I need more storage space. From what I have seen online, I should be able to access up to 1 TB of storage space as I have Premium Adobe Express (part of a business account). I don’t want to have to upgrade to a full Creative Cloud License just because I need more storage for my Adobe Express files. Please help as this is stressing me out. I need to know what options there are. My account was given to me by our company, it is not a personal account.ThanksCameron

Bussness poster doesn't oppen when I created 

Tried to fill in a form and found it impossible to complete.Existing text moved around and efforts to add my own parts were very limited.Could not see any help or guides.It is a very complex system which does not work for new users with limited experience at all in my view.

It all came back a while ago, and now it’s gone again and everything is gone, as well as my premium membership!

Further away from me I can’t understand why Adobe Express exports in the wrong order, making it so hard to go into another app on social media and rebuild what you mean it seems like such a fundamental thing that I have to wonder if those who created this even use it.

I am having the same issue a year later. And now it’s crashing the whole website. I can’t even make one edit (such as changing the font color) without the whole site freezing and I have to exit and login again each time. No error message and it won’t even load in a Chrome browser (currently using Microsoft Edge). So ridiculous and frustrating.

I’m having a recurring issue where brand images that I use frequently ( in this case a logo) not loading sometimes. I refresh my cache, restart my machine and try in firefox browser and it just keeps spinning. The last time this happened it lasted for over a day. I have an important event in a few days.Is there a fix for this???It’s odd also that the other two logos of my stakeholders works fine even though I use the other frequently and barely use these ones….

I am trying to import pdf files, in different sizes, lenghts, reducing them to 1 page, but i am getting an error every time. Is there a trick or way to make it work? Last week it was working fine. THe files containe vectors, and it might be the problem, but in that case, why did it work last week and I can't manage to make it work atm?

This is ridiculous.  I paid for the full version to be able to have translations.  The translations simply don't work; say "sorry, all good things have a limit, you can only translate 99 pages."  I'm translating 40 pages!  Also, these are history textbooks so it just won't translate things that it says are inappropriate content, but, of course, won't tell me what the inappropriate content is!!  Waste of money. I want my money back. Don't buy this crap.

Resolved my issue and premium benefits are not showing in Adobe express premium 

Dear Adobe Support Team, I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Adobe Express Premium subscription, claimed through the Airtel prepaid customer offer. I redeemed the offer on 11 May 2026 via the Airtel Thanks app, and it shows the subscription as active on Airtel's end. However, after downloading the Adobe Express app and logging in with my Adobe credentials, my account still shows as a Free member — the Premium benefits have not been applied. Could you please:1. Check on your backend whether the sync from Airtel's offer redemption has come through for my account.2. Manually trigger the sync/upgrade if it is pending.3. So according to Adobe, Express is used to create websites but the only option I've found after creating three pages is to post on social media. I have a website that is currently blank because I cannot find a way to upload the pages. I have tried the share link but I have no idea where to place the link on my site. When tring to place it where the default php link is at, the home page went blank. There is also no option to convert the pages to HTML files and when trying to convert the Express file to a pdf file to then convert to HTML, the formatting is off the charts.

Hi, sorry, I’d like to ask for a refund pls. I got charged twice after a free trial i didnt remember, I immediately cancelled the service today after seeing it charged in my bank acc. I had on the 7th and got charged in the 14th. Would it be possible to get full refund, please? Thank you ^^
