I’m thrilled about the new organization in the Adobe Express UI, especially moving all templates to Projects. This is a game-changer for teamwork and file sharing—no more duplicating files because they weren’t saved where my team could access them! However, there’s a small hiccup that could use some love.The IssueWhen using the "+" button to start a new file, "Projects" isn’t listed as an option. This creates orphaned projects, which is fine for quick work on the go but becomes a nightmare later. A week from now, I’m stuck scrolling through hundreds of "Untitled" projects in the "My Stuff" folder, hoping I saved the final version as page one so the thumbnail helps me find it.Feature RequestPlease add "Projects" as an option in the left toolbar’s "+" widget. Since the Brand section now directs users to Projects (with a note saying, "Hey, your stuff is in Projects now"), including Projects in the "+" menu would streamline the process and eliminate the scavenger hunt for files.Additional

This question has been asked a few times over the past couple years. Is there an update or work around to placing an image into a custom shape in Adobe Express? I've searched but haven't found anything that works. 

Hi all. Is anyone else having issues accessing 'your stuff' and 'brands'?If I click on either (on any browser, Safari, Chrome or Edge) on the PC / Laptop, it glitches and tells me that I need to refresh. When I do refresh, it stays blank or loads for ever or just tells me I need to refresh again. How do I fix this? 

I have created a new page on Adobe Express, however when I try and publish the page / create a link I am just getting an empty box. This is quite frustrating. I feel like this services worked much better when it was adobe spark. Can somebody please help as I need to get this page out asap. Thanks 

Hi everyone,I’ve been working on a short promo video in Adobe Express, but when I try to export it, the download either fails midway or gives me a file that won’t play. I’ve tried exporting in both MP4 and GIF, but the same thing happens.My internet connection is stable, and I’ve already cleared my browser cache and even tried a different browser. The project itself looks fine in the editor — all the clips and text play smoothly there.Is this a common bug with the latest version, or am I missing some setting that could be causing this? I need to get this video out for a client soon, so it’s really stressing me out.Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Das kontextmenue stört beim Setzen der Zeilen. Ich kann den Abstand zur vorherigen Zeile nicht erkennen, weil das Kontextmenue alles verdeckt. Wenn es recht oder links davon wäre oder es sich ausschalten lassen würde, wäre das grandios! 

I am unable to convert an AVI file to an MP4 file.  The file uploads with no problem, but I don't see an option to convert it, even in the editing window.  Am I missing something?  This was always a very simple process.  Has something changed in the last month?  Is this now a subscription option only?

Bis dahin, leider nicht mit Adobe Express ...*****************Recently(?) QR codes have been generated dynamically!A nice feature, but simply not desirable for certain purposes! I need some QR codes that will then be published in a printed book, and, sorry, I just don't trust that these links will always lead to the desired destination!An option to choose whether a static or dynamic QR code should be generated would solve the problem. I'm importing an image into Adobe Express for a magazine cover. I want the image to be on the right side of the page and have the regeneration tool fill the left side. I can't get it to work. It'l only regenerate on both sides. I'm sure this can done but I've tried everything I've been told to do. I'm using the app on an iPad Pro with 18.6 

As a long time user of Adobe products, I'm shocked with the fact that Adobe doesn't have a working, high quality solution to convert an MP4 to a GIF. The solutions I've tried:1. MP4 to GIF in Adobe Express: Didn't actually work for a 15 second video I had2. Hi, I've just subscribed.. trying to download but it's only getting to 90% then stops. I've tried shutting down app multiple times, t turned iPhone off and back on.Very frustrating 

i have a few access rwquests. but whenever i try to accept them, it would say "something went wrong, pease try again" what do i do?

i'm new here, so i just had a question. do i have to be a employer to use adobe?

I'm attempting to edit different jpg images I'm downloading from my company's brand library, but for each photo I pull in I can't edit the image in any way (remove background, erase, etc.). Each photo I download is accompanied with a red exclamantion icon or a cloud icon on the image, both of which mean certain things and are preventing me from further editing the images the way I want.Can someone help me understand what each icon means and any tips I can do to circumvent these issues so I can actually edit my images?

I don't know why you guys are only downloading to crdownload now and not mp4 but it doesn't work so I'm not using Adobe anymore. 

I swear it used to be possible to edit the curve of arched or bowed text so it could be a more gentle or more extreme curve. I can't find the option to edit it anywhere now - all I can find is letter spacing.  Please someone put me out of my misery! I've tried both desktop and app.

I love Adobe Express, the mobile app especially. I made a 4 minute video on the PC app and it will not download no matter where I try to send it, download, dropbox, google drive, etc. etc.  Help! hahah

New user and signed in for first time undecided about upgrading or using other programs instead. Unfamiliar with the entirety of adobe software and it's abilities and the limitations of this app- so I just went back to start exploring home page. I was wanting to learn how this app can benefit my work best and so I tried to find my profile settings. I selected my account menu tab in top right corner of the page with an animated picture inside a standard profile image circle. Note: this does not have a label indicating its a menu, I happened upon it. Inside my account tab  under the name and above the title link options listed; there is a box with a notice indicating 10 credits available to me.under that is a  prompt to click a link stating "learn how credits work". With not understanding what that means to me, I attempted to follow the prompt to learn. However, this link leads me to 404 error code with "page not found" message as shown in my

Hallo in die Gruppe, Aktuell habe ich Probleme das animierte/videos Reels bzw Storys die über den Zeitplan terminiert sind seid Freitag nicht mehr gepostet werden. Reine Bilder funktionieren aber.Bei animierten posta komm aktuell immer fehlgeschlagen.Geht es nur mir so oder ist das ein umgänglich Problem??? Danke für eure Hilfe

I find that my file sizes are way too large for the AI generated clips to be uploaded to be turned into clips.  I stream at 1080 to YouTube and Twitch and the downloaded files that I wish to turn into clips are way too big for the application.  I am sure that I am not the only one that has this issue because it turn this great application to useless for my needs.

Please make the rights of Templates more granular (at the moment it is just editing and comments) inside projects. We are a large news organisation using templates to distribute Social Media posts to be translated, with multiple people creating posts that others can use. The current setup is leading to a big mess as everybody has rights to change everybody elses templates.
