Getting message that I've "EXCEEDED Page Limit" This document cannot be sent out for e-signatures because it exceeds the page limit for your license. However it's only 1 page. Huh? I need to get this signed!
Can't send documents for e-sign, keep processing then getting error 429. this is after trying to send two bulk signature docs yesterday but these were cancelled. Please can you help?
This is crazy. I've now spent hours trying to figure out how to manage old drafts or sent docs, and the deeper I dig the more I find out that we no longer have access to manage our old documents. Can't even view old signed documents. What's worse is that Adobe is completely unresponsive or providing any notice or documentation on how to use this new interface. Adobe are you kidding me?Please at least offer the option to use the old interface while you work out the issues on your end with this new interface so we can offload our documents or move to another service like DocuSign.

Unfortunately, it ranks among the most challenging systems I have encountered.Recently, I started using Adobe Sign, and while it performs well overall, I have encountered a significant workflow challenge. The document signing process in my business involves two facilitators: I oversee the first 4–5 signatories, and our Legal department handles the final two. Once I complete my portion, I need to submit the document to our legal partner so they can apply for their signatures.I understand that the 'Manage' function is supposed to enable this handover, but I have been unable to locate or use it effectively. As a result, I’m left with the tedious task of printing the document, recreating the PDF, and then forwarding it to Legal, which is far from efficient.This process is causing me conside
am i able to embed adobe sign into my hosted web app and allow users to sign their pdfs via smart card token/PKI specifically dod type pki? what is the verification process for the signee? do they need to download anything on their local machine? thanks
I sent a document for signature but realized an error I made, and went in to cancel it. I cancelled the document, it shows cancelled on my end in my account, but still shows in the "waiting for you" area of the users that I sent it to for signature. There is nothing I can do on my end as it's been cancelled, but didn't cancel for them. They are unable to sign it or cancel it on their end - when they click on it it says "Agreement ID is invalid". Help us get rid of it for them!
I am using adobe sign through a browser without difficulty. However when I try to use it through MS TEAMS, as I had previously, it is unable to navigate past the Home Screen. If I click on Manage, it briefly displays a spinning wheel then goes blanc. I can then only navigate back to the home screen where it shows pending and completed tasks. I would prefer to use it through TEAMS than having to log in through the browser every time. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but the problem persists. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, What is the best way to get a feature fixed / enhanced for the e-sign branding in Acrobat Pro? The mage size they allow is 200 x 60 pixels. Regardless of what image type and pixel size you try to modify to, the image that displays in Adobe e-sign emails (to the receivers of the document) is very distorted and grainy. Here is a screenshot of where this is done on the admin side: I beleive this could be a easy and quick fix for Adobe to modify so that we can attach a higher resolution image for our company logo / branding. Thoughts??

Hello, For Adobe Sign is there a way to default any field added to require a response? If a user is adding multiple fields they need to go and set require response to each field. Instead it would be better for them if require response was defaulted and then would then turn it off for cases it's not needed. Is there a setting or way to get that done?

Hi All, Recently we have upgraded Adobe package 25.2.1 at salesforce sandbox and did all configuration.We have an adobe sign account and linked with my salesforce application to allow user to electronically sign document. Application is working fine if adobe account user login to salesforce(admin user) click on the sign document button, he receive a document URL and able to see document to sign it. Not able to add the cRecipient.id at echosign_dev1.AgreementTemplateVariable as shown below it is showing AgreementTemplateVariable:[] after calling function. Hi all, just wanted some opinions for signing documents. I work under 21.CFR. 11 compliant rules, and often have to send logs out to multiple people to sign. Sometimes a single person will not be able to sign in a timely manner, in which case I need to withdrawl their signature. On paper, I would cross out the line with their name, and note why their signature cannot be obtained. On paper, the other signatures are still valid. Electronically, I found a work around is to cancel the agreement, make my edits, and electronically sign the cross through. Are the previous signatures still valid? Does any body have a work around besides canceling the agreement, or ways to make notes?
Hi Community Looking for some guidance on how to integrate our platform into Adobe Sign for CFr21 signatures. There will be APIs I'm sure. Please, can you point me in that direction? I have groups set up in Adobe Sign Enterprise. I need group admins to be able to see all documents sent, cancelled, completed using those templates by group members. I saw similar questions like this which have not been answerd. I would think this is a function of Adobe Sign.
I am responsible for generating time sheets on a weekly basis and multiple people need to be cpied. These people receive too many notifications each time someone signs. Can I disable these notification on my end or do they have to do it in their account? Thank you!
We’ve set up a registering document using an Adobe Sign webform that includes fields for about 20 attachments. However, when users upload their attachments, they are merged into the final signed PDF instead of being kept as separate files.This creates an issue for us since we need the attachments as standalone documents, meaning we have to manually split the PDF every time, which is time-consuming.Is there a way to configure Webforms so that attachments remain as separate files when the signed document is finalized?Thanks in advance!
When preparing a form that requires signatures, Acrobat allows a signature field participant role to be set as "sender." However, there is no opportunity when sending this form to sign unless the sender adds their email in the "Signer 1" spot on the recipients page when preparing to request signatures. This creates an issue where other signature fields with participant roles set as "Signer 1" are now being assigned to the sender instead of the intended recipient.I have tried designating the signature fields of the sender to "prefill," but signature fields are not allowed to be prefilled--only text fields can be prefilled.The only work around I have come up with is designating the sender as signer one and the recipient as signer 2. There are two issues with this. First, when the document has been signed by both sender and recipient, adobe shows that it was signed by three parties: the sender, signer 1 (same as sender), and signer 2 (recipient). In both User, and Group settings, Document Expiration > Enable document expiration is NOT SET, checkbox is empty, yet unsigned documents are expiring after 11 months.I looked everywhere but couldn't find any settings that say 11 month expiry. I need to keep unsigned documents indefinitly as a proof of management not signing contracts thus not accpeting them. (I know I can achieve the same in other ways, but Auditors trusts only trusted systems like Adobe Sign)

My case is like this.We have a functionality that allows use to replace last signer (3rd).I'm using API to get participantSetId where Order equals 3. All is working when agreement is on step 1 and 2 but when we get to step 3 (last signer) it breaks:I'm using `PUT /agreements/{agreementId}/members/participantSets/{participantSetId}` endpoint after which API is returning: `AGREEMENT_NOT_EXPOSED The agreement has not yet been exposed to the requested participant` every time I'm trying to get `GET /agreements/{agreementId}/signingUrls`.Is there any explanation to that?
