but in my tablet's memory. Nevertheless, my tablet has plenty of memory left. My next step was to try to change the Document Cloud Cache Location from "Internal storage" to "SD Card" but I wasn't able to do it: when I pressed the button, nothing changed.What can I do?Thanks.
