I just renewed my Adobe Stock subscription, for which I am entitled to 10 cumulative monthly resources. From the current 30 I should have gone to 40, and instead I find myself 10 resources. I try to contact assistance, but apparently there is no assistance! I am very disappointed with this episode and would like some help understanding how I can solve this problem. Hello. I have made a mistake with an image and need to cancel it. I have a monthly plan, and didn't realize that this image was out of the plan when I clicked "LICENSE" - I see that this image is way out of my budget at 292.95.I need to cancel it. It hasn't yet been added to my library. Can you help me? : ) The image is: #158593835 (Close up of a man labeling glass bottles in a beer brewery or distillery). 

Hello, I accidentally hit the "license" button instead of "save to library" (it doesn't prompt to ask if you want to download like it does inside an Adobe program so I couldn't stop it from happening). Are you able to help me fix this? Thanks,Erica

Its time to be honest about Adobe Stock, I was originally with dollar photo club which was great and fast!. Once Adobe bought it its been the slowest photo website I have every been on. Its so frustrating to have to wait for such a lagging website...I have a super fast computer work station at work and at home and it doesn't matter. Whether its navigating through the pages or going to my libraries the site is just slow or lags to load new pages with photos. On firefox I can barely get my libraries to show up completely, need to switch over to chrome. I've been a user of shutterstock, getty, istockphoto etc...and this site is the slowest in the market. I used to love browsing through images for hours with dollar photo but now with adobe stock its so slow and painful I can't imagine having to go through more than 10 pages. Get your developers to fix the issues with speed and lag time/loading page time! its ridiculous.Your frustrated user!

Can I get an extract of my payments to Adobe Stock from april 2018 till now? My bank cannot make the extract, but they claim I can get it from you. /Lene Brunsgaard

Hi there, I'm looking to get Adobe stock but I'd like to know if I can use the photos on thumbnails for my videos that are posted on media sites like Youtube..and if yes, which license would I need to use for such? TIA

As the title says, I want to cancel my stock plan since I don't use it and get it through my school for the time being anyway. But, it doesn't show in my manage plan section (the billed payments do!). Trying to find a way to contact adobe support is like pulling teeth, so I'm hoping reaching out here will help me reach a solution.  Cheers in advance! 

I realy need help about our AdobeStock licencing (750 images/month).We have the following error message when trying to download some images and we don't understand why?"You have reached the limit of licenses available to users. Purchase additional licenses or remove licenses assigned to other users."We are sure that we have not reached the 750 images/month available.How all this is counted? or how to view the download report ?Thank you in advance if you can help.

I started using Adobe Stock today. I was very excited to be able to use royalty free music from Adobe. I was unpleasantly surprised when a claimant struck down the first piece of music from Adobe in one of my videos. It turns out that a track you have listed as "Making Her Smile" by Yigit Atilla is actually a track called "Always" by Leonel Brody. Is this a common occurrence? Do you legally back the usage of the tracks you are providing as royalty free?

Can I know why it is impossible to contact you via forum? what a poor service! I subscribed to the adobe stock subscription after the trial and you promised me 2 months for free and in the end you still charged me for the month of March and since then it's been impossible to contact you, no mail, nothing! it's scandalous!

Hi. I started free trial on December and did not know it was monthly payment. I paid January, Feburary and March and finally found out that I've paid it for three months. I did not used stock at all. Can I get a refund of those three months payments? Thank you.

Hello, I had a credit pack and accidentally licensed 7 images instead of downloading the preview. Is there a way to receive a credit for the images I accidentally licensed? Thanks.

free trial - spelling mistake in my email.Can not confirm my account, nor chancel it.Ticked Paypal as paying method, if I don´t cancel after 4 weeks.  Will I have to pay for a non-funcitoningn account now? How can I make sure that I do not have to pay after 4 weeks?I am writing this from a friends account, since I can not find any other tool to get a response. 

Does anyone have any idea why this has suddenly started happening today? I just want to go back to  the way it has always worked in the past, where I click on an image in my search to get a closer look and it enlarges and then collapses back down with all the other previews when I've studied it. Its now opening a new browser window. I have 900 images to source in a couple of weeks and if I have to keep closing the new window each time it's going to slow me down considerably! I'm using latest Firefox browser - 87.0. Thanks so much for any help!
