bonjour,  Je n'arrive pas à connecter mon compte Adobe Express avec mon compte Facebook, j'ai systematiquement un message m'indiquant que la connexion a échoué (avant même d'écrire mon login et mon mot de passe). J'ai consulté toutes les aides disponibles, j'ai suivi toutes les instructions possibles, j'ai changé de navigateur, je me suis déconnecté puir reconnecté, j'ai vidé le cache des navigateurs, mais rien n'y fait, la connexion échoue invariablement!J'ai pourtant réussi à connecter mon compte facebook via l'interface Adobe Account ! c'est incompréhensible. merci d'avance pour votre aide

Adobe GIF converter is not working. It's getting stuck while converting a video file. The video file's length is less than 1MBGetting this “Hang Tight” error  

I've installed Adobe Express via my browser throught the step-by-step process made by Adobe, but I cannot open the Adobe Express context menu in Adobe InDesign, it is not visible after I click on “edit” and “edit in”. I’m making a reusable social preview graphic for a small independent browser word-grid game. The same design needs to work as a 1200×630 Open Graph image and still be readable when reduced to a compact mobile card. In Adobe Express, would you build this as one master template with safe margins, or create separate desktop and mobile variants? I’d also appreciate recommended minimum font sizes and spacing for a 4×4 letter grid so it does not turn into visual noise when the preview is small. Current reference page: hSquaredle 2

So I am trying to put an icon partly  over a colour block and so I want to make the part of the icon over the colour block a different colour to the rest of the icon not over the colour block. Is there a way to do this on the mobile app of adobe express?

 I am having an issue with audio recordings in Adobe Express and hope someone here can help.I recorded some audio directly within Adobe Express, but the files are stuck in a perpetual loading state. I can see the loading spinner, but the audio never finishes processing The main problems are:I cannot play the audio back within my project  I cannot edit or adjust the volume/timing of the audio tracks. The files just keep showing the loading animation indefinitely

I'm experiencing an issue with file visibility and access in Adobe Express, and I've been unable to resolve it after clearing my cache completely, testing in incognito mode, and checking multiple files. I have been using Google Chrome.Issue Summary:When I navigate to the same folder through two different paths, I see inconsistent results:- Adobe Home > Files > Projects > [FOLDER NAME]: All expected files appear correctly.- Adobe Express > My Stuff > Projects > [FOLDER NAME]: Far fewer files appear than expected.Files that DO appear in "My Stuff" open correctly from either pathway. However, files that are missing from "My Stuff" (but visible via Adobe Home) get stuck in a loading/in-progress state when I try to open them directly.Troubleshooting already attempted:- Cleared browser cache entirely- Tested in incognito mode- Confirmed the issue occurs across multiple different files, not just oneI'd appreciate help understanding why this discrepancy is occurring and how t

We recently moved all of our templates from the brand to a dedicated project just for templates. We’ve been making updates, but noticed that when someone “uses” a template, rather than creating and saving a new file to their “My Stuff” it’s saving that newly created file in the folder with all the Templates. We don’t want ALL files created from our templates to save to that folder, which will be available to everyone in our org, we want them to save to My Stuff, like they used to. Is there any way to modify where files are created when using custom templates?

This feature I have used in the past and always worked very well, now when I upload videos and select remove background it successfully cuts out the shape in front but then rotates the video underneath and stretches how it looks.   

Video won't save/load — stuck 'reloading.' Cleared cache, no fix. Assets now missing from editor but still show in library. This has happened before. Please help!

The AI assistant is available for individual accounts. When can we expect this for Teams and Enterprise accounts? 

Searching on Images does not appear to be working. Even if I use keywords that I know provide results, I get a “page can not be found” error. Is anyone else experiencing this issue when using the search feature?

Hi, I am having issues with some of the team I am providing branded templates for, going off and using the bespoke brand fonts to create off brand assets themselves. Is there a way to block these bespoke fonts from being used outside of approved templates?Thanks

Aku pilih file  mp4 dari galeri saya, share ke adobe dan di adobe klik import, kemudian dibilang file tidak didukung. Dan dari adobe browse ke galery ambil file mp4, juga tidak bisa. Dulu bisa dengan cara, langsung share file ke adobe dari galery. Tolong dijaga kemampuan aplikasinya, jangan berubah rubah.I select the mp4 file from my gallery, share it to adobe and in adobe click import, then say the file is not supported. And from adobe browse to galery take mp4 files, neither can. It used to be possible by directly sharing files to Adobe from the gallery.Please keep the application capability, don't change the fox. 

every time i start a new project it says im offline, but my internet is working as normal, i dont have my vpn turned on and i disabled my pugins. so im not really sure what it could be. its not just the video editor but i have to select something

I need more storage space. From what I have seen online, I should be able to access up to 1 TB of storage space as I have Premium Adobe Express (part of a business account). I don’t want to have to upgrade to a full Creative Cloud License just because I need more storage for my Adobe Express files. Please help as this is stressing me out. I need to know what options there are. My account was given to me by our company, it is not a personal account.ThanksCameron
