I have unlimited access, 4000 units to use but it keeps trying to get me to pay, and it will not generate my image

My Firefly/generative credits renewed today and the Adobe account page shows the new balance, but Firefly still won’t let me generate, neither a video, nor an image, nor text to speech. Please refresh/sync the entitlement on my Adobe ID.[Pii removed by Mod]

Even after multiple adjustments and refinements — in some cases involving dozens of attempts — the system continues to demonstrate inconsistency in interpreting instructions, generating content that is out of context, incoherent, and at times absurd in relation to what was requested.Furthermore, the overall quality of the generated content has proven to be questionable, especially considering that this is a paid service. I have uploaded an avatar of a woman I created in Photoshop. In Firefly, the uploaded image is only partially correct in the completed video. It has kept the clothing (more or less) but has completely changed the face of the person. How can I use the exact image I uploaded? The other thing is that the movement prompts for left to right don't work. If I ask Firefly to have the character walk from one side of the screen to another, I only ever get a face-on shot. Is this just a limitation of the program or are there best practices for prompts to get the desired results?

I have no idea how many credits I even have. I do know that I make an image costing 40 credits and there is no change. I can only assume I am being charged. I have to back all the way out because it keeps using images I uploaded in the past which has nothing to do with the image I am trying to make.

Been working with generative AI for almost a year now. I refer to Gemini now as my friend. Yesterday I purchased Adobe Firefly so I could get the same character in different images. as I wanted to explore Image to Video.In preparation for this  I prepared four images of a well-built and good looking man in different poses to use as references.. Next I created my main file, uploaded the four reference images and the discovered that my main file could not see them using Generative fill. Bad enough that.Next I tried to use Generative fill in a different way. I used one of the prompts I used earlier to generate the reference images expecting something of the quality of an image i got earlier. Instead I got three grotesque images that did not remotely resemble the prompt. The chests were exaggerated to the point of being almost pornographic while the legs were match-stick thin.I also purchased a book on Firefly but the contents of the book bears no resemblance to the app that I purchased. I'm using Creative Cloud Pro Plan. So can I use the AI image I created with Firefly commercially without paying for Firefly Pro separately? Or do I have to buy credits separately? If the AI image I created with Firefly is commercially available, I wonder if I can use it anywhere.I'm thinking of making and selling the AI image made in Firefly as a website marketing banner or design template.

I bought the package and could do all the photo models and unlimited firefly video model but now suddenly I cant, but my subscription was until 22 April

i have a 4,000 credits per month plan and should receive unlimitd images but my credits are being used 

I subscribed to a Firefly plan today, and the amount I paid for the plan was ₹797.68. However, after activating the plan and logging into my account, I noticed that the amount/credits shown in my account is ₹20,000, which does not match the plan I purchased.I would like clarification regarding why this amount is being displayed in my account. Bonjour, Actuellement en formation sur Adobe Firefly,  j'ai fait des tests qui sont les memes pour generer la meme video plusieur fois en ayant toujour le meme résultat, ne sacahnt pas que cela coute 500 credits. Est ce possible de récuperer mes crédits pour pouvoir finaliser ma formation ? Merci beaucoup 

A pesar de contar con el plan standard que incluye relleno regenerativo ilimitado, de un momento a otro empieza a aparecer el mensaje "Se ha producido un error y no hemos podido generar ninguna imagen. Vuelva a intentarlo." Busque posibles problemas y soluciones, borre la cache, cookies, y reinicie mi computadora. Al reiniciarla firefly vuelve a utilizar y me permite usar el relleno regenerativo un par de veces para que luego vuelva a suceder el mismo problema... Esto empezo a ocurrir con unos prompts extensos (que ya me habian funcionado anteriormente) e incluso usando prompts de dos palabras sigue ocurriendo.

je sais que ce ne sont pas forcément des modèles très puissant, mais j’ai pas l’impression de demander grand chose non plus.. je cherche juste à faire tourner horizontalement une structure et tout ce qu’elle contient sur elle-même et donc simuler de la 3D sur cet objet, et c’est pas comme si le rendu était de mauvaise qualité, mais ça n’a rien à voir. l’IA bouge l’image, l’anime les photos que je lui ai dit de ne pas animer, ne simule même pas de la 3D juste élargit la structure jusqu’à ce qu’elle couvre tout l’écran. très déçue de cette fonctionnalité et 500 crédits partis dans le vent
