Hello,I am working on creating a system of templates for my marketing partners at work. On occasion bleed will be necessary. I've been testing how to do this and so far I've not been successful. I've turned on margins and bleed and have ensured all elements extend beyond the bleed. However, when I download the pdf for print the bleed doesnt show up. What am I doing wrong or how can I resolve this? 

We use the Purple DS Hub content management system from sprylab. We are now looking for a possible integration to connect Adobe Express to Purple DS Hub. Our goal is to automate the creation of social media posts from the content management system as much as possible, while adhering to our design guidelines. Has anyone had experience integrating Adobe Express into a content management system via an API? Ideally, with Purple?

Since templates were moved from Brands to Projects, now whenever someone clicks on “Use template” the file that is generated from that is auto saved in the shared project folder for everyone to see instead of into ‘Your stuff’ like it used to do when templates were part of Brands. Would like to have the ability to change the location of the auto save file when using a template. 

When I go to my App Store it shows that my subscription is cancelled but I keep getting charged monthly ($10) for a subscription from adobe. I would like to cancel this charge on my account and receive a refund because I did cancel the subscription in the time frame it was supposed to be in. 

Does anyone know how to move or hide this toolbar that gets in the way every time I am editing? I have tried different zooms and it is always there. 

I pay a monthly subscription for Adobe Express, why does it cut off, reload, recover files (but sometimes they don’t recover)? I’ve deleted trash, updated my phone and app, but it still does it.

Using Adobe Express

Hi All 🙂I am new to AE. I am trying to find out how to change the spacing, but I cannot. I saw many tutorials and all these people have this tool but my premium version doesn't. Does Adobe discontinue this tool?All the bestJacek

I took a photo of a river and wanted to add a single scull (a type of boat which has its own Olympic event - https://www.olympics.com/en/olympic-games/paris-2024/results/rowing/men-single-sculls and Adobe Express refused to action it stating ‘One or more words violate Firefly user guidelines’. This is patently absurd and suggests that Adobe’s AI is irrational. 

Does the free online avatar creator in Adobe Express use gen AI or is it just puppeting the same way the old whiteboard syncing sites used to do (10-20 years ago)?

Did Adobe recently get a new CEO or something? They have been making interface changes to EVERYTHING. Adobe Collage Maker used to be super simple to use, but now they have [cursing removed] and I can't figure out how to load MY OWN photos to quickly create a collage. First, they "redesigned" Acrobat to be completely unusable, and now this?? If anyone in charge at Adobe is reading this: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, please stop changing the apps so that we need to take a lesson every time we want to use any of your products!!

Issue Description: I am experiencing a persistent "Download failed" error when trying to download or publish assets. This occurs even when using simple projects, such as a single image placed within a Premium Mockup.Despite having an active Premium Subscription, I am currently unable to download any content.Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken: Storage Management: I have deleted the majority of assets on my account to ensure it is not a storage capacity issue. Browser Maintenance: I have cleared my browser cache and cookies entirely. Session Reset: I have logged out and back into my account multiple times. Testing: The error persists across different files and templates.   System Details: Account Type: Premium Error Message: "Download failed - Sorry, something went wrong. Please try downloading or publishing again    

Earlier today I was working on some projects with the normal version that has been the same since I've been using it on my other account for a long time now now an update happens I'm forced out of my account having to create a new one and now this version only lets me Use it in landscape and it's completely a very frustrating experience trying to find and just everything when I was so used to using the old way the very least you could've did was have a classic mode where people could transition back to the old version while working on their projects and then slowly learn a new way just forcing us to try to use this horrible update which I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one complaining about it cause I'm looking at every messenger board all over social media and people are mad. Honestly think I'm about to just cancel my entire account not even doing this to get my way or whatever I'm seriously thinking about looking at other competitors because whatever this software is it is Not very u

Hallo zusammen, eine Zeit lang konnte ich bei Adobe Express dynamische QR Codes erstellen. Diese Funktion habe ich auch genutzt. Der QR Code funktioniert auch noch, aber ich muss einen davon jetzt ändern (also einen anderen Link hinterlegen). Firefly, via Express, throws everything out of context without considering the context provide. AI prompts tailored to FF’s behavior still failed to render desired output. Outright commands were disregarded. 250 character limit for 'detail'? Really?

Hi, Could you help me with how I can set up nudge preferences in Adobe Express.  I am not able to move the image/ text by 1 pixel.  It moves by 2 pixels when I move up/ down by arrow keys or by holding option key.It moves by 18 pixels by holding down shift key.   Thank you,Vandana 

I created a menu with links to slideshows & movies in iDVD and have created a physical DVD disc I would like to share this, as is, online. I am hoping it’s possible to embed my DVD image file (ISO?) as a link into an Adobe Express project so that it will show the interactive content online just as if I were putting the DVD into a DVD player. I have never used Adobe Express before …… please could you send me a tutorial link, or offer another solution. Thank you very much.

The Enhance Speech function has been working on a short piece of audio for days now and is stopping me from downloading the video I’m working on as it’s still processing. I can’t seem to find a way to cancel it working on the audio, is this possible? At this point I just want to be able to cancel this function so I can download the video.

Anyone else having these problem working on an IPad? It’s an IPad Air, less than a year old. Apart from the items I want to edit flying up or down, despite me moving them very slowly, and the zoom not working well, and the side menu taking more room than the space needed to work on.  These are all little glitches that I’ve gotten used to. But my main frustration is the edit/resize bar just won’t go away. Once it appears it stays there.  This means I cannot see the top of my work properly.  It’s just always there on top of whatever I’m working on.  I asked support months ago and the response was to “tap anywhere else on the page and it will disappear!”  As if I’m a child.  No, it doesn’t, that’s why I’m contacting support.  In fact their whole attitude was as if I must be wrong.  I shouldn’t have to get used to these errors and it does make work longer than it should be. This time I’m not accepting it, I want to know why.
