I came here because my boss had this issue when opening a Adobe Sign link. For your issue, I suggest logging out of the Microsoft account you are using and logging back in. this happens similarly in Windows and it usually a credential issue. Like they go stale or something.

Hi all, I'd like to route a document for signature to email addresses, A, B, C, and D. I would like to COPY email addresses E and F but only once the document has been signed. I tried this for the first time today and recipients E and F both emailed me that they got blank copies of the document without signers and were confused. I don't need them to receive a blank copy, just a signed copy. I can't believe this isn't an option. I don't want to have to come back to Adobe to 'share' the signed document. DocuSign does this automatically so why doesn't Adobe? Can anyone help? Thank you!
I will be leaving my job soon, however I have been in charge of sending out forms through Adobe Sign for volunteers to complete. Many of these forms are still pending and will still be pending by the time I leave. is there a way to transfer my account to someone else at my company, so they can see who I have sent forms to and they can send reminders through AdobeSign once I'm gone?
Hello Everyone! I always rely on the emails from adobesign@adobesign.com as confirmation that my contracts have been sent. I also like to see when they are viewed, and absolutely when they are signed. The last 6 months or so, they stopped working. Thus, I would have to log into Acrobat on my browser (notifications on desktop app haven't been working in months either) and check religiously to make sure contracts have been sent/signed. It's extremely frustrating. The emails miraculously started working again about a month and a half ago and then a few days ago, they stopped again. I have adobesign@adobesign.com in my address book and favorited. Is there a bug in their system? Is anyone else experiencing this? Any tips on resolving this issue? Many thanks in advance!
Hello,Despite being an Adobe Administrator, and making myself the administrator of our Adobe Sign account, I do not have access to the Account Tab and sharing still requires confirmation from the other person. Does anyone have any idea why? I am the System Administrator, Product Administrator, and Product Profile Administrator for the account in question.
Trying to setup the first document and need help. Do I still merge documents from salesforce with drawloop (all of the fields are pulled with drawloop) and then I only need to add the signature fields for adobe?
Hi, I just upgraded my Mac to macOS Monterey. I used to save AdobeSign completed docs from my email to my iCloud with no problem. But now when I save and go to find the document in my iCloud it is asking for a password to view the document. I did not set up a password when sending the paperwork to the client. I found a slight way around this problem by going to the AdobeSign website directly and downloading the completed doc there, but it still requests a password but it is my computer password... Does this happen to everyone? I also used to be able to seperate the signed/completed documents but now I am not allowed to "drag" and seperate documents into different iCloud files. I contacted Adobe support with no luck. Does anyone know how to remove the password or where to find the password the document is asking for? or a way around it?

I would like to have multiple fill out an identical form (4 people usually), one for each person. I would like all of them to see everyone else's form and would like to assign the first form in total (as in all the fields are assigned to them) to the 1st person, the second form in total to the 2nd person, etc... Is there an easy way to do this? There are 60 fields in each form and I don't want to have to click on each one to assign it to each person.
Hi,I am trying to work out if it's possible to unlock a PDF once Adobe Sign has been used. I used Adobe Sign to help get two witness signatures. Got the PDF back and sent back to the original requester. They complained that they could not make a copy (I assume this is because the PDF was locked after Adobe Sign was used).I read this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/unlock-a-signed-pdf-file.html to see if anything like this was possible and it seems there is a way?I'm not sure how true this is or how to install a known password on your account - the support bot can't get anywhere close to helping with that. Any help or tips would be appreciated 🙂
Today both my co-worker and I ran into the same issue. We both created a document to send out for signatures and after hitting "send" there were duplicate documents sent out. In my case both documents had people sign and I received notifications for both. I then went back into Adobe sign and went to the "Manage" tab and I saw both documents listed. I cancelled one so that I would not have a duplicat. Once cancelled, both copies were somehow deleted. My coworker went through the same process with the same result.
Dear all, I prepared a document for multiple signatures from different persons. All persons signed, and AdobeSign confirmed the signatures. One of those signatures was confirmed by the system but is not shown within the document/ nor within the field assigned. Is there an opportunity to solve this issue/ to repeat this person's signature? Best Fabian
Hi,Once our documentss are sent to our cleint and they recive a n email and then a text messgae. It then ask for their ID and a selfie. Many (but not all) clients crach at the selfie stage and cant go any further. This has been on iphones and android (we think). We have also tested ourselves and find its hit/miss. Some of us it works on an iphone and some it doesn't. We send client application forms out for completion, signing and ID verification and this is urgent
We have an Employee who works in HR (Judy) who has been trying to get this issue resolved. Our Adobe Admin has had no luck in getting support to resolve this issue. When Judy sends a document to be signed through Adobe Sign, she gets a message that an email is also being sent to jennifer.chicas@emailadd.org. Jennifer is an old employee who no longer works here. Email should be going to Judy's email, and she is using a completely different computer/laptop. I went as far as removing Adobe Acrobat Pro DC completely off her laptop (and reinstalled). Deleted Judy's profile from Windows, I reimaged her laptop, and finally had her log into a completely different laptop. Our Adobe Admin even went as far as Deleting, and recreating her account from Adobe Admin site. And the Jennifer.Chicas email still shows up. Our Adobe Admin believes this is something on Adobe’s backend that’s the issue. But we cannot get a quick response since their support is in India and have to wait till next da
Question, Does anyone use Adobe Sign without the the reautentication of their user ID (email) and password? This is a CFR setting within Adobe Sign . We use Azure for the authentication and single sign on but I would like to know if anyone out there is only using the corporate single sign on and authentication methd and not the one for Adobe Sign. Every customer has different requirements regarding who needs to interact with the document and in what order, so there are a number of workflow features available in the Send page interface you should know about. Hello, Our enterprise account has multiple licesnses for Acrobat Pro DC, which comes with the use of Adobe Sign, but we can't access the admin screen within the app to customize our outgoing emails to people. We want to add our logo. Is that possible just thru the Acrobat licensing or do you have to have an Adobe Sign license to at least one user as well? Thank youAndrew B
HOW DO I OPEN A DOCUMENT. IT SAYS IT CANNOT VERIFY MY IDENTITY. BUT I HAVE OPENED IT SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST MONTHS.
We are trying to automate a process where we can use a singular workflow to work for all our contracts. We have made a space for 8 potential signers, 1 owner, and 1 agent. The agent in this case is the approver. In the image attached, there are 9 spaces to initial: 8 for the tenants and 1 for the owner. The agent does not need to initial, just needs to sign at the last page, and this works as long as all 8 spots for tenants are filled. The problem arises when there are fewer than 8 tenants and the agent is required to initial. I am unable to use the condition function of the fields to make it so that it will automatically hide when the participant assigned to it is an approver. If we could figure this out, we would not need to create a new form for every number of tenants.
Looking for the max number of login attempts for Adobe Sign - basically, besides 2FA, what is the security posture for the platform. Thanks
