Hi there, I licensed image #114800743 but received a different image when the file was downloaded. I had another case opened about this (ADB-2389065-H4R9)and was reimbursed a credit. But I want to know if there's any way to receive the proper image? The image is still listed and the improper download file still in place. Thank you for your help.
Hello, I was was charged $29.99 for the month of June (June 3rd) for an adobe stock plan, which reminded me that I needed to cancel the plan (oops). After I cancelled the plan, I was charged the $1.00 fee which was expected. HOWEVER, this morning I received a notification from my credit card that a SECOND monthly charge from Adobe Stock for $29.99 was being applied, this was unexpected and need to have one OR both of those charges reversed! I rechecked my adobe profile, and the plan is indeed cancelled, and I checked my credit card history and both $29.99 charges are there. Please Help!
My account says I have 85 images available but when I try to download one it says my billing is not up to date. I cancelled my service because there were too many but I still want to use the ones that I had accumulated. Please help.

Hello, I took a standard license, and I would like to use the images to illustrate the page Facebook of my company.I saw that I had to quote the name of adobe stock and the author if I did not modify the photo.Do I have to do it also if the photo is modified? If I add a logo for example?I am afraid that my boss refuses that I quote the source, then I would like to know how to avoid to buy more photos afterward Thank you
hello, i signed up to adobe stock a few weeks back and i can't seem to find my subscription to be able to cancel it because the application is trying to take the money from my credit card. I just can't seem to cancel anything
Bonjour, pouvons-nous utiliser les images adobe stock en license standard sur notre site afin de vendre celles-ci pour des autocollants et dès que l'image est vendue, nous achèterions la license étendue ?
I notice that there are some size limitation when using images on other stock websites. Such as Fotolia:Please also note that use of our images on social networks is possible only:If the size is less than 1000 x 1000 pixelsSource: Fotolia - Help and support for royalty-free stock image acquisitions But I haven't found any limitation about that on Adobe Stock Additional Terms. Is that means that there isn't any size limitation when using image stock?
We planned on using #97573623 created by elipsefx as a background video with a duration of 10 minutes. However, the 15 second video does not seamlessly loop. It jumps every 15 seconds. How are we supposed to use this 15 second video when it was not created correctly?
In the first picture below, I have an image saved through my web browser to my Adobe CC library. In Premiere Pro, I cannot load a library. How do I get anything to show in that panel? So far I have tried clicking the cloud icon and selected "Sync Settings Now," followed by the various options that follow. Nothing works. They make this look so easy at NAB and all of the tutorials that I've watched online. But this has not been working for me. Also, in tutorials that I view online, I see people can search in the Premiere Pro Libraries Panel for Stock video and photos. I cannot do that either. What am I missing here? I am definitely signed into my Creative Cloud account.
A month ago I decided to try Adobe Stock subscription as they offered me 10 images per month. I just got a notification from my bank that I was charged 36.29 EUR. The thing is I didn't plan on continuing using this service as it is way over my budget. During the first few weeks I downloaded a couple of assets and they were fine, it's just too expensive to pay nearly 4 euros per image to me. I instantly cancelled the subscription but it was too late. I didn't get a notification about the end of the trial. Therefore I am asking for refund, I haven't used it for a couple of weeks I think.I received refunds from other subscription based services on the web before and I know the EU law applies here, which grants me a free refund, so please help me get my money back. Thank You.
This situation has been going on for more than 6 months: CRM 01600000001475. I am a long-term customer of Adobe products and I am really surprised how this issue has been handled. It seems like no one is interested in resolving this issue, therefore I am posting it here. I downgraded my Stock Account and my image credits were removed. This information was not made available when I downgraded my account or I would have used the credits before doing so.First of all, the policies regarding image credits should be made clear on the subscription plan and in a person's account. Second, if image credits expire, the expiration date should be made clear in a person's account as well. These images are not cheap and it is not fair to not have accurate information about the products that I am paying a monthly fee to use. I contacted support by phone, explained the situation and was first told that the payment for these images would be charged back to my card, but I had to submit the card again for
I licensed a stock photo# 175179422The extension at the end is .aiMy apple computer cannot open - I have never had a problem opening photosbefore. Please help?
Hi out there,I want to create a template for cutting-machines from a licensed file. I want to sell this template (without the original file). However, no changes will be made except for the necessary modifications. The template is a vector file. My question: 1. does an extended license entitle me to create and sell this template?2. may the buyer use this template to create products for sale? So mugs or T-shirts, for example? Many thanks in advanceRonald
Hi, I'm currently subscribed to the student creative cloud plan in the UK (16,24£/mo). The other day whilst checking my bank account, I noticed that Adobe stock had taken 24£ out of my account. I never subscribed to Adobe stock! As part of my student subscription I get 10 Adobe stock files for free and I've downloaded 2 in the past but that's it, I never subscribed to a full plan. How can they just take money out of my account like this?! How can I get a refund and cancel the subscription? Thanks,Josh
Please tell me why you guys make it so difficult to communicate or get real answers? I have tried numerous times to download a RF stock image but it constantly pushes me towards a "plan". I don't want a "plan". So I go to my profile and check my info and all is fine but I still can't download an image and still get pushed towards some BS plan. You clearly have a "pay as you go" option but it never updates. Then after a lengthy search I find an area to communicate and it is just a waste of time "response fields" to fill out with no results.Quit making stuff so difficult. Don't end up like Quark Xpress, they were so arrogant involving customer service and thought they couldn't be replaced. Don't join the ranks of Blockbuster, VHS, CDs and other dinosaurs. Stop hiding behind BS menus and questionnaire fields and provide good customer service. I have a business to run and can't afford the downtime trying to incessantly fill out your forms and whatnot. NOT USER FRIENDLY!
I signed up to Adobe Stock - 40 images a month (month-to-month) at the end of April. I only needed this amount of images for one specific project so I then cancelled my subscription in May before the first month was of my subscription was out. I received an email to say Cancellation Confirmation. But now I see that this week 40 image downloads have been added to my account!! I haven't yet been charged for them but don't want to be. Can anyone please help me.Much Thanks,Sarah
Hi,I am new to buying Stock licenses. I recently bought one to use on my business Facebook page. Do I have to give credit to whoever owns the copyright, or am I free to use it?
