I filled in my planner/scheduler completely before I realised that there was an option to create a seperate one for sharing. DOes this mean I can't share my orginal planner, and have to create a complete new one and fill that one in completely all over again?

I’m using Adobe Express Free. I created a QR code and enabled the “Track QR Codes (Beta)” feature. I would like to know if the QR code will expire, and if so, when? Thank you.

Adobe express wont let me load a week oldfile from my history

The side bar with all the main tools keeps disappearing unprompted making it hard to edit or build templates for both myself and my team. Its really slowing down workflow having to force the section you need to open up again, changing text or images.Its been happening for a while and its effecting users across Mac and PC and different browsers. Wondering if this is happening for others too.   

I want to remove the bg of my videoAdobe Express advertise on itI there and remove the bg, fantastic! Then I want to download the new video First issue, Adobe Express adds a white bg to my video, very nice, this is the opposite of what I wanted In the hidden settings I can remove the bg, I change the settingsDownload again And now the bg is black! no way to do soEither update your doc and stop lying to your customers Or repare your software In advance, asking me to use premier to do so is not an acceptable answer at all

Remove background not working properly 

I’ve created approximately 30 brand kits and I’m now ready to share them with my colleagues. I understand that Adobe Express allows each brand to be shared individually, but this can be quite time consuming when working with a large number of assets. Is there an option to select multiple brands and share them all at once, or any available workflow that would make this process more efficient?

We have been Adobe customers for years and I have never had issues until recently. We are making a calendar (no images just text) and when we go download as a PNG it downloads to 90% and then never completes. Have tried making a duplicate, clearing cache, logging out and logging back in, and nothing seems to work. Am I going to have to restart completely with a different company, because this is getting ridiculous? I am obviously annoyed because we have NEVER had any issues until recently and it is effecting our business.

Cannot create files; for three weeks keep getting msg: "Something went wrong - please wait, we'll connect you when it's fixed." Further, there is a message at the bottom that says, “You’re currently offline, so you may not see the latest changes” - even though I am definitely online and connected to the internet. I wait, and nothing changes, the message remains until I close out. Please help!

after a hiatus, our marketing team has returned to Adobe Express. Is it true that you can no longer store .express files locally? If so, this is ridiculous. We have a very complex production workflow related to various needs that are quite common with posting to different social media networks with different production profiles. It's a game changer and will have us looking elsewhere.  

I was looking for a good alternative to Canva. But I need to be able to change the color of design assets or icons. For instance a black arrow to orange. Is that possible in Adobe Express? I do not appear to have any tool bar like I’ve seen in video tutorials. Thanks for any assistance! 

I'm writing to express my significant disappointment regarding recent changes to my Photography Plan. I've been a loyal Adobe Photography Plan subscriber since Lightroom 3.I was very enthusiastic when Spark Post (and its accompanying tools) were introduced.As a leader of a photography club with 700 members, I actively encouraged its use among our community.When Spark was replaced by Adobe Express, I understood the transition.Crucially, up until my most recent Photography Plan renewal, I had access to the premium version of Adobe Express. Now, this access has been cut without any explanation.What's more, the version I currently have access to doesn't even allow me to save images anymore—only publish them.This change makes it incredibly difficult to advocate for Adobe Express over alternatives like Canva within my community.It's frustrating to see constant Adobe advertising across all social media platforms, more than ever before, while core functionality is being removed from loyal cust

Grouping items was a simple way to move several components around simultaneously, making it easy to align, move, etc. This strange new grouping function has removed that convenience entirely. Now when you click on something that is grouped, it assumes that you're trying to click on a single component, and then you have to click a new icon that indicates you're selecting the entire "group". Genuine question, what is this purpose? Why would you need a grouped object to act as a bunch of single objects, if that's how they act by default *before* you group them? Maybe I just group too many things and find use in the feature more than most - but this has made the program incredibly difficult to use for me as now simply moving a grouped object is 3 clicks instead of one like it used to be. The image below shows the new icon in question that appears when you click on something that is a part of a group. 

I have flagged this as an issue before but as the one who builds all the templates, when I test using it as a template. This version automatically saves itself into the shared template folder with everyone else to see my “untitled test files”. How do I change this location to save in My Stuff only?

Bonjour, j'ai fait un simple montage vidéo, et je rencontre un bug lors du téléchargement, il y a un élément qui ne se charge pas et qui n'apparaît pas dans la vidéo téléchargée. Est-ce que quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème, ça fait des heures que je suis coincée dessus ?

Why Adobe express has such difficult to navigate structure for organizing stuff ? Projects, Libraries, Brands and then keeps flaring warning to move templates to Project, if not then by xyz date it will no longer be usable. What is Adobe trying to do here ? Make product and workflow more complicated ?? Adding fonts to a library is such a painful task, half of the time it does not sync or Adobe Fonts is not able to find my library. A very terribly designed product imho. 

I accidently uploaded 100+ images under files in 'your stuff' to create a project. Does anyone know how to select all and bulk delete, I dont see that option. Please dont tell me I have select them one by one and hit delete and then hit confirm :'( 

Having issues with auto-generated captions in Adobe Express it's randomly jumping position. A single line shifts higher or lower despite consistent settings . The caption tool fails to maintain uniform alignment for all generated text blocks.

When looking for imagery using the word rebel, I was disappointed to find the confederate flag served up as the second result under design assets. It was not easy to find a way to report this issue, so could someone assure me that this is being forwarded to the right department? Your hapless AI help text was unclear on how to report content from within Adobe Express (which is wild, considering).  

Where is the Add On option in the new version

I am trying to delete some folders. They are all empty.When I right click a folder or click the … my only options are: Rename and DuplicateNo Move, Copy or Delete How do I delete my folders?

please refer the attached screenshot to see whats happening. A- assets are not deleted. And even some of the assets are deleted the file should open and show other contents except the deleted one. so that is not the case. I have a bunch of photos on my phone that I want to upload to Adobe Express mobile, so my team can use them for social media posts. If I tap 'Upload Media' it wants to either add the photos to a new project or it creates new projects out of each of them. I just want to upload them as assets. How do I do this?!

I have 15 gb remaining in my Adobe cloud account.  I have permanently deleted old files.  I have plenty of storage according to creative cloud lightroom cloud storage.  Why is Express not letting me work stating that I am out of storage?  How do I fix this?
