El mensaje de error es el mismo, y sucede con todas las URLs que se colocan en el casillero; a pesar de estar correctas, ser válidas, o de sitios web muy conocidos (ejemplo), el mensaje de error se mantiene

A month ago I uploaded a bunch of svg files to my brand kit and I was able to edit and choose any of my brand colors from the “edit” menu. Now when I insert one of those graphics they behave as png, I could only edit the color if I added the effect as the duotone. I need to be able to edit the color directly and put the correct hex. 

Hi,Anyone else having issues when you select download and after making your selection, it doesnt actually download the file, nor does it ask me where Id like to save it.I havent used adobe in a few weeks, but wasnt having this issue prior.  Thanks in advance.

We use a large screen PC, in the office but a laptop when on the moveExpress is full screen on the PCBut on the laptop most of the screen is taken up by the Express header/banner etc.with only a very small amount of the week in view at the bottom of the screen, it is scrollable but very awkward to do as the available view is very slim/small  is there any way of changing the view for use on a laptop  TIA

I used to caption videos easily in Adobe Express. It now tries to load a video, but goes back to the home screen. The sizes are not the problem. The length is not a problem. All are within the limits. No matter what video, it will not caption. When exporting a project from Adobe Express, the PDF Standard option feels very limiting, and I think it should include a “Compress file” option, especially since it’s described as “Best for Documents.”For example, I have a four-page digital report that, when exported, is 32mb, which is too large to attach to an email. The images used are high resolution, which is likely the problem, but the images used are from a brand kit. If we need to supply two versions of every photo (a high-res, for print version and a low-res, for digital), that’s adding complexity that could be fixed with a compression option at export. I know how to compress a PDF using Acrobat or other means, but having to ask our clients to use a second program for such a basic function seems like an oversight on the part of Adobe Express.

Everytime i want to enter to edited a vídeo it can't work. What should i so when this happen?

Hello,I am experiencing an issue when using the automatic translation feature in Adobe Acrobat.I need to translate several large PDF files. Since the translation tool has a limit of 99 pages at a time, I translate the documents in multiple batches.The translation itself works correctly. However, after successfully translating approximately 20 pages, I try to download the translated file. The download progresses normally until it reaches exactly 90%, at which point I receive the following error message:“An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again.”The same issue occurs even if I try to download only a single translated page.Could you please advise how I can resolve this issue? I have several PDF files that need to be translated, so this is currently preventing me from completing the work.Please let me know if you need any additional information, screenshots, or example files to investigate the issue.Thank you in advance for your help! 🙏

Solo permite seleccionar la calidad de salida (baja, media o alta). Cada calidad modifica el tamaño pero no es lo deseable. Yo quiero mantener el tamaño de mi documento.

Hey everyoneThere has recently been a significant change to the behaviour of image frames in Adobe Express, which is having a massive impact on our entire team’s workflows and making our custom templates pretty much unusable.The problem is this: when an image is inserted into a shaped frame (e.g. a diamond), the image can no longer be scaled down within the frame to a size smaller than the outer (invisible) rectangular bounding box of the shape. The programme now aggressively forces the image to fill these invisible corners – even though these areas will be cropped or masked out by the diamond shape in the final design anyway.This new ‘fill logic’ is setting our team back quite a bit. Essentially, we either need the old behaviour restored or, at the very least, a toggle in the frame settings to disable this forced filling of the bounding box. Is there a reason why this feature has been changed? Thanks in advance!
