I use PowerAutomate to send agreement. When I use template with not form field to prefill, it sends the email fine. As soon as I add one field to pre-fill in my template, even though I fill it with data, it does not send it. It stays in pre-fill status and I need to open it in Acrobat Sign to confirm and send, which is a real waste of time, considering I use it ot send lots of files. Is there any way to force-send the email and skip this part ?
Hello,How can I access the Adobe Sign settings and change the settings that the IP address is not tracked / stated in the report after the signature process? I want to selectively restrict users from being able to upload an attachment , and have selected the setting in the admin panel for the specific group (using the group settings ) . The option continues to appear on the page.( see attached image) I have managed to restrict deleting the Conga-generated agreement) so I know at least some of the settings are working. I know the attachment setting requires at least one selsction , but I specifically want to remove the "local files" option. No setting seems to remove the Upload file button on the VF Page. Any thoughts?Tom
I have a document that I must send to 15 recipients +/-. In spite of the fact that my subscription (for which I spend nearly $900 a year) includes Acrobat PRO, which is supposed to accommodate up to 25 recipients per the Adobe help page here: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/sign/using/transaction-limits.html I cannot enter more than 10 email addresses. How do I fix this? I can't even find a way to "upgrade" the Adobe portion of my Creative Cloud subscription on its own, if that turned out to be the only solution. Compounding my frustration is the inability to find anywhere on your website a means of contacting a person, whether via phone or chat... it's simply impossible. At times like this, it's hard to see the value in the extraordinary subscription fee. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Our organization has a multi-license account and is currently using the Web Form feature to allow non-organizational users direct access to our forms. If an individual Adobe online account/license is closed/terminated, does this cancel any Web Forms the user created? I created the Web Form that we are currently using, but it won't be a permanent solution if it no longer works when I leave the organization sometime in the future. Thanks!
is there a way to have the form field be highlighted when someone enters text? i have a multipage form and want to make it easier to see what they entered.
Hello,I will be sending out multiple agreements for signature using the bulk send tool. My query is how to download all agreements once signed.I understand I can view signing status in the Activity Report and download a report with the Form Data. However, it is the agreements that I want to easily download to save to a sharepoint folder.Thank you
Is there a way to get a document set up with the signature panels open for everyone but you only need a majority to sign? Doesn't matter who specifically, just whoever signs first.

When a document is being delegated a second time, I've noticed that the 1st party's name is pre-populated. How can that be changed so that the 2nd party can fill in the information to sign?
I am new to Adobe Sign for Salesforce. I have set up an agreement template with an additional attachment (File from Salesforce Object). When I generate the agreement, it pulls the correct related file from the Salesforce object but when proceeding to the next step (Preview and Add Signatures) I receive a generic error. After some investigating, I have found that if I change the ownership of the related file to myself instead of the system user I no longer receive the error. I have view access to the related file otherwise and I'd prefer not to have to change the ownership of the file. Is there a permission or change I can make to the Adobe Settings within Salesforce to accomplish this?
Hello, when one of our employees is sent a document to sign by use of Adobe Sign, he goes to sign and it defaults to the wrong name, causing him to have to change the signature by retyping it every time. The typed signature shows as correct but the image is where we find the incorrect name. We have tried to clear and then save the image but after we clear it for the document being signed, it reappears when it is time to sign a new doc. Can you send me directions for removing the incorrect name in the image section so that it quites defaulting to the wrong name?

How do I set up a countersign for all pages in a contract, and not on the page that we do the full signing?

It is very inconvenient that we are unable to go back and add an additional signer after starting a document, but before clicking send. We have forms that include about 6 signers that each need to sign at 2-3 times on the document. If we forget one person, we have to start the entire process over. It is extremely time consuming to place all of the signatures correctly and it happens often that we need to add another signer. I really hope that this can be changed at some point! If there is someone else I can contact, please let me know.

Hello,I hold a Business VIP licensce, with permissining for Acrobat Pro, Adobe Sign and Admin rights. I have successfully created a Template for re-use and sent it out - it works like a charm. My question is how to I share the Template with users in a Group that I've created so that we can build and share Templates and save them to the "Library"? Also, if the template I created says that I am the sole user can it be coverted to the shared Library or do I need to re-create. Ultimately, I cannot figure how to Create a Template and have it shared. Thanks in advance. JG
Hello all, we recently spun up the integration into our Dynamics CRM environment and have the integration key setup. When I attempt to request signatures and during the creation of the agreement, I am getting the attached business process error. Has anybody else received this error and know of a solution?
I use Adobe Acrobat DC with Adobe Sign feature.I tested the password function when creating a document for signing.When you choose a password protection for the document, I assumed that persons to whom the document was sent to, do not get to do any of the required actions without the password. Password to prevent viewing of the document happened only after all the parties had done their actions. How password protection should work?
I would like to know how to tell that the March 2023 build was put in place. With my company being in a regulated industry we need to be able to show we remain in a qualified (validated) state. To do this we use change control and testing when needed. One of the tests is to show the version we are on matches what the release notes say we should be on. I know there was an update/patch in March 2023 and the changes show up but what I can’t seem to find is the build identification. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Im so confused. Is adobe sign included in pro DC? It seems to be but I cant get it to integrate with salesforce
I have validated the signature and saved it but when I send it in the mail or open another application the digital sign (Green tick mark) isn't there. Are these digitally signed pdf files showing only in adobe or am I doing something wrong?
I want my first participant in my Web form to fill out the emails of the following participants but Adobe is saying I must enter all email addresses when I create the form. Is there a way to change this? I also have no counter-sign option available.
