I have suddenly encountered problems in converting a document from Word to pdf. Earlier versions of the same document have converted with no problem. When I try and convert now the process gets almost to the end and then changes to another screen (see attachment) asking me to upload the document again. This gets to the same stage and I then get a message to say an error has been encountered. The file has increased in size from previous versions and is now 25 MB so is within the limits. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

kenapa tidak bisa memakai adobe reader tidak membaca padahal aplikasi nya sudah ada dan tolong ingin mudah instal acrobat agar lbih mendukung ke email saya
Adobe started converting my pdf attachments to links. There was no clear permission for this. Just a couple of non-descript words that didn't convey what was going to happen.. I DID NOT CONSENT TO THIS. I am ready to discontinue my subscription, unless someone gives me a solution, a rationale or both.
I am not able to edit my word file. I have Adobe Export PDF. I uploaded a pdf file and then converted to word (.docx). When I open the word file it will not allow me to edit/change. Can someone help me because this is why I purchased Adobe Export and if I am not able to convert PDF to word and edit, then I am not sure if I will renew when it expires in February 2019. Thank you for your help. Regards, Stephen

How do you change units of measure from inches to mm on ChromeOS devices, within Adobe View Chrome web plugin?Ive tried setting the region on the device, and also in the plugin settings, but when I try to get the document info for Page Size, its always in inches. There are no preferences to set like in other versions of Reader where you can change the unit of measurement to the one you prefer.
I purchased a monthly Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription for my Ipad computer. Can I access my subscription on my MacBook without purchasing as 2nd subscription?
Hey everyone,I'm experiencing a persistent issue with Adobe Acrobat Online's Request a Signature function, and I'm hoping someone might have insight or a workaround.Normally, I use PDFs generated from Google Docs without any problems. Yesterday, I attempted to send a signature request using a form that I had previously sent successfully to another user, who signed and saved it as a template. However, I accidentally sent the incorrectly named PDF to today's customer, so I canceled the signature request and uploaded a corrected version.Since then, every attempt to send the new document results in the error message: "Sorry, something went wrong." I have tried:✅ Uploading different PDFs, including ones generated by Acrobat's own PDF editor✅ Sending the request to different users✅ Clearing cache and switching browsers Nothing has resolved the issue. As a web programmer, I checked the browser console and noticed at least 11 errors, including:403 errorsAPI POST err
Hi yall, hope you guys can help me with this issue. I have a user that was sent a document and they are intending to sign it. However after clicking on "continue", a pop out appears that says "document processing".User has told me they tried waiting for an hour and it was still processing.I've tried different browsers, incognito mode, clearing the cache. No luck. They tried the link on their mobile device and it gives the same thing.Another user was able to sign without issue so I'm not really sure whats going on with this particular user.Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!
How do I convert PDF to JPEG?
Acrobat 2020 Standard displays of minimum of two pages.I just need to see a single page in full screen window when i'm running the "Organize Pages" tool.I can't seem to zoom in to just leave one page visible and no changes to any view settings make any difference. I've googled possible solutions and tried what seems like everything (in Acrobat), in Preferences, in View menu, etc etc, to zoome in. but most actions geared toward increasing the page size to see what's on the page by zooming in do nothing.I'm running Windows 11. Please help, my eyes can't take the microscopic font size when two pages are forced into a single window.
I'm working on a project where some of my team members are going to be uploading hundreds of signed documents using either the app or web version of Adobe Acrobat. Is there a way for these files to automatically be accessible to the entire team since sharing each of them individually will take a long time? A shared folder that everyone on the team can access seems like the ideal solution but I can't figure out how to share folders, only individual files.
Ho ricevuto un file PDF di nuova generazione e non riesco a stampare il modulo inviatomi. Io non ho il nuovo programma e non posso caricarmi un costo così elevato per ricevere uno o due file all'anno. Che fare ?
I want to print the document out without having to delete the label lines or do something that changes the shape or colour of the lines, what can I do?
I used my Adobe Acrobat Pro account to compress a large scanned 98MB PDF file for size, not to recognize text, and the resulting compressed file is full or errors. It seems the fonts are all messed up with certain letters being replaced with white space (kind of like in the case of redacting), and so the contents are mostly ineligeble in this compressed file. It seems to me like it's reducing its size by literally deleting characters, which seems kind of absurd. What is going on that is causing this? I have not intended to or need to run text recognition on the file as I realize it is not the best quality text and there is handwritten notes throughout sporadically. How can I get a smaller size file without altering the contents (vs. reduction in clarity quality, which I am okay with!)? Thanks!-Yasmeen
Hi, PDF files are disappearing from the source folder while attempting to save the changes made to the file (there is a good chance that this is happening to only the files downloaded from Outlook...not 100% sure). While saving, the application stops responding, crashes, and the file gets deleted from the system. Once deleted, the files cannot be retrieved from Adobe application, recycle bin or the temp folder...they just disappear!!!This has been happening to a few of my colleagues as well, indicating that this is not a problem with an individual system. Also, this issue has never happened with ay other file types (word, excel, ppt, ot image files). It would be really appreciated if somebody could recomend a fix for this. Thanks in advance!
Below is the message I receive when trying to compress a 5.4MB file. Please advise. An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF.
I'm preparing a five-page document for e-signature. Only the last two pages will have signatures, but the last four out of the five pages will have repeating information on the top of the pages, to be pre-filled before sending out the document. I sent a similar letter last year without any issues cloning fields. This year, however, Adobe PDF will not let me move a cloned field to different pages. It just pops back to the previous page. While it's not a showstopper to have to type in this information a few times, it is definitely going to take a lot more time for me to do this on the 700+ letters I have to send out. Is there an issue with the newer version of Adobe that needs to be fixed, or a workaround to cloning these fields? I've tried just typing in the name of the field that I want the information duplicated to, but of course, the software won't allow that. 🙂 I'll probably try to report it as a bug.
I am having a paid subscription of Adobe Acrobat i am able to use the paid features on my iphone but not on my laptop, in laptop in my account it showing next payment due date, but i am not able to use any of the premium features, i am using one device at a time
I need a copy of my billing history for tax purposes, where can I print this?
I have several users reporting the same issue with their Acrobat Web version. The installed desktop client works and all other web applications like Adobe Express work. This has been tested on several browsers and systems with the same issue. All users are linked with Acrobat Pro licenses. Cannot figure out what is causing this issue with just the Acrobat Web version. Any thougths?
Users are reporting that when they open a PDF in document cloud and edit they are unable to save these edits and are receiving the error above. Has anyone else had this issue and resolved? Thanks
Here's my scenario, which I'd like clarification on more than anything. Upload file for compressionSelect High compression (which says it will reduce it by 2/3 file size 👍)Acrobat Online compresses it to less than 1/10 🙄I select to download regardless and (here is the point) – it asks if I want to download this PDF or a compressed version which is 2/3 smaller 🥴I choose the smaller one because obvs that's what I'm here for, but then it complains and says it's already compressed 🤯 So, why is the compression really poor initially and why does it give me an option to download a properly compressed file, but not actually allow me to do it? Why am I paying for this privilage?
