I recently called Adobe to transfer my personal account to a business account so that a new employee could download the apps and have access to my stock photos. I asked multiple times if my 4500+ stock photos from the past 10 years would transfer to my new business account and was reassured multiple times that it would. It has been 2 weeks since and I have been on the phone with Adobe more times than I can count on two hands. They keep saying the issue was escalated and I would hear back in 24 hours and I never do. Meanwhile, I am being charged monthly for Adobe Stock and now lost access to over 4500 stock images that I use daily for work. This is costing me a lost of time and A LOT of money. I am not sure what else to do?

My Adobe contributor account was deactivated in September 2025. This was due to uploading a photo that was similar to a photo I had already uploaded (in my opinion). Is there still a chance my account will be reinstated? I filed an appeal one day after it was disabled. FYI, the stock photo I uploaded is non-AI.

Hi, I can't sync my Fotolia account anymore.I already did so a while ago, but now it says it's in use. It's definitely my account.

I recently subscribed for a free adobe stock trial, to avoid billing I used my debit card instead of credit card, but now they have charged me after the free trial, I don't have this much of amount to pay and I never utilised my adobe stock as well, so I immediately cancelled my subscription but now they have charged me more someone please kindly help me 

Stock image 707671228 is not a vector, it’s a jpeg plopped into a vector and totally unusable for my needs. Please refund credit

Hello everyone, I'm a contributor on Adobe stock, I make Mogrt templates. I have a question regarding Adobe Firefly-generated images used inside MoGRT templates for Adobe Stock. In some templates, I would like to use images generated with Adobe Firefly, for example as background element that are part of the Mogrt template.My questions is, if  is it allowed to include Adobe Firefly-generated images inside Mogrt templates? I have an active Crative Cloud Pro subscription.I want to make sure everything follows Adobe licensing terms and Adobe Stock submission guidelines before publishing.Thank you for your help.Saso

Common issues that can affect the technical quality of an image include exposure problems, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts, and noise. I don't understand why it is being rejected due to these issues.

Hello everyone! I have a featured request to adobe team. I have some complaints about the Adobe Stock Contributor system. If someone files something wrong or breaks the rules in Adobe Stock Contributor, Adobe blocks the account directly without any warning and also does not have any system to withdraw any dollars in the account.I think Adobe Direct should give the contributor some time and opportunity by giving a warning instead of blocking the account. Because it takes a lot of time and effort for a contributor to create an account and build a huge portfolio. Adobe should keep this in mind. And even if the account is blocked, Adobe should have a system in place to withdraw the remaining money in the account.Thank you for attention to this matter.

Recently, I have noticed a significant drop in my downloads on Adobe Stock.My portfolio mainly consists of AI-generated PNG images (isolated objects, transparent backgrounds, design elements, etc.).I am still uploading similar types of content regularly and following proper titles and keywords, but my downloads have decreased.I would like to understand:- Is this due to algorithm changes?- Has AI PNG content become too saturated?- What improvements can I make to increase downloads again?Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Since my company set up my Adobe CC subscription earlier this year I've had this issue from the very beginning.    From time to time the message "Your plan includes unlimited Adobe Stock downloads" appears in my Creative Cloud dashboard. However, whenever I search for an image and the browser window pops up with the results, every result has a blue button when you hover that says "Free with trial". When I click the download button, the filename has "preview" in the name and there are diagonal watermarks all over the image.   Maybe I'm misunderstanding something. I already have a plan that my employer pays for. The app itself is telling me that I have unlimited Adobe Stock downloads. Hello everyone,I am having an issue where I cannot find the SFTP menu option on the Adobe Stock Contributor upload page.According to the official documentation, there should be a "Learn more" link right below the blue drag-and-drop circle to access the SFTP credentials. However, as you can see in my attached screenshots, this link is completely missing from my dashboard.I have already tried troubleshooting by logging into my account using different browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari), but the SFTP option remains hidden in all of them.Could someone please help me resolve this issue so I can upload my video files via SFTP? Is there a setting I need to enable or a new step I missed?Thank you in advance for your assistance!chrome Safari  

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish.

I downloaded this image (#1833245290) and when I went to open it, it said it could not find the linked .eps file. The file was esentially blank which was frustrating. I haven’t been able to find a way to report it and possibly get the credit back.

I just came across an image (535300163) that has multiple conflicting keywords – alberta, british columbia, manitoba, lake ontario. It’s a photo of a neighborhood of houses, presumably in one of these very different places. So which province is it? It makes no sense. My search was for a specific city in Ontario.Is it the Submitting Photographer making bad choices with keywords? Is it a Reviewer doing a terrible job – whether human or (more likely) robot? The problem of bad search results has been persistent with Adobe Stock. I guess my question is (again), why is there such bad quality control, Adobe? Or perhaps my question should be… What has taken me so long to switch to a competitor for my stock needs? At this point, it’s clear you’re not going to fix your search results. But you are good at raising the subscription price!

'm trying to download a video from Stock, but every time I hit the "download" button get the same warning: "This video cannot be licensed / You cannot license this video." I upgraded my account to unlimited membership, but nothing has changed. I restarted my computer, cleared my browsing history, and logged in again; same warning and there is no additional explanation about it. Same issue occurs with other videos, too. What am I missing?

I see multiple posts asking the same question - but the answer is always "pm us" - there is *STILL* no mechanism for reporting offensive images. A clear link at the top of the relevant pages (forums, stock homepage etc), or next to each image is clearly needed.Whom do I pm to report the image I've seen? And no, just like others have pointed out, I'm not listing it for others to stumble across. Is Adobe Stock a soft porn site now?Searching for 'Kitchen counter" brings me to a related image of a girl clearly in her teens wearing nothing but boots and a top. The image is marked as 'provocative' - but is clearly far beyond that.This is offensive. Who is responsible for moderating submissions? Can we have a name?

Io creo delle confezioni per diversi fornitori che utilizzano la medesima foto, il cliente a cui fatturo è lo stesso ma i fornitori a cui lui si rivolge sono diversi. Io capisco che devo comprare due licenze estese distinte su Adobe Stock, ma non riesco a farlo perchè ho già comprato una licenza estesa e la secoonda volta me la fa scaricare gratuitamente.
