Hi,I'm trying to use the Adobe sign plugin for Sharepoint online.I got below error if clicking 'Send for signature'If I try 'Link this SharePoint site to an Adobe Sign Account' in Settings, I got Auth error.
Hello! I have a very specific problem: need to sign a number of official XML documents using XAdES send by overseas accountant. I've looked through the help and searched online but at this stage I have no idea how to do this. Can I do this somehow with Adobe? I have a certificate created via Adobe and an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. Thanks in advance!
We have a filled PDF form that gets completed prior to uploading to Adobe Sign. Not all fields are required. When we upload it to Sign it auto populates every field with "assigned to anyone" for approvers. This requires the user to go into every field and change it. If they don't the approver has to click through every field before they can just use the signature fields.How do we stop Adobe Sign from making them default this way.
Greetings, I have business documents that need to be signed by clients multiple times a day. They appear to have auto populate signature and dates that populate when I create the pdf for signature when I'm in the "Request Signature" link. Prior to entering the "Request Signature" link, I "fill" the pdf with the dates that are required. Unfortunately, these dates that I just filled in, are then written over (blanked out) by the auto populated dates. This is also happening in the signature fields that I "fill" with my own signature prior to entering the "Request Signature" link. Needless to say this is a big pain and I believe it has just started happening recently...within the past couple months I believe. The Advance mode turned off seems to work the best but unfortunately I do not have an option to turn it off when I use the original pdf form. When I'm preparing a document to request signatures, the form fields are auto-populating; see the below screenshot. If I try to turn off "advance editing on," (below screenshot) it's not letting me do that. Usually, when Adobe detects the form field, it gives you the option to place them on the form like below, but in my case, it is auto-populating the form field and neither giving me a choice not to place them on the form nor allowing me to turn off the "Advance editing on". Please advise; the Adobe Support Community is the last hope as Adobe technical support tried for more than one hour but had no luck.
I'm working on creating static pdf templates using text tags but since the last week when I refresh the browser or open completed agreements the viewer is displaying the text tags instead of the filled information for any participant, this is happing on the Adobe Sign Platform even on the browser console is throwing a lot of errors, I tried with different browser and developer accounts, seems a global issue. Hi, Support has recommedned I enquire here as they could not assist. When creating a form field using Text Tags, I want to set it both to read only and additionaly "Default value may come from URL" so it can be prefilled from URL paramater. However checking the documentation this doesnt appear to be supported by any of the Text Tags field options. I've double checked recipients email and also copied and pasted. I've also just emailed him and he still works there! the document is going out for signature but I'm getting the:Client - Project Agreement: Undeliverable We were unable to deliver your document to the email address any ideas?
i send a two page (static) document to my customers. I want to include a one page pdf (invoice) to the template before sending. This doesnt seem so difficult, but i cant see anywhere where it can be done. Thx, Bob
I have created a web form for my organisation to use. Is it possible to have the completed forms delivered to a different person/email as I do not want to receive the completed forms.
I have a document which is signed by one party. But now second party who is supposed to sign is no more in the organization. Is there any way to edit signed document and update second party's details in the document

J'ai tenté de signé un document comme je le fais depuis plusieurs années via mon PC sur Acrobat Reader, j'ai eu des messages d'erreurs. J'ai donc déconnecté mon compte, en me relogant, signature et initiales disparues, on me demande d'en ajouter. J'ai voulu testé l'application sur mon mobile, et pareil. J'ai donc créé une nouvelle signature, mais celle-ci à de nouveau disparue. Impossible de l'enregistrer comme avant. Que se passe t-il ? J'ai bien vérifier les mises à jours, j'ai les dernières versions.

J etais en train de tester la fonctionnalité d envoie en nombre sur 3 de mes adresses mails personnelles avec un remplissage de formulaire. je ne comprends pas pourquoi je n ai pas pu beneficier des 30 jours d essai. deplus j avais commencé a créer un modele pour l envoie en nombre et tous mes modèles sont a présent innacessibles comment faire pour obtenir le déblocage de mon compte merci cdlt p laurent

I am having a problem with the total expenditures calculating correctly. I am fairly new to fillable forms and cannot figure it out. In the Total Expenditure line, under properties, I chose: calculate: then Value is the sum: Mileage amt, Amount_6, Amount_5, Amount_4, Amount_3, Amount_2, Amount. The sum only carries down if there is another entry on the form: Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Looking for a way to disable email notification of action required email for Adobe Sign. I intially assumed it was spam not from Adobe. Though after 10 emails today alone it is still spam. I have a document where I need to collect eSignatures from multiple recipients. The document contains personal information, so, according to our company policy, it cannot reside in the cloud; Is it possible to create a template that attaches the file and sends the recipients for esign.
I need to send a document to several persons (bulk sign) but each indivdual document once sign by the bulk signers must also be signed individually by one particular person. Is there a way to accomplish that?
I have a form that needs two signers from the same recipient group (group of 4 indiviudals in the recipient group - the first 2 available need to sign). Currently, when I use this workflow the indiviuals in the recipient group get two emails asking to sign. Is there a way to link the one recipient group to both fields so they only recieve one email and based on if they are the first of second available person from the recipient it asks them to sign the first or second signature line? Appreciate the support.
Hi,I recently got an offer letter and while trying to esign by adobe from workday, it displays blank page and I am unable to accept the offer because of this issue. I tried using different browsers and laptops but I am unable to resolve. Can someone please help me out with a fix ?
While signing a documenent there is a next button in yellow background that indicates which field the signer is on remains on the same field after clicking that next button instead of taking signer to next field but if you cilck next button twice it works fine. Once the next button is clicked, we'd like it to direct signer to the next field.
