I am finding it impossible to add a photo from Lightroom into the Adobe Express webpage editor. When I choose add a photo, there is no More option where I can add a photo from Lightroom. There are only the stock photos and Upload from your device. Uploaded completed .pdf form for translation - it appeared data uploaded however, once “Open” was clicked, entered data did not upload - all I got was a blank form. A similar form was uploaded prior to this one, without issue. See attached.

I’m new to graphic design and want to make posts for platforms like Instagram or Facebook. I’m not sure where to start—should I use templates, customize from scratch, or follow certain design rules? I’d also like to know how to choose the right fonts, colors, and layouts so my posts look clean and modern. Any tips, step-by-step guidance, or recommended features inside Adobe Express would be really helpful.

400 page not found error trying to use basic functionality on a fresh install clean iPad Pro. Ridiculous quality control.

When scheduling a post to a connected Facebook Page using Adobe Express Content Scheduler and pasting an article URL into the Caption field, the Preview view renders the post as a plain-text URL with no Open Graph preview card attached — no hero image, no headline, no description. This is the rendering Facebook uses for text-only posts containing URLs, not link posts. So any article scheduled this way publishes to a Facebook Page without the expected link preview card.This is the core feature every other major social scheduler provides (Sendible, Buffer, Hootsuite, Publer, Metricool) and is the default behavior when a URL is pasted directly into Facebook's native composer. Adobe Express Content Scheduler appears to be unique in not honoring this web standard.

I am attempting to set up Adobe Express for my school using the K-12 Onboarding Wizard via Google Workspace.I have successfully added and "Trusted" both Adobe Client IDs in my Google Admin Console (under API Controls > App Access Control). However, when I return to the Adobe setup page to confirm, I receive the following error message:"Failed to create Adobe admin console"I am super admin and have verified the Client IDs are correct, set them to "Trusted," and attempted to "Retry" the setup several times, but the error persists.I can’t find anyone to contact to look into this - can anyone point me in the right direction?Thanks

Hi, someone please tell me why the file does not download from Adobe Express Project, when i try to download in a pdf format, it keeps loading and loading. Someone please tell me the solution.

Hallo, gibt es bei AE sowas ähnliches wie ein “Sofort BackUp/DatenSicherung für erstellte Dateien/Dokumente/Inhalte” bevor eine Änderung im Original vorgenommen wird?Wo ist die Datei zu finden? Ich habe ein Bild ersetzen wollen, dass in einer erstellten Seite enthalten war, jetzt ist nur noch das NEUE erstellte Bild vorhanden, bzw. die FolgeSeite!In “Meine Dateien/Inhalte” ist nur noch diese falsche Datei/der falsche Inhalt/das nicht Gewollte vorhanden, das Vorherige (Original) ist weg!Was läuft da?Habe ich einen Fehler gemacht?MfG 

I noticed after the UI update (which i actually like a lot!) i can’t change the object duration less than 0.2 seconds, and it is pretty important for my edits that have to have a fast movement! So everything else is working perfectly but the duration bug is the only one that i have noticed! I use Adobe Express premium, i am using the Web Interface and on Windows. Best Regards: Mikael!

I’m unsure if this was always the case, but it seems that the “Apply to all pages” button in Brands cannot be toggled on/off when working with video templates (please see attached image). I can imagine this would be very confusing for users 🙁 (it certainly confused me!) Is there any reason why this is the case and are there any plans to change this at any stage? I’m in the middle of putting together a video tutorial for Adobe Express about how to apply Brand colours & fonts to templates, and this makes things very awkward. Many thanks.  

I am using the web version of Adobe Express on a MacBook Pro desk top and am unable to download my project as a PDF (it should be 26 pages; I’m making a book for a friend). I tried it in several browsers and cleared my cache but I get the same message every time. The message I get just says "an error has occurred while downloading your file. Please try again" I'm using MacOS Sequoia 15.7.4

Is this something you guys just forgot to ad? It would be great for my workflow making templates for the school I'm working for.The best!

I'm new to using Adobe Express and I'm having trouble figuring out how to adjust the size and position of an image. I've imported an image into my project, but it's too large and in the wrong position. Can anyone explain how to resize and reposition an image in Adobe Express? Things were fine until I generated a photo and tried to remove the background. since then, nothing is processing and I left my computer on and the express app running overnight to see if anything would happen with the processing. I can’t finish the video, and I have run updates, cleared my computer and run scans and nothing has changed. I’m paying for a working app and I’m no able to use it.

I have a bunch of photos on my phone that I want to upload to Adobe Express mobile, so my team can use them for social media posts. If I tap 'Upload Media' it wants to either add the photos to a new project or it creates new projects out of each of them. I just want to upload them as assets. How do I do this?!

This post is for the Adobe Team: A few months ago I made a post requesting help to the adobe team as I was finding very annoying that the express online platform lacks of an option to edit a text easily. There’s been a few instances where I would like to add a vignette to a photo in the Adobe Express editor but I don’t see a feature for that under the adjust toolbar. Am I missing something? Why wouldn’t Adobe Express have a vignette feature? I pay 10$ a month and can’t use features that my iphone editor can use? I find that odd.

I am having a really hard time trying to translate a simple document with Acrobat (no layout, only text)Amongst various problems, I will just address here the most urgent to be fixed:The PDF has 23 pages. I ask to translate to English (from Portuguese), this is what it shows me: ALL the 23 pages in Portuguese (which I do not need) + only the first 2 pages in English.Why is it repeating the pages in the original language and NOT ACTUALLY TRANSLATING the doc into English, which is what I need?  I am asking to TRANSLATE ALL PAGES:  Thanks.

Textumrahmung, größer ist als die Anzeige / Bild / Document selbst!Übrigens: Der Rahmen hat sich von selbst sehr vergrößert, als die eine Seite mit anderen Objekten justiert, auf gleichen Anfang gestellt, werden sollte!Wie geht das?Es würde auch reichen, wenn die Maße des Rahmens eingestellt werden könnten! MfG

So, I created a file with like 20 pages. I want to convert this into one single video, by adding all the pages to a timeline and export as mp4. There seems to be no way I can add my pages to a timeline, though. All I'm presented with, is the possibility to blank scenes or local files to my timeline. Not pages from existing Adobe Express files… What am I missing?
