I am astonished.I did cancel an ADOBE STOCK subscription on 4 April by paying an extra 30 euro and now I found out that on April 27 I was charged again for 36.59 euros!What is going on here?Stefano

Tried to access my library in Adobe Stock today and got the message Could not load libraries. It was fine yesterday.

Image FIle (AI/EPS): 147450484.  I'm trying to use in InDesign.  Placement box has "Transparent Box" checked.  Shows up the same way in all Adobe apps.  Here's a big clue.  When I open in Photoshop and use the hue/satuation adjustments to reduce the lightness all the way down, I see the grid that you see in the image, but behind that, I can see what looks like the real Transparency Grid.  I'm on the 3 images per month plan which means no customer support.  If there's no solution for what appears to be a bad image, is there anyway to return the license and get a image credit back? 

I have the same issue, can't unsubscribe the trial plan for stock photo and was charged for 2 months already. how can I unsubscribe the adobe stock photo monthly fee

Just spent an hour chatting with Adobe stock. I realized that they continued to bill me 3 months past my cancellation of a one month trial. At first, they offered to give me three more months for free. I didn't need that. Back and forth, finally they said they would cancel all my payments but I wouldn't be able to use the photos. Since it was the only option I reluctantly agreed, but now I have to take down my website. I'm very sorry I chose to use Adobe Stock. I've noticed many who've had a similar problem, did anyone get a better result?

Case No: 0189411236Hi thereI had an Adobe Stock payment ($29) decline due to insufficient funds in my account on Oct 11 due to a waiting period for forex to clear. This is unfortunate and poor on my part. However, today when the payment reached my bank account I went into Adobe to manually push the payment. Both this and my Creative Cloud subscription fee have been charged to my account.This afternoon, in trying to license an image, I saw that I am now short 40 credits. I have 10 images available now but had 50 at the start of the day.I would like to know when I can expect my account to be reinstated to its due amount of credits.Thanks!

I usually do not have problems opening AI files in Photoshop, but image number 151501383 is not displaying correctly. It opens as normal, but it just shows a bunch of text instead of the image. Is it possible to get credited back for this image and have the image checked so others don't have the same problem? I downloaded it three times with the same issue.This is what I see when I open in Photoshop:

But I want to know if there's any way to receive the proper image? The image is still listed and the improper download file still in place. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I was was charged $29.99 for the month of June (June 3rd) for an adobe stock plan, which reminded me that I needed to cancel the plan (oops). After I cancelled the plan, I was charged the $1.00 fee which was expected. HOWEVER, this morning I received a notification from my credit card that a SECOND monthly charge from Adobe Stock for $29.99 was being applied, this was unexpected and need to have one OR both of those charges reversed! I rechecked my adobe profile, and the plan is indeed cancelled, and I checked my credit card history and both $29.99 charges are there.Please Help!

My account says I have 85 images available but when I try to download one it says my billing is not up to date. I cancelled my service because there were too many but I still want to use the ones that I had accumulated. Please help.
