Howdy guys,Just a quick update to let you know that I still can't get into my Cloud Storage after umpteen times trying to find,locate and get to it but for some reason every time I go on my Adobe page/account it won't let me get access to it even though I still have over 600+KB amount of stuff inside it.Also what was weird when I saved a picture via Adobe Express and then saw it in my account the amount of cloud storage changed to a tiny amount but when I permantely deleted my image my cloud storage capacity went back to the original 600+KB from before and it is still like this now.**So to any members of the Adobe staff reading this I like to say that I am trying very hard to get into my cloud storage to sort the stuff out but it's not letting me get access to it.I have been on this site as a member for only a few weeks or so but this cloud stuff and the 2 Inappropiate Warnings I got for accidentally keeping but then discarding straight away 2 harmless pictures is not doing my health a

It seems like a bag after the latest update.I can't change or choose the fonts I upload for text when I use "add text". Also, I can't select my fonts in already existing text. I can only create new text in my fonts if I do it through the Brand tab. Can't change the font afterwards on the others from the uploaded either.

Hi there,Can anybody on this community page help me so I can get access to the Cloud Storage because apparently I have 600+KB still in the cloud on my page and yet every file that's on my page is completely empty.I have tried everything to try and permanently delete everything in my cloud storage but with no luck at all. So if anybody on here has any ideas to help me with this problem I will be very grateful especially if I decided to put more stuff in the cloud in years to come.  Thanks.

Adobe Express automaticly replaces << with ←. There's no option to turn it off. Is there a way to work around it? Please help!

The reason I'm posting on this site is that I received a "Inappropriate Warning":notice on Adobe Express over a legal genuine picture that I tried to use Generative AI just to test it out and then I was going to Discard it only for me to accidentally click on Keep instead. When I realised what had happened I discarded it straight away but now I face a potential Inappropriate Warning ⚠️ report or whatever it is.  I deeply regret what has happened a few days ago and I apologise fully to the Adobe company and the team etc for my accidental blunder which I regret totally. You have also to remember that I have only just come on this site the last month or so on a free subscription so I'm still new to the place. I hope Adobe can understand what I've been through the last few days and I bitterly regret my actions. Someone at Adobe needs to make this an easy process. I cannot figure out this workaround. I need to make a bunch of templates and this is very tedious. Indesign is an Adobe product, why is it not an easy "make a template" button?

How do I find any captions that I used? I see you can search for partial matches but what if you have no idea what the captions were?

While the basic layout is coming together, I’m running into a few challenges when it comes to making the experience more intuitive and visually appealing. One of the biggest hurdles is organizing the menu content. With multiple sections such as breakfast, beverages, and desserts, the layout can feel crowded, making navigation difficult for users. I’ve thought about using filters or dropdown menus, but I’m unsure how to implement them without sacrificing simplicity or clarity. Another area I’m struggling with is how to present calls to action for deals, coupons, and rewards. I want these elements to be noticeable without clashing with the overall design. Would floating buttons work better, or is it more effective to place them within the header or a sidebar? L

I am using Adobe Express on Safari and created a 10 page newsletter. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to create a PDF from this HTML. I am seeing some things online about hitting a Download button. But here's the thing: There is none. If there's a Download button somewhere to allow me to do this, the designers sure did a great job if hiding. So can anyone tell me how to do this thing which seems should be a really basic operation? A few months ago the text generator tool worked well, delivering appropriate outputs according to the prompt. Now it is trash. Please stop improving things by ruining them.

Currently I am grabbing themed templates to post simple collages with even quadrants  ( 2 , 4 , 6 & 8 sections ) . ..... I need to know how to navigate whereby it is a seamless process to start with a bare bones basic template . Not sure if that means I must design my own or not ? ..... Any guidance would be appreciated 

video blurs  when uploaded  to adobe express , its frustrating . It beats the entire purpose of  having  express . considering alternate now .  I have tried all  resolutions available on net  , cleared  cache, using different browser ,incognito mode  etc... no avail .

Hi! Very often, I want to change the speed of a video, but due to the 'glider"-setting, there's only choice between 100% - 50% or 25% (slower/faster). Most of the times, it isn't useful at all when slowing down the speed, as the video start being (very) shocking and blinking as the frames are moving too slow.It would be a great help, if we could change the percentage of the speed manually. So we can find out which speed works best for a specific setting ....
