When I convert documents to PDF after 5pm the program automatically changes the date to the next day. My date and time is correct on my computer, so not sure why this is happening. I need to remember to go in and manually change it after it is a PDF, which is a pain. Any ideas on what is causing this?
I had a third party workflow accidentally duplicate a document about a hundered times. I have gone through and manually cancelled each document and now I need to delete them all. I have found instructions for deleting documents in Adobe Sign but none for Acrobat Pro. These instructions and screenshots I've found for Sign do not match what I'm seeing with Acrobat Pro.
Hi Team,The Adobe extension was updated to version 25.8.2 yesterday, and since then, I’ve been unable to open files in both Edge and Chrome. I’ve checked with friends and others, and they’re all experiencing the same issue. Il m'est expliqué que la mise à jour ne peut se faire car mon navigateur n'est pas à jour... donc, je tente la mise à jour de Google CHROME. Il m'est indiqué que je suis en Windows 8.1 et qu'il faut passer en 10... parcours du combattant! Je suis témoin dans l'action que méne l'assication contre l'Obsoléscence Programmée, en guerre contre Windows et autres. Bilan, j'ai télépchargé, mais tout est bloqué! J'ai tenté Firefox, qui était à jour, mais ça semble ne pas marcher non plus. Partout il est noté que ce logiciel est GRATUIT, ce qui en définitive semble FAUX. J'attends vos commentaires pour défendre mes intérêts. Cdt, Olivier
Hallo liebe Community,ich habe ein PDF im Cloud-Speicherplatz unter "Deine Dokumente" versehentlich gelöscht und versuche dieses wiederherzustellen, finde allerdings weder in der Desktop-Version (Windows & Mac getestet) noch Online unter Adobe Acrobat einen Ordner namens "gelöscht" oder ähnlichem (im Gegensatz zum Creative Cloud-Speicherplatz, um den es hier nicht geht).Leider führte auch die Suche nach ähnlichen, bereits gelösten Anfragen nicht zum Ziel.Besten Dank im Voraus für die Hilfe!Grüßexausel
I just installed Adobe Reader and tried to open a PDF, and this error appeared. I can open this file with the browser app. This problem is old; it's happened to me before, and to other people too. Please help.
Today I noticed that the pdfs don't work when they try to turn on through the chrome extension. When I turn on a file, I can see it for a while, doom the Adobe overlay starts to load everything from the screen disappears. I might have lost a huge amount of work and I’m hoping to find a solution here. I hope it’s still possible to retrieve the corrections that were made in a shared PDF document via Adobe Acrobat Web. I’ll try to describe what happened as clearly as possible: Situation:- My colleague, who has an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription, uploaded a book’s PDF file and shared it with the author and me via a shared link.- The author opened the document online in the web app, without using an Adobe account, subscription, or logging in, and made corrections to the entire book. On the first 41 pages, he added comments — these are still visible. However, from page 42 onwards, he directly edited the text itself (changing spelling and words). These direct edits have now completely disappeared. That’s where I come in. I was asked to help ensure the author could share the corrections in such a way that we would all be able to see them.- I asked him to download the edited PDF and send it to us, but he was not

I installed the latest version of the Acrobat web browser extension on both Edge and Chrome, but the buttons keep loading without displaying any content. When I open a .pdf file that is stored inside of a SharePoint docuement library, add a page to said file, and save the changes, it is not overwriting the file. Instead, it is saving a new copy back to the SharePoint appended with a " 1". ("OriginalFileName.pdf is turning into "OriginalFileName 1.pdf") This is a functionality that we had approximately 2 weeks ago, but now it no longer works. The only workaround I have been able to find is using the desktop application, while disabling new Acrobat. Any suggestions are appreciated.
When you are reading a document in the acrobat.com browser-based reader with scroll pages enabled and reach the end of the page, the document will jump downward, so that the next page is at the top of the screen. I suppose it's my subjective opinion, but I find this behavior very annoying. It makes it difficult to scroll through a document naturally. This is because I have to remember to read all the way to the end of the page before scrolling far enough to allow the next page to come into view. Otherwise, the last paragraph or so won't be visible because the reader moved the view so that the previous page is not visible and the top of the new page is positioned all the way at the top of the viewer.I don't think I've ever used any other word processor or document reader that does this. The desktop-based reader doesn't do it, but I don't always have access to it. Is there an option to change this behavior, so that the document scrolls smoothly through pages?

Hello Adobe Support,I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat. When I open a PDF file, instead of displaying the content, Acrobat shows a blank grey screen/overlay.

I was sending signature requests in Adobe Sign - Send in bulk and it keeps getting stuck in the processing loop. The circle just keeps spinning and never finishes. I tried to sign out and in a couple times, but nothing. I've also cleared browser, cache, signed in in a different computer and keeps happening. I have to send out 600 and was able to send out 150. I work for a small office that had thousands of folders, word documents, and PDFs vanish from the Adobe Acrobat Document Cloud overnight. This all occurred on August 1st and 6+ hours with the abomination that is Adobe's customer service has yielded no help or solutions.We have tried just about everything, including downloading older versions of adobe, but all the contents in all of our folders have vanished with no trace of them existing anywhere. I was wondering if anyone has ever had such an issue or could help provide any potential solutions. Thank you.
