I'm not sure how to describe this issue but with the new September 2024 interface when I move to the step to add recipients email addresses I don't have the option to choose "myself" for that first signature.  Is it somewhere and I'm just not seeing it?

The registration pages say it's closed / that you can't "join now" at the moment.But it doesn't say anything about (a) when it might be up again, or (b) what you're supposed to do in the meantime if you're building an integration with Adobe Sign.We have an integration that we need to release ASAP.Help, please!

I have an individual account that I share with my assistant.The last month or so, EVERY time she tries to log in from her computer she gets prompted for the 2 step verification--which is unfortunate bc the code gets sent to my email address and if I am not available immediately, she can't log in and do her job.We have checked our system to make sure that 2 step verification is not activated--and it is def turned off.She clicks the button to "Don't ask me again" every time she logs in.How do we stop this ridiculous cycle?  Is this a cookies issue? She uses a Mac and gets the same results using Safari and Chrome.

I want to scope adobe sign webhooks to API application, so it will only fire events which are triggered by specific API application.Current behavior: I have 2 API applications, configured 2 webhooks with each of them. Sent agreement from one of the applications and update event came on both webhook endpoints.What I want: when I create agreement with application, I want events to be fired from webhook which is also created by this application.Info: When creating webhook by adobe's API, there is a one property called "scope" which can receive "ACCOUNT", "USER", "GROUP", "RESOURSE". I tried account and user but behaviour was the same.

So my company has adobe pro dc teams licenses which included adobe sign. I understand it's somewhat limited and if i need certain features disabled i need to reach out to support. I was able to do that and managed to have support disable recipient copies for singed agreements but it seems that now i don't get any email notification when the agreement is signed. I have to manually sign in to adobe cloud and check the status of the agreement. Does anynone else have this issue and know how to fix it?

Hello, when a user signs into Acrobat sign with their school account they get redirected to the Adobe Acrobat page, with a listing that they have an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. When they open Adobe Acrobat the request signature tool is also greyed out. We have confirmed the account has a enterprise creative cloud license. How can we access the Acrobat Sign Features? Other users in the org have the same licensce with no issues access the Acrobat Sign webpage nor is the request signature button greyed out. 

I am working with a Template on Adobe Acrobat Sign, and I have a serires of 11 checkboxes.  The signer must select at least 1 of these boxes, but can select more when appropriate.  From what I can gather there may not be a way to set this up just using the template properties and conditional formatting?Hoping there is someway to make this happen.

I’m working with the Adobe Acrobat e-Sign integration using the Adobe Sign AppExchange package in Salesforce and need some assistance. I want to download Adobe e-Sign documents directly from Salesforce without sending them to the customer, but I'm unsure of the exact steps to do this.

A customer has an Adobe Sign account. Forms are to be created for the employees under this account, which are then sent to them by e-mail for signature. you can then track these e-mails, according to the motto, employee1 has already signed, employee2 has not yet signed, etc. But can the whole thing be delegated to another sign account? In other words, one employee creates the forms and sends them, but only the boss receives the replies including the signed and completed forms?

Any help appreciated: Web Form, user opens, fills, and signs.Routes to Counter Signer. Although the dropdown menus work for the first user (who isn't supposed to use them), and everything else works for the counter signer, the dropdown menus are not clickable.Note: For Reasons, this form is a fillable form that I uploaded into Adobe Sign as a Web form and then set only a signature field in the Web Form options. I have to leave the original fields in it, not set them all in again in the Web Form function, because if I do it that way, none of the tooltips or formatting show accurately.  

Hello,I would Like Not to send one but a bundle of webforms together and request an esignature. We want to use it for our onboarding an every new member needs to sign various forms. But I dont wanto to send out every single Form by itself. Is there also a function that could tell me when the full bundle was completed? thank you

Hii have managed to digitally sign documents but get the orange message that isnt green to fully validate my digital id signed document.should the company providing a contract to be signed give me a certificate with the pdf file pr something ?can you list the different scenarios possible?the first one being I sign successfully from my own computer but when received theres an orange triangle saying its no fully certified.thank you

I like the feature to be able to CC someone when sending a document for signatures, but I think the CC'd person should not get any emails until all signers have signed. I often send documents requiring multiple signatures, and it's confusing to the CC'd person to be notified about something waiting for signatures when they don't have to sign. This is especially problematic when signers need to sign in order. 

G'day Meenakshi,Had the same trouble just then 17/09/2018.  Is there any fix for this?  Is the file being corrupted? I can see the document faintly in the background, but the wheel keeps on turning and downs't load the document up.   We use adobe sign all the time and this is the second time this has happened.  I am wondering if the chrome browser?  It is just me as a user at this stage.Can you get back to me with an update please?

Hello All, One individual on a document with multiple signatories missed the deadlin to sign (yesterday). Due to project timelines, I don't have the option to start this process over again. (And I think the other signatories would be annoyed.) Options here? Can I start a new signature request process with the document (PDF) that has been signed by the other individuals, sending only to the individual whose signature is missing? Or, can I reaccess the document and extend the individual's time for signing?  Thank you!

Hello All, I have a document with multiple signers. Acknowledging that the date & time stamp is automatically incorporated wit the signature, we have a separate date field for the signers to also fill in. Unfortunately, 3 of the signers incorporated their signatures and left the date field empty. Is there a method by which I can reissue the document to these three individuals, so they can just add a date in the required date field? (At this point, canceling and reissuing the document for signature & date is not an option. Due to the timeline of related project.) Thank you!

My document needs to be initialed by two individuals and signed once. The signature field is inserted above the signature line. When the document is final, the initials do not appear on the document, and the signature is displayed below the signature, title, date lines. Thanks for help.

With the new update we are no longer able to shrink signature blocks past a certain size. This is supremely unhelpful when having to put multiple signature blocks on one line. Please bring back the ability to make the signature block as small as needed. 

I have a client using https://secure.echosign.com/services/EchoSignDocumentService17 to submit contracts for signature from a CLM system, however earlier in the year it stopped working. When I try to navigate to the URL it tells me it's an invalid sop request. Has this address been deprecated and what do I do to get the client able to submit through APIs again. They are curently using Adobesign manually but want to submit from the CLM app again.

When you send a document to be reviewed and signed (in my case for proofing purposes), is there anyway to change their is default message that comes up that basically says review and sign [the document's file name you sent]. Currently, I have one on my notepad that I have to constantly open and copy paste. There must be somewhere where that message can be altered. Has anyone done it and how did you do it?
