I make botanical clipart for stock. Wreaths, pine borders, mistletoe, juniper. Every one has to ship as a PNG with a genuinely transparent background, and cutting them out used to be the worst part of the day. I tried the usual chain: the web tools, then rembg locally with u2net, then BiRefNet, then RMBG. They all failed the same way. A wreath is a ring, and inside the ring there's background that has to go — what I kept getting was a haze in there instead. Not opaque, not clear, a grey-blue smear that looked fine as a thumbnail and looked awful the moment a customer dropped it on a colored card. Pine needles came out as mush. Thin stems vanished, or came back with a colored rim baked in that no amount of levels would remove. Then I looked at what those tools actually do, and it stopped being mysterious. **rembg feeds BiRefNet a 1024×1024 copy of your image, gets a 1024×1024 mask back, and scales that mask up with LANCZOS to your original size.** On a 4096×4096 render that's a 4× upsca

Bonjour. [Moved to Stock by a moderator］

I downloaded AdobeStock_538890993_Video_HD_Preview earlier this month. And now I would like to download the 4K version, which I cannot find anymore as the video looks to be missing. Is there any way to download it after all?

I've licensed an Adobe Stock vector (File# 399343242), but thus far, I am unable to remove the black checkered background in Photoshop or Illustrator. Is this file faulty somehow or am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated!

I shouldn’t have to post on a forum to get this resolved, especially with the rise of Ai and how many times I run into this issue.Anyway, an asset I downloaded from Adobe Stock was listed as an SVG and is not. It is a pixelated rasterized image. File 2061700400Please remove this asset, refund the credit and add a feature on the site to report for this exact issue, instead of just copyright infringement.

2061136146 Is listed under the Vector Files but it is a jpg inside an .ai Illustrator file.

Whether it’s a poorly traced or GenAI, it is unusable as a vector and must be removed or flagged.https://stock.adobe.com/images/scenic-autumn-forest-path-with-falling-orange-leaves-a-beautiful-vector-illustration-for-a-fall-season-background/1668574785

Can I use Adobe Stock images labeled 'Editorial Use Only' in a published policy research report from a think tank NGO? The report is our own institutional research output, distributed publicly.

Hello, for the past few months a lot of the vector assets i have downloaded are unueaseble for my professional work. They are clearly ai generated (or just VERY poor quality), but not flagged as such, so i can’t filter them out. Even in the preview i can’t spot this, but after downloading the paths are messy, everything is merged together, so i can’t edit them like i want. This feels like a huge waste of time. Sometimes it is so bad that i can’t even find a man made illustration for a certain general topic. As suggested many times there should be a report option for this. I contacted the support chat and they suggested i post the assets here, as i have a very long list i will just start with my most recent downloads.#1957485896#1968842490#1957487115#1971484829#1940463627#1660034431#1637673717#1939741038#1949048879

https://stock.adobe.com/images/vineyard-workers-harvesting-grapes-in-summer/2059988361This vector illustration seems AI-generated, despite of not have been labeled as such, despite of my search filters. The edges of the elements are not clear or defined, shapes are generally messy and unprofessional, the background elements do not exist and removing foreground elements only creates holes in the background. As such, the file is unusable professionally.I ask for removal of this file from Adobe Stock and potential banning of the uploader. When removing elements there is nothing behind them so no one human created this file

Dear all, apologies if this has been solved before, I haven't seen it. We have accumulated a number of stock credits via the subscription that adds 25 credits a month. We do not need the subscription on that account any more and cancelled it. What will happen to our credits, will they remain usable for purchases until the amount is depleted?Kind regardsBSG

The vector for stock id#1944462845 is horrendous once purchased. Th vector is all blurred together and up-close details are bad even though it should be simple shapes such as circles for the eyes.

I need a refund please

This happens in Safari, but not Google Chrome.Clicking on a stock item from the filter search results used to open the details of the item and preview.  Now it opens an “AI Studio” (whatever the f that is - I have no interest).Does anybody know how to stop this happening in Safari?  Obviously the work around is use Chrome instead, but it’s irritating.

I downloaded an ‘editable stroke’ file. It is not editable. It removes a download from my licence. Download number is: #2104595918 and by contributor ‘Peace’. Anyone got some advice?

Ich möchte ein Bild zurückgeben weil es mir nichts nützt. Falsch vom Ersteller gekennzeichent. Ich wollte ein 360° Panorama und das Bild ist nur ein einfaches Panorama. Bildnr. 307584234

Dear Adobe Community,I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding a recent issue I have encountered while using Adobe Express, specifically relating to the use of assets from a contributor whose account has now been deactivated by Adobe Stock.Approximately 2 to 3 days after downloading and utilizing these assets in my designs, I attempted to revise my work, only to find that I could no longer access the downloaded files due to the contributor's account being banned. This unexpected action has not only hindered my workflow but has also resulted in significant losses for both myself and the affected contributor. In my efforts to seek assistance, I have reached out to Adobe support through various channels, including multiple chat agents and emails, yet I have received no responses or resolutions to date. This lack of communication is concerning and raises questions about the fairness of the policies in place that affect the user experience and the livelihood of individual contributo

Hello,I just bought This item from Adobe Stock. As a thumbnail everything seems fine but these items are just badly image-traced and resold, making them unusable in any way possible because of the horrendous quality of the vector. My question is; how can I report things like this? The specific user's profile seems to be full with subpar traced vectors that he is selling on Adobe Stock. I know I can't get a refund for the digital download but this is just rediculous. Please remove these items and if possible, give me my credit back.
