Hey everyone  I’m building an AI-powered biotech platform called Aridgen  that helps speed up drug discovery using machine learning. While the backend is pretty technical (AI models, molecular data, etc.), one of our biggest challenges has been:  "How do you explain complex biotech + AI workflows to non-technical stakeholders — investors, early users, and the public?" All my work was deleted by Adobe Express.  Not happy with Adobe!!!!!

When using the Erase / Restore function for images, I use a drawing pad but the pop up menu for copy, paste, replace, etc. pops up and blocks me from seeing what I am editing. How to make that go away? I'm using a wacom tablet. 

Hello,I am facing an issue with Adobe Express Character Animation. Everything works fine until the final step. When Adobe Express character animation reaches the “Wrapping up…” stage, the screen freezes and the final video does not export.I tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge) → same issueCleared cache/cookies → still happensSystem and browser are updatedOther Adobe Express features work fine, only Character Animation gets stuckCan you please confirm if this is a known bug, or suggest any fix/workaround?Thank you,

I have created a video using different photos, videos, elements and audio. It is about 3 min long and I can't download the file as mp4. I have also tried uploading it to Google Drive or Dropbox but that doesn't work either. I am currently in my premium trial month, I see no errors for licensed elements. I have also tried emptying my browser chache, different browers and different devices. But the download bar always stops at 61% and then shows the error "Download Failed. An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again."Does anyone have an idea why I just can't download my project?Thanks!

The exact same issue has happened with me in terms of quality of the generated text. I have re opended a file needing to alter the generated text and the quality is significantly worse. It isn't generating the same style even though I am using the same prompt.

Yesterday I have deleted 4 very old projects in Adobe Express (Webpages), and I also deleted them in the paperbin in the cloud. So they are really gone, and I have no access to them anymore. But all of them are still accessible with the original link! How can this be? How long does it take to finally delete them.Before I deleted them I tried to remove the public access, this doesn't work.So I deleted them, this doesn't work either. Any ideas? 

I am paying $19.99 a month for an Acrobat Pro subscription and I can't even access photos in Adobe Express because they are all Premier!  Tonight I was locked out of a document I was designing, which is not cool.  I am being offered a free 30 day subscription, after which the cost will be $9.99 a month.  This doesn't make sense when I already have a subscription in which I'm paying $19.99 a month.  Previously, I had a higher priced subscription and had access to programs like PhotoShop that I didn't need and were taking up too much space on my computer.  I switched over to the Acrobat Pro subscription in January and had no problems with Adobe Express until now.  All I need is Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Express; what plan do I need to have full access to both of these programs?

I have been trying to finish my Adobe Webpage but it doesn't seem to be saving my work. It will save some, but not all. I have redone it now 5 times and I'm getting ticked off. I have a cloud icon with white "refreshing" fixed arrows on it. I assume it's got the arrows on there because it is SLOWLY uploading my work to the cloud? I'm afraid to shut my computer down because I don't know if it will upload my webpage to the cloud and save my work. Anyone have this happen to them? This is a first for me - using it since May and haven't had many problems. No problems uploading it to the cloud before, that I know of anyway. I don't know how else to save my work. If I close Express, will it continue to load my project or will it lose most of my project for the 5th time? Getting annoyed and frustrated!

I have created several bits of artwork in a project I have set up. I now can't access the files, I am logged in correctly and have cleared cache, restarted, tried in 2 browsers. Nothing is working, any ideas?

Dear Adobe Team, when will an update for Adobe Express be available so that we can finally work with reference lines and grids? It's really a pain in the a%& to work without them in Adobe Express. You have them on almost every other Adobe program, and other comparable platforms manage it, after all... Thank you!

I'm so frustrated.  The new version lost so many features and is less intuitive.  Where is the text box? Gone. Where is spell check? Gone.  Dynamic text functions? Gone.  Please allow access to the old version before forcing us into the new version!

Hello - Can you create a QR Code with a logo in Adobe Express or some other Adobe application?I am able to create a QR Code but not with my logo.I know other websites have this feature, but then you have to pay or it expires. Thanks!

Hi, everyone! I want to create a Fantasy Premier League (FPL) badge for the upcoming season using the Insert Object feature by using Adobe Generative Credits. This needs to be done directy in Adobe Express, as far as I know, and not in the Adobe Express pop-up window on the FPL's website.  I'm wondering how I can submit my badge created in Adobe Express after using the Insert Object feature? I cannot find my badge in the pop-up window on the FPL's website. It should be possible to use this feature according to https://www.premierleague.com/en/news/4362141/whats-new-in-202526-fantasy-team-badges Thank you in advance!

Hello, Yesterday was great but today when trying to download any videos or image from the Adobe Express App on my newish Samsung Android device it goes straight back to the editing screen. No message is displayed. None of my projects can be downloaded to my device to use with Instagram etc. I have re-installed the app and restarting the phone. The issue is with .mp4 or .jpg files. I just hit the download button and then it goes back to editing. Have logged onto the website via my phone and can download OK but the app does not work OK. As mentioned yesterday I could download without any issue. Any help or guidance would be GREATLY appreciated - thanks.

Hello.I make Project folders for units/departments on my campus which contain Libraries mostly for templates specific to them. I used to be able to set the permission to the Project folder to a link that anyone within our system could "edit", but now (within the last few weeks) all new folders I have made only let me select a link that only gives the permission to "comment."Does anyone know if this is an AE change or if there is an obscure area in which I can change permissions that I haven't already tried?TIA

I just tried Adobe Express for the first time on an InDesign file meant for pdf distribution and when the file opened up in my browser, (after making selections),  it was really messed up; weird colors, missing text and a lot of other errors, which would take a number of hours to correct. I chose to make a presentation of my portfolio from the indd file. It has quite a few images and text and background information, and while I see that I can edit the document online, why would I want to? It was already fine the way it was. I also note that layers were made, but have nothing to do with the original layers in the indd file and it made way more layers than necessary. I also can't find a way to delete the uploaded file.So, who uses Adobe Express and what do you use it for? Very interested to see how others view this feature.Working on a Mac, OS 14.6.1, from InDesign 20205.0

I scheduled a month’s worth of posts through Adobe Express. The first couple of posts went out fine, but yesterday the Instagram image was posted without its caption. I double-checked, and the caption was definitely there when scheduled. The first comment was posted, though. Any idea what the problem may be?

Whe I create a project with text in Adobe Creative Cloud Express and download it as a PDF, some of the text will be changed to have no spaces in between words.  Example- I love Adobe but downloaded into a PDF, it would say Ilove Adobe.  It does this to several pages.  Anything I can do?  I have a project to print ASAP!   Thank you all!

Video Captioning: 2 steps forward, 3 steps back. The current UI feels backwards and burdensome. With a cloud-based app like Adobe Express, it’s counter-intuitive to download a video created in Express just to upload it back for captions. This feature seems designed for post-production videos outside Express, but now that captioned videos are saved in AE, what about videos made within it? We end up with duplicates—one on our drive or cloud storage and two in Express—wasting expensive Creative Cloud space.     Why no right-click option to caption a video or audio track?It’s baffling. Even after uploading to the caption tool, editing is available in Express—it is not even the cart before the horse, it is the cart across the street. To the decision-makers shaping my design fate: streamline this feature.

TL;DR - I currently use an (extortionarley priced) 3rd party content scheduling and publishing platform, and am looking to see if I can sufficiently replace this with Express. I am looking to start using Express for my social media content creation, plannign and publishing, however I am unclear to the maximum number of social media channels I can connect, and also how to group or organise them. I am looking to connect a total of 10 accounts, across Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram - I manage social media for myself and a couple of clients and a community group as such: My business - Facebook, LinkedIn & InstagramClient 1 - Facebook & LinkedInClient 2 - Facebook, LinkedIn & InstagramCommunity Group - Facebook & LinkedIn Looking at social media connections, Express only seems to allow a maximum of 3 accounts per platform; meaning one of the above I have to organise elsewhere, (I can't just drop one). Am I reading this right, or can I set up separa
