Hi everybody - I teach in a computer lab with multiple students using the same desktop throughout the day., each logging in with their unique user profile to the machine and their own CC account. I have a new student who speaks absolutely no English, and after following the directions to switch his CC language preference to Spanish and reinstalling Photoshop, he can now use the app in Spanish. However - every student who sits down after him is also forced to use Spanish. In the Ps Preferences under Interface, there is an option to select a language - but there's always just one option, whichever option the app is installed in! Is there ANY way for the student to select which language they want to use on the machine? It seems like at a minimum this should be possible since each student is using their own unique computer login. I tried to install multiple instances of Photoshop, and that doesn't seem to work either? Any advice is appreciated!

In any Adobe app related to typography, choosing the typeface is one of the most important steps in the design process. Unfortunately, every app is plagued with the same problem - all your carefully curated fonts are diluted in a huge list of system fonts. You can't disable/delete the system fonts as this will break other apps and even simple web browsing. The ability to disable system fonts is disabled in macOS for this reason. The solution is simple:In the Creative Cloud app, there's already a Manage Fonts section (great!).In this section add a "hidden fonts" page. Display all system fonts in a list and allow the user to toggle certain fonts as hidden.These fonts will now be hidden from the list in all Adobe apps. If a document is loaded which contains a hidden font, it will be displayed as normal - the fonts are hidden from the LIST ONLY, they NOT disabled.If you really want to remove any ambiguity, you could have a "show hidden fonts" toggle in the app font menus&nbs

I confirmed with Adobe headquarters directly through 3–4 employees that the products I purchased were genuine, and of course, I did not sell them.However, on a major corporate site, individuals can open personal stores. The sellers there all claim their products are genuine, but my investigation suggests a group of about 20 people may be selling counterfeit products. The presumed leader, a woman, operates two stores and has been selling for four years, with reports of tax evasion. Adobe has stated that selling products as genuine without being an official partner—or even using non-official accounts—is punishable. I am unable to add more than 1 photo grid to my Adobe portfolio. I am able to select pictures and it stops at "creating phot grid...". It is stuck in that phase and doesn't load even after hours. For the last several weeks, I've been unable to view Behance.net because Chrome flags it as having an invalid SSL certificate. I get the error code net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID. Since my work doesn't allow me to bypass the warning, I can't visit Behance anymore. I've tried deleting my temporary internet files for Behance and turning off extensions, ensuring my Chrome is up to date, attempting to visit from an incognito window, etc., but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this issue lately?

All of a sudden no videos will load - error - try refreshing pageHow many Jobs have I not gotten an interview for because, the site wasn't working and I didn't know it.It's pretty gross, that adobe offers a featur like portfolio. We the customer put in weeks to develope a portfolio site and then Adobe just says, "Doesn't work? not my problem"! Hello Adobe Team,I am a Creative Cloud user and would like to provide feedback on a localization issue I've noticed in the latest software update.My operating system（MACOS 15.6） is set to Simplified Chinese. While most of the user interface is correctly displayed in Chinese, I've found that a number of buttons are still showing up in English. This creates an inconsistent experience for Chinese-speaking users.I've checked my settings and everything seems to be in order. It appears to be a bug with the software itself. Hi Adobe Community,I'm experiencing issues with integrating Google Analytics (GA4) with my Adobe Portfolio site. Here's a breakdown of the problem:I connected my Measurement ID in Settings > Analytics > Your Google Analytics Tracking Code and applied the changes by pressing Done. However, after more than 48 hours, I'm still seeing the following error in my Google Analytics account:"Data collection isn't active for your website. If you installed tags more than 48 hours ago, make sure that they are set up correctly."I attempted to install the Google tag manually by copying the code provided by Google (under Admin > Data Streams > Web > View Tag Instructions) and pasting it into Settings > Custom Meta Tags. I am trying to access Portfolio to watch tutorials.  I'm automatically logged into Adobe Creative Cloud, and Portfolio is included in my plan.  It starts me off,  gives me an option to creat a full portfolio or just the open page.  I choose, then Adobe demands I log in, giving me several options including Apple, email, and adobe.   My Adobe passwored was changed last week.  It is rejected. Hello,My team has experienced issues placing CC library assets within PowerPoint since January 2025. Assets created in InDesign or Photoshop are not longer supported through this plug-in. A very pixelated proxy image is inserted.The team has plugin version 4.6.79. We are on an enterprise account and run automatic updates. This is impacting our operations and value of the CC suite.Do you have an update for this issue? 

I have a page with single foto's loaded and also containing one grid, I want to remove the grid from the page, does anybody know how to do that ?   backgroundin my example the picture of Djurre is part of a grid and the rest on the page are single photos.https://topeventshoots.myportfolio.com/2020-masterclass As you can see the captions are presented different in a grid versus a single photo, for that reason I want just single photos, but cannot figure out how to remove a grid.thanks Pieter  

Would it be possible to add a big video between the header and collection module? (embedded or upload)My portifolio is motionr2.com and the collection I got there is functional but  I'm afraid I'm not getting people to check my reel. I have had - as a non-profit organization - an Adobe Creative Cloud account for years - certified through Techsoup. Now Adobe has canceled this agreement. Techsoup suggests that I download all my files from Creative Cloud and then cancel my account and create a new one via this link: https://www.adobe.com/promo/TechSoupCCSN.html?sdid=SYBNLTFF&mv=affiliateMy question is: How do I download my files from Creative Cloud? I cannot see this option in Creative Cloud?

Hi,  I'm posting here since there seems to be no Adobe Portfolio forums. There are a few basic features missing from Portfolio that I'd like two mention. Two come to mind right now:There's no option to disable/ enable ligtbox on single images. This setting either enables or disables it for the whole site. So I have a portfolio with illustrations and I find the lightbox feature useful so I can have thumbnails that can be enlarged by clicking on them. However, if I add a picture of myself in an about page, that image is ALSO clickable and opened in a lightbox. To me that feels cheap, like something out of an early blogger site.Once an image gets opened by lightbox, it goes full height on your screen. However, there's a secondary zoom if you click on the image. I'd like this setting to be optional. Maybe I don't want my images to be blown up larger than the screen. The dirty workaround is to have your images in a small resolution so it's not that large, but I imagine that affect

Hi, I am new to Adobe, only one month into my subscription so my Cloud storage is empty-empty. But not because I didn't produce any material lately, but because the Cloud always greats me with a message of "some file types are not supported". I tried every type and size of files to no avail. Jpg, mp4, mp3, avi, gif, pdf, etc, etc. It doesn't make any sense that NO file type at all is supported. I tried erasing and reinstalling the app, double checked that I signed in with the correct mail, erased the cockies from my laptop, checked for updates, tried to upload from the web and NOTHING. So for now, the Adobe promise of cloud storage and easy access to my files from anywhere is not bearing any fruits. 😞Do you have any recomendations that can fix this problem?

Hello,I've enrolled on the Graphics Design Certificate by Adobe on the Coursera platform, but I have issues signing up for the 4 month free trial of Creative Cloud now when I've gotten to the Graphics Design course that requires Illustrator. I reached out to Coursera but they told me to reach out to Adobe instead, so here I am. When clicking on the link on Coursera I get directed to an Adobe site where I can sign up for the free trial. When I then sign in with my existing account, it changes from 4 months to 7 days. So I create a new email just to create a new account on Adobe, since it says I can only use this with new accounts. Then it works, until I change payment country from the pre-selected US to my own country (Sweden), then it goes from the 4 months to the 7 days again. It is quite frustrating since I've had this issue when I tried the other courses in the course package: Issues with longer free trial on Adobe Express and same with Adobe Photoshop. First of all, my files are taking FOREVER to upload and show in the CC app on the desktop. I need a particular PSD file on the cloud, so I can work on it on Ipad, so I converted to cloud document, uploaded it, and it is not showing on the Ipad version of CC app. It is not showing on the Ipad Photoshop. It's been hours. Yes, I am logged in on the same account on both devices. I logged out on both, logged back in. I quit the app and reopened it on both. Nothing. Any help is appreciated. 

Since a while i am not able too edit my portfolio site wich i made about two years ago. When i open portfolio (on my account) it says i have no sites yet. The my portfolio site is still working properly but i want too edit some stuff. I am just going to jump to the point. I have rarely seen such a horrible design in any new or old software or web service before, only comparable to the scammer services that hook you on a plan where you won't be able to find the cancellation, or, in this case, how to empty your storage. No excuses can be given in this case because the "upgrade" button is always right there to take you to a page to charge you for more unnecessary storage, instead of taking you to the part where you can see what is actually filling your storage. There is almost no way to find where your files are located and how to clean your storage, while there is always the option to buy more storage from Adobe. I spent over an hour finding files that had filled my cloud storage and prevented me from cropping one image online. This gives the feeling of being scammed so strongly that it is maddening. Whoever decided to design the file management on Adobe Cloud and decided to force the users to purchase extra

Adobe Crash Processor service is running all the time on high CPU and slows down the computer making it impossible to work.The last 2 months I don't use Adobe products because of that issue. Afgter I have uninstalled everything the computer works fine. Now i needed to use lightroom and I have reinstaled it back , but it's the same .. Impossible to work, everything lags. I tried to get to a person trough chat but the AI agent just wouldn't forward me. I'm frustrated from this level of support about to cancel my subscription .

Hi,I’m currently a student, and the free Adobe CC plan is included in my tuition. I asked my school’s IT team if they could transfer the enterprise license to my personal account, but they said they can’t (which I’m a bit confused about, since my previous school was able to do it.) Now I have to manually move all my files, brushes, and fonts over to my school account, and it’s pretty inconvenient. I wonder would it be possible to transfer the enterprise license from my end instead of going through the school administrator? Thanks in advance 🫶🫶🫶!!!!
