J'ai payé 1 500 crédits pour générer une vidéo avec le modèle Ray3 HDR. Tout était conforme:- Prompt clair et qui a fonctionné avec d'autres modèles- Je n'ai pas fermé la fenêtreUne fois la génération terminé, la vidéo qui s'est affichée était vide. Aucune possiblité d'être créditée. PROMPT:Anime cette scène en transformant la pose statique en une chorégraphie hip-hop fluide et énergique. Personne attitude positive. Ajoute des mouvements dynamiques comme des rotations de bras, des pas glissés et des transitions rapides, tout en conservant le décor extérieur avec le ciel bleu, les palmiers et les structures modernes en arrière-plan. Donne un effet de rythme avec des vibrations légères dans les vêtements amples couleur beige, et accentue la sensation de freestyle urbain. Ajoute des ombres réalistes et une lumière naturelle pour garder l’ambiance ensoleillée.

Hello Adobe Support Team,I am unable to complete the purchase of a monthly Adobe Firefly subscription due to a payment error.I have attempted to pay using four different bank cards issued by different banks. All payment attempts were declined. I have contacted my bank, and they have confirmed that there are no restrictions, blocks, or issues on their side. The cards are active and allowed for online and international payments.The issue appears to be occurring on the Adobe side, as none of the payment methods are accepted.Please investigate this issue and advise on how it can be resolved. I need to activate the monthly Firefly subscription as part of my current workflow.Thank you for your assistance.

 I have spent and waisted a lot of money buying and using credits that I can not use the outcome.  I am trying to use the same AI model in Firefly but it keeps replacing the AI model that I am using with a new model.  The generated video clips are 8 seconds long therefore in order to continue the video I have applied everything that has been suggested such as using consistent text prompts, and leverage features like Seed numbers and utilizing Structure Reference (for composition) for consistency; for sequential clips,  I have used the last frame of the previous video as the starting image for the next to maintain flow and style. There should be an option of refusing the generated video if it is not what you wanted.I do not even know how to request credit for all the credits that have been waisted!  Is there a version history? to see the exact settings I used previously?Please 

Há uma opção para aumentar a quantidade de caracteres? A quantidade é muito limitada e impede de fazer um prompt detalhado.

Das gleiche Problem hatte ich schon mal..das sich die Region selbst ändert von Deutschland auf Europa Afrika und ich deswegen nichts mehr generieren kann obwohl ich zahle !!nur in der app hier kann ich meine Region nicht ändern!!!  Fixed das mal .

I do not use the AI. I actually hate it, I hate it more than anything Adobe has done in the past decade+, and that's quite an accomplishment.I don't use the AI. I don't want to use the AI. I wish I could remove it.Seeing as how "generative credits" cost Adobe a LOT of money, and are apparently why the subscription cost keeps going up (costs money to put garbage in a computer program I guess), users who do not use the AI trash in Creative Cloud app should get a refund or a bill credit.Looking forward to seeing my refund soon!   [Edited by moderator]

Ce n'est pas accptable ces abonnements à crédit quand l'ia ne fait même pas ce qu'on lui demande et ne fais que nous envoyer une copie de la meme création prompt apres prompt sans aucune modification ni aucun respect du prompt. j'aimerais que mon crédit du jour soit totalement remboursé ! ça devient du vol ces services ia honnêtement

Firefly is too eager to animate elements which I haven't asked it to, or even which I specifically asked it not to.I have a start frame and an end frame which are the same. I want to animate elements of this frame and eventually stitch the animations together into a longer animation. It's meant to be subtle, but it's making wholesale changes to more elements.

La facturer séparément donne l’impression de payer deux fois pour le même outil.Cette politique pousse de nombreux utilisateurs professionnels vers des solutions IA externes gratuites ou open-source.J’espère sincèrement qu’Adobe reconsidérera cette décision et inclura un usage raisonnable de Firefly dans les abonnements Creative Cloud.Cordialement,
