Questions

When I was editing a file today, all the artboards suddenly disappeared.I thought it was a crash, so I closed the file and reopened it, it was still blank, only the elements outside the artboard were still there.All components, font styles and colors are still there, and the links previously shared with group members are still visible. But both the artboard and the prototype are gone.I can still add new artboards and edit files normally, and other Adobe XD files are fine.I am not a cloud access file, how can I retrieve the previous file?

Hello XD Community,I am posting this message because for a week now I can no longer use XD on my main PC. When I launch XD it says "We can't verify your subscription status." I specify that I am subscribed and that my account works correctly on other PCs. I tried everything but I found no answer to this problem: Disabled my Antivirus (Eset NOD 32), Reinstalled XD and Creative Cloud, checked access to Adobe servers, TLS... Nothing to do I still have this damn message.The worst thing is that the synchronization works since for barely 1 second I can see all my updated files from my laptop. I also specify that I have access to all the other applications without problem.Please excuse my English, this is from a translation.Thank you for understanding.

Whenever I open my AdobeXD, i am facing the problem of WhiteScreen.  Pasted below are the logs from "CrashDump" and "LOg Collector".  The screenshot of the program is also avaialble in the same place. I have a very large project in xd, and find myself and the developers scrolling through pages to find the next update or review, is there a way to create a one-page "table of content" ideally with a link to the associated Artboard?        

Hi this alert keeps show up when I open adobe xd: "There is a problem with Adobe XD. Reinstall the app from its "original" install location or contact your administrator."   I tried to uninstall with: AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool CCleaner Iobit Uninstaller remove manually from the Program File   And when I try to reinstall it again always a dark icon and the same message pop up. Hello community, Adobe instructions say to select Add-ons > Plugins in the Home screen, but there isn't such selection. Additionally, when I follow the File > Get UI Kits path on Windows, a browser page opens up on the Adobe instructions page again. How can I solve this? Thank you.

Dear Adobe Network,  When i want to create a link i'll get the error 44:48. The same document i can create a link with XD on an other computer. On my computer i can't share any document, even when its empty i'll get the same error. Please help, i can't find out what is wrong on my computer. It's impossible to work with XD, because everytime i want to share i have to change computers with a co-worker

Hi! I'm trying to figure out how to use responsive resize on scroll groups and cannot figure it out.   I have a component ("menu-group") that is made of smaller components ("menu-card"s).   Everything resizes responsively as I have the components set up UNTIL I turn the menu-group into a scroll group. (Fixed header and nav at top, scrolling menu to bottom of viewport, fixed height button fixed to bottom of viewport.)   Any ideas on how to accomplish this? I'm quite surprised that I can't find any other questions about this, makes me feel like I might be missing something obvious. Please let me know if there's any kind of screenshot or example I can provide to help illustrate the issue.   Thanks!   <Title renamed by moderator>

A while ago I created this post, in which I explained that when using Adobe XD my entire computer experiences a weird crash. This issue has persisted through multiple Windows versions and hardware upgrades (graphics card). After reaching out via live chat support (Case number: ADB-27848569-S4S1) , a technician performed a few Net Framework updates on my computer via remote access, but as expected it wasn't of any help.   These crashes have corrupted my files multiple times, and each time I am forced to download an older version of the file and setup new development links, which is a massive hassle and waste of time. I have uploaded Crash Logs multiple times (here's the last crash which happened just now: AdobeLogs_20230216_024317_297-win-GS.zxp), and at this point I would like for those logs to reach the development team so they can investigate what could be possibly causing such a critical failure, which ONLY happens when working on Adobe XD.   Thanks in advance. &

I don't understand what is happening. XD was fine but XD has started doing this recently. It cuts off the text in my menu. I've tried reinstalling, and updating drives and OS. Using Windows 10. Any idea what's going on?

I am new to XD, but one thing I have noticed is that the Asset Manager seems to be lacking. It only has 4 catagories. Conponents should be divided in to more catagories, such as images, logos, icons, templates. At the moment everything is lumped together under one catagory. For something so easy to implement I am surprised Adobe have not done this. Unless I am missing something? Is there a plugin I can install for this?   <Title renamed by moderator>

.... Please update the libraries... AUTOMATICALLY - so I don't have to waste hours tring to find where are those components coming from to update all those libraries.You are asking the user to do something you can do in the background - and as is, it's a Blocker 😞 .Why?.. because you are asking me to do it to be able to update the existing library, so is not like I have another option than Updating all the libraries - so Please Save My Time!!! Hope this can be a toggle setting for - Auto / Manual Update LibrariesRegards,Stefan   {Renamed By MOD}

Hello,I would like to play a video from my Adobe XD project. Not a video in the project, as it is limited to 25 Mo, but a video in the video player of a tablet. By clicking on a button, it would open the video in an external player. Would that be possible ? I can't use hyperlinks because they need a http adress and can't be used locally.Do you know if that's possible and how ?Thanks   <Title renamed by moderator>

 

hey all, just installed fresh SOE windows 10 22h2 and and adobe creative clouds all up to date and installed XD and when i click to open it, it just staright up closes. i got the log collector but theres nothing really in there that stands out. my laptop runs a Iris® Xe Graphics card and my old laptop runs Intel UHD graphics 620, so i updated both to the latest of everything and my new laptop still closes but my old one opens up fine.    is there a graphics card an issue?   {Renamed By MOD}

While viewing any prototype (both cloud loaded and live view) scrolling through pages, changing pages, animations and almost everything else in the prototype is extremely slow (4fps or something). i tried reinstalling the app on my phone but nothing is solving it. I'm working on an iPhone 13 pro. 

Hello Experts,I have an FRL customer that is wondering if there is any way to download XD libraries and share the libraries with the team. As we know FRL XD doesn't come with share functions, including the libraries. In Photoshop they can download the libraries as a local files and share them but seems that we can't do the same in XD. Could any one please advice a workaround to meet this need? Thanks in advance!

Hi, everyone. I just started working in XD the past couple months. I have an image scaling question I hope one of you can answer for me. Let's say I placed an image in XD and then scaled it down for the final file. Can I copy that image into another XD file and then scale it up to its original size without losing quality? For example, if I place a file in InDesign and then scale it down, I can still scale it back up to its original size later because InDesign doesn't lose any pixel information. If I scale it down in Photoshop, however, I can't upscale it back later and get the same clarity as the original image. Does XD act more like InDesign or Photoshop when you scale an image down?

Adobe XD sign out issue. I am facing sign out issue in Adobe XD. After opening Adobe XD few second i will get an popup message as "you have been signed" could you please resolve this issue. due to this issue my task's are pending could you please give suggustion how to fix this issue. 

Hey there guys, and thank you for being part of a community created around such a cool field as UX. I am currently struggling towards finding the best possible way for creating a reusable component kit that would allow me to import these components into various designs and re-style them, without loosing the states associated. This use case has occured for me, because I currently work for a software development company, that requires a base component UX kit from which it should use and re-style components for each individual customer. While I have created and published a component library, each time that I import a component into a new design, I have to manually re-construct all of the states (like color or text changes) for each component, which kind of defeats the purpose. So my question is, how can you define a reusable component kit in adobe XD? Thank you!

While I'm working, XD keeps pausing, refreshing, then reverting to a previously auto-saved version (deleting all the work I've done). It's impossible to do my job. This is WITH the update that was pushed out over the weekend—last week was doing the same thing at a greater frequency. 

Hi guys, my first post here, i print and make canvases, my website (a wordpress site) has been designed with the option for a customer to upload an image from their phone so it arrives to me in an email and enables me to print it.
