Hi all, I am trying to create a webpage using Express and cannot delete the top section (or apply my theme to it) when I use the "Create from scratch" option. If I create sections below that one, I can delete them with no problem. What is the deal here? I have spent way too much time on what should be a trivial task. Thank you for any help you can provide!

Adobe Express has not allowed me to download any content this week. Has anyone encountered this issue? It doesn’t matter if I want PNG or PDF - it will act like it will download and then says that there is an Adobe Stock outage and to try back later. 

I used Adobe Spark to create two very important personal projects writing about my international travel experiences. I missed when it transfered over to Express, but I was able to access my files through the spark link until a few months ago. I recently removed Adobe software from my laptop I didn’t use (Lightroom, Photoshop), and now all my files are gone. I must've deleted access to my cloud/something important because when I log into Adobe Express, it’s like I never used it before. I am using the same email I used for both projects. I don’t see any of my files or final projects, and a deleted folder doesn’t appear anywhere. This writing is so dear to me, as one was even nominated for a literary award. I know this is probably my fault, but please tell me the files are still in a cloud somewhere where they can be brought back.

3rd party fonts (TWK Everett & Reckless) not loading on Express, but working on Acrobat. Never had an issue using the uploaded 3rd party fonts in Express until this week. Have tried removing/reuploading fonts in boh .otf & .ttf formats, clearing cache/browser history.  

I pay 100 a year to only use this on special occasions like making flyers for holidays and actual promotion sales but it’s not working out for me. I’m trying to generate a photo and it a horrible way to put specific things together when it doesn’t spell statements correctly as it should. Then it’s time consuming to edit items or photo for example, I’m trying to change the size of the photo and customize it but I can’t when it doesn’t show the hoyo I generated yet it’s still being edited without being able to see the edit and it’s very frustrating to try to quickly make a flyer when I need to focus on my job trying to sell stuff instead of figuring out why I can’t see what I’m editing. Very inconsistent on the times I need it the most…..

Is there a way to prevent the left side menu from going back to the main Edit Page menu every time? If I select a shape from the Elements menu and edit such shape (going into the shape edit menu), when I leave the shape edit I expect the menu to go back to the Elements menu, not the main Edit Page menu, which has absolutely nothing to the with the actions I was just doing.This is very upsetting UI, guys. Is there a way to prevent this from happening with the existing configuration? I very much appreciate any input.  I have added to screenshots to illustrate my point. 

Today, as I do everyday… I went to make a thumbnail.  But, to my dismay I found that parallelogram crop no longer worked as it had the day before. Now.. the image is completely locked, you can no longer drag the parameters outside of the image, making it nearly impossible to get the crop angle that I want or section of the image that I want. I thought this had to be a bug so I logged in on another browser, same thing.What gives? Why has this function become worse suddenly? I honestly don’t want an answer. I want a solution. When replacing a title image from Express webpage template or creating my own webpage from scratch. Image appears when uploading or selecting a photo. When I click preview or publish, the text appears but imagery is replaced with dark grey background.I’m using Express in Chrome Browser on my Macbook Air. Attaching design screenshot and preview screenshot. I’ve tried closing browser and re-opening and issue persists. 

I was creating a webpage project. I got the entire project built and edited. I published the page, but then half of the project was just missing. Has anyone else experienced this, and does anyone have any ideas on how to recover the lost work?? Thanks!

How do I cancel the free trial?

 Hi Adobe team,I'm reaching out for assistance regarding the green screen removal process in Express  If there's a method I may have missed, please let me know, but I'm finding this feature extremely unreliable.As a premium member, when I attempt to use the green screen (background removal) feature, about 90% of the time, it either fails to work correctly or removes everything in the frame, including the subject. This disruption forces me to stop my creative workflow, remove the element from the project, and use third-party software (often free) to complete a task that Adobe should handle seamlessly. I then have to import it back into the Adobe platform, which is frustrating and counterproductive.I’m essentially having to leave a paid platform to perform a basic task elsewhere, only to return and continue my work. This seems like a significant flaw in functionality. Could you please clarify why this happens and if there are any solutions or updates in the works to address thi

Adobe Express with Chat GPT shows worst designs esp. regarding Logo. and neither it loads template on new Tab when we select a theme to check. The effort is good from your team, but please try it yourself first before testing public users. it wastes precious time for graphic designers. Also add an option for Ui Ux design. Please cancel earlier subscription fee and refund monthly fees! I was unfortunately subscribed in 2 packages since the subscription on mobile cannot be applied on computer. I only needed to make minor amendments on a pdf but I was unnable to do so as the fonts were not matching. I ended up not using both versions and you restricted cancellation before payment. now you are also want to collect cancellation fees! please do not proceed with such fees and refund the amount collected.

I am having a really hard time trying to translate a simple document with Acrobat (no layout, only text)Amongst various problems, I will just address here the most urgent to be fixed:The PDF has 23 pages. I ask to translate to English (from Portuguese), this is what it shows me: ALL the 23 pages in Portuguese (which I do not need) + only the first 2 pages in English.Why is it repeating the pages in the original language and NOT ACTUALLY TRANSLATING the doc into English, which is what I need?  I am asking to TRANSLATE ALL PAGES:  Thanks.

The guided activity for “Learn balance in Design” seems to be broken or down. I get an "Unable to Open Document" error when trying to open it. This is happening in multiple browsers, and with cache cleared. Has it been removed for some reason or is this temporary? Does anyone happen to still have it to share? Was hoping to use it in my courses this week.

I am creating a board game that I will eventually market.  Is it legal to use Adobe Express Premium images for the cards and game artwork?  Thanks!

Dear all,I repeatedly experience problems when downloading Adobe Express projects as MP4 files. So far, I have narrowed the issue down to projects that contain Adobe assets such as photos or design elements.I have an active, paid Creative Cloud Pro subscription. In Adobe Express, the relevant assets display the Premium icon, and the tooltip states: “Du hast vollen Premium-Zugriff.”Nevertheless, when I try to download a project containing one of these assets, the export fails at approximately 90% with the generic error message:“Herunterladen fehlgeschlagen – Sorry, da hat etwas nicht geklappt. Versuche, die Datei erneut herunterzuladen oder erneut zu veröffentlichen.” The browser console shows the following warning:“Error downloading as MP4 StockLicensingErrorError: Unable to license stock content. Stock assets with IDs 365356752 require a Creative Cloud paid plan.” I assume that this licensing error is causing the MP4 export to fail. However, I do not understand why it occurs, as I hav

hi, I'm trying to use Adobe Express and want to insert a rectangle shape and make this an exact size (2 in x 1.5 in). How do I do this?? I can so far only see how to drag the image arbitrarily to change the size.
