Not a bug. Firefly produces great results, worth the credits and then randomly chucks an abomination out that I should be able to reject and reclaim credits for… if it’s particularly bad.

Hello. I'm tired of Veo 3.1 Fast or Veo 3.1; neither of them progresses to the image in the start frame. I've written a precise prompt, but the result is the same: lost credits, and the result is always different, not on the image itself. What's the reason?

Ich kann kein Bild mehr generieren und die Credits werden brav runterzählt

Dear Support Team, I purchased the Adobe Firefly subscription through the app, and the payment has already been deducted from my account. However, despite successful payment, the subscription is still not activated on my account. I am facing the following issues: 1. The amount has been deducted from my bank/UPI/Google Play. 2. The app still shows “Buy Subscription” instead of “Active”. 3. I tried restarting the app, clearing cache, logging out and logging in again, but the subscription is still not working. 4. My work is stuck because the credits/features are not available even after payment.   Here are my details for verification: App Name: Adobe Firefly   Device Used: Android MobileI request you to please activate my subscription as soon as possible or resolve this issue immediately. If needed, I can provide any additional details. Right now firefly will use up your credits whether or not it produces a result. seems kind of unfair to me.

TYPE D’ABONNEMENTJe paie 11,08 €/mois TVA incluse avec 2 000 crédits génératifs par mois, mais je n'ai pu réaliser que six vidéos. On me demande maintenant de souscrire un autre abonnement ! Pourquoi ? En principe, je devrais pouvoir créer jusqu'à 20 vidéos de 5 secondes, non ? Ce n'est clairement pas le cas. Merci de bien vouloir rectifier la situation.

I have already paid for the service and can see my 500 credits in my account, so I should have full access.Could you please check if there is a technical glitch or a profile conflict on my account and help me resolve this permission issue?

I am reporting a bug where Adobe Firefly is consuming my generative credits but failing to generate or display any images. Each time I click generate, the system indicates it "Uses 40 credits," and my balance has now decreased to 1730 out of 2000, yet no images are produced.

really bad outcome on image to vids, please refund my credits and help with any guidance on how to actually get good image to vids from prompts.

Hello Adobe Support Team,I am writing to report a potential issue with Adobe Firefly’s generative image feature.I currently have an active subscription that includes unlimited access to Adobe Firefly’s generative AI. However, I have consistently encountered a limitation where, after generating a certain number of images within a single day, I am no longer able to generate additional images. When this occurs, Firefly displays a message indicating that I should “try again later” or that image generation is temporarily unavailable, even though my plan is advertised as unlimited.Key details: Subscription plan: Unlimited Firefly generative AI access Issue: Image generation becomes unavailable after a certain number of images per day Expected behavior: Continuous image generation without daily limits Actual behavior: Image generation is blocked until a later time This issue occurs repeatedly and appears to be a hard daily cap rather than a temporary system outage If there is an undocu

It's consuming credits incorrectly.I'm filing a complaint - I've consumed a lot of credits while editing an image. Firefly doesn't execute the commands entered in the prompt, doesn't take my prompts into account, and keeps generating the same image despite changing the prompts. This consumes the credits I purchased. Please respond and contact me regarding this matter.
