I'm so frustrated.  The new version lost so many features and is less intuitive.  Where is the text box? Gone. Where is spell check? Gone.  Dynamic text functions? Gone.  Please allow access to the old version before forcing us into the new version!

Embed feature missing from Share, HELP!

Hi, everyone! I want to create a Fantasy Premier League (FPL) badge for the upcoming season using the Insert Object feature by using Adobe Generative Credits. This needs to be done directy in Adobe Express, as far as I know, and not in the Adobe Express pop-up window on the FPL's website.  I'm wondering how I can submit my badge created in Adobe Express after using the Insert Object feature? I cannot find my badge in the pop-up window on the FPL's website. It should be possible to use this feature according to https://www.premierleague.com/en/news/4362141/whats-new-in-202526-fantasy-team-badges Thank you in advance!

Hello, Yesterday was great but today when trying to download any videos or image from the Adobe Express App on my newish Samsung Android device it goes straight back to the editing screen. No message is displayed. None of my projects can be downloaded to my device to use with Instagram etc. I have re-installed the app and restarting the phone. The issue is with .mp4 or .jpg files. I just hit the download button and then it goes back to editing. Have logged onto the website via my phone and can download OK but the app does not work OK. As mentioned yesterday I could download without any issue. Any help or guidance would be GREATLY appreciated - thanks.

Hello.I make Project folders for units/departments on my campus which contain Libraries mostly for templates specific to them. I used to be able to set the permission to the Project folder to a link that anyone within our system could "edit", but now (within the last few weeks) all new folders I have made only let me select a link that only gives the permission to "comment."Does anyone know if this is an AE change or if there is an obscure area in which I can change permissions that I haven't already tried?TIA

I just tried Adobe Express for the first time on an InDesign file meant for pdf distribution and when the file opened up in my browser, (after making selections),  it was really messed up; weird colors, missing text and a lot of other errors, which would take a number of hours to correct. I chose to make a presentation of my portfolio from the indd file. It has quite a few images and text and background information, and while I see that I can edit the document online, why would I want to? It was already fine the way it was. I also note that layers were made, but have nothing to do with the original layers in the indd file and it made way more layers than necessary. I also can't find a way to delete the uploaded file.So, who uses Adobe Express and what do you use it for? Very interested to see how others view this feature.Working on a Mac, OS 14.6.1, from InDesign 20205.0

I scheduled a month’s worth of posts through Adobe Express. The first couple of posts went out fine, but yesterday the Instagram image was posted without its caption. I double-checked, and the caption was definitely there when scheduled. The first comment was posted, though. Any idea what the problem may be?

Whe I create a project with text in Adobe Creative Cloud Express and download it as a PDF, some of the text will be changed to have no spaces in between words.  Example- I love Adobe but downloaded into a PDF, it would say Ilove Adobe.  It does this to several pages.  Anything I can do?  I have a project to print ASAP!   Thank you all!

Video Captioning: 2 steps forward, 3 steps back. The current UI feels backwards and burdensome. With a cloud-based app like Adobe Express, it’s counter-intuitive to download a video created in Express just to upload it back for captions. This feature seems designed for post-production videos outside Express, but now that captioned videos are saved in AE, what about videos made within it? We end up with duplicates—one on our drive or cloud storage and two in Express—wasting expensive Creative Cloud space.     Why no right-click option to caption a video or audio track?It’s baffling. Even after uploading to the caption tool, editing is available in Express—it is not even the cart before the horse, it is the cart across the street. To the decision-makers shaping my design fate: streamline this feature.

TL;DR - I currently use an (extortionarley priced) 3rd party content scheduling and publishing platform, and am looking to see if I can sufficiently replace this with Express. I am looking to start using Express for my social media content creation, plannign and publishing, however I am unclear to the maximum number of social media channels I can connect, and also how to group or organise them. I am looking to connect a total of 10 accounts, across Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram - I manage social media for myself and a couple of clients and a community group as such: My business - Facebook, LinkedIn & InstagramClient 1 - Facebook & LinkedInClient 2 - Facebook, LinkedIn & InstagramCommunity Group - Facebook & LinkedIn Looking at social media connections, Express only seems to allow a maximum of 3 accounts per platform; meaning one of the above I have to organise elsewhere, (I can't just drop one). Am I reading this right, or can I set up separa

Does the Adobe Express QR Code generator have a monthly scanning limit?

Hello,I generated a QR Code using Adobe Express, and while the QR itself scans properly, the link it contains leads to a broken or inaccessible webpage.Although the “Manage your QR code” option is available in my dashboard, the specific project I created the QR code for is missing — it simply does not appear, even though I was logged in with the same account during its creation.This is a serious issue for me, as the QR code has already been sent to print and cannot be replaced. I urgently need to update the existing QR code to point to a correct link.Could you please assist me in recovering the project or provide a way to redirect the QR code?Thank you in advance for your support.

Adobe Express is telling me that my image aspect ratio is wrong and won't let me upload my insta images that are the new aspect ratio size of 1350x1080px. Please update this in Express so that I can use Adobe Express to schedule rather than finding a new scheduler! 🙏 ***Instagram has updated their aspect ratios. *****

Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein Projekt erstellt und eine Datei dorthin verschoben. Leider kann ich das Projekt nicht öffnen. Ich bin Premiummitglied und eingeloggt. Jedesmal, wenn ich das Projekt öffnen möchte, kommt die Fehlermeldung, dass ich den Zugriff beantragen muss. Als Eigentümer wird mein Benutzername genannt, unter dem ich ja bereits eingeloggt bin.Wie komme ich nun an meine Datei, die dort abliegt und wie kann ich das Projekt öffnen, sodass ich dort auch mit mehreren Leuten drin arbeiten kann?

Hi all, I have been using Adobe Express for over a year now re: scheduling posts and it's been great! Now that a year has passed, I am starting to duplicate posts from last year to this year i.e. repeating content on the same day, same month. For example, all posts made in March 2024 and being scheduled for March 2025, same day and time. Duplicating and scheduling each post is pretty straightforward (but a little clunky and time consuming), but would be great to have "recurring" posts as an option. So having the same post set to post annually, same day/time, or post at various other intervals e.g. once a month, once a week, and so on. Would save time! Thanks!

Everytime I try to creat a project or edit an old one (exampe: instagram post or reel), Adobe Express crashes as soon as I attempt to place or replace an image or video either with something from the free library or from files saved on my computer. The screen goes black a moment and then I'm told Adobe has recovered my file. The screen buffers a moment as if it's going to load my project, but then it doesn't. When I refresh the browser, I receive an error message that reads: Something's missing...your system is not supported. I tap on the link to the support article and have gone through the checklist of requirments. I meet them all: Windows 11, most recent Chrome version, over 5TB of memory, etc. I am at my wit's end having spent over 2 hours on something that should have taken 5 minutes to produce. I appreciate any suggestions anyone may have. 

I love the idea of using ai to make custom images for your own specific needs. I was excited ot try this but to my dismay the pictures aren't nearly what i was expecting. The pictures look like someone took magazines from the 1800s and pasted random pictures they could find together. I dont mean to say that this idea is bad at all , in fact if it improves I am pretty sure everyone will love it but for now ... big changes and improvements are necessary

It would be helpful to introduce the option to add new sections and rename them in the library.By this introduction one can do sub sections and rename them to group different assets.For example: Section templatesSub sections: Square Size, Rectangle Size, Portrait Size, Landscape Size

Hi there, does anyone know if it is posssible for you to havea a single grid in Express? I have a dessign that I reuse for different images, and I just want to have the placeholder there, and just drop in the next photo. I can only see 2+ grid options, not single. I appreciate I could just drop the image, and resize etc, but it would be much easier if the grid was fixed, and all I had to do was swap out the photo.Thanks in advance Richard 

I have been an Adobe customer (Photography Plan) for the past three years, using Adobe Express and Lightroom Classic extensively. Additionally, I’ve been an Adobe Insider since the stock price was $150.  I understand that Adobe made changes to the Photography Plan, and I have no issues with paying for the updated plan, as long as I get my money’s worth. However, removing Adobe Express from the Photography Plan without any prior notification is extremely disappointing. Worse yet, there wasn’t even an attempt to communicate this change to loyal customers like me. OR give me any opportunity to grandfather in my old plan  I have actively contributed to the Adobe community, including being part of the Discord group, sharing my inputs, and supporting others. Now, being forced to pay an additional $10 to access Adobe Express feels unfair and unreasonable.  This situation is both frustrating and disheartening. 

I am completly new on Adobe Expres and try to use text steaming over folowing pages. Is that posible?Till now it works on only one page for me. I dit not find a helpfull tutorial.I am using Adobe Epress on a Windows PC.

My PDFs are in Spanish, and I want to translate into English. This doesnt seem to work at all. I am not sure why, but there is no button to select the language you want to translate from. Only the language you want to translate to. Maybe the AI doesnt recognize the language and cant do it, but nothing seems to be working.
