Hello. Recently I have changed education organisations and therefore I have a new Adobe Login. My old one was deactivated before I could properly sign back out of it. So now, when I open Creative Cloud, it gives me the image that you can see attached below. If I click 'Sign In' this Sign Out box just reappears, as an infinite loop. Any one able to help? I am just looking to sign into Creative Cloud with my new login, but that does not appear to be an option. I have tried completely uninstalling Creative Cloud, as well as all of my Adobe products, but upon reinstalling I am met with this box again. The 'Sign Out' option in the Help drop down is also greyed out.

I earlier had the big package with al the apps and 100gb cloudstorage, but i downgraded to the photography kit with only photoshop and lightroom with only 20gb cloud storage. It kept complaining about beeing overly filled so i emptied it nearly completly but the warning pop up is still there.... it still says i store 73.18gb of material in the 20gb space....

Hi! My account was temporarily deleted. My account is now active again and I have access to all my apps, but my cloud files and libraries are gone. Is there a way to get my cloud files and libraries back? Thanks for the help. Gr Joeri 

Hello! I have tried to go to my portfolio to edit my website but the editor page shows nothing, jut blank, my website is working though. I am concerned it could have bee hacked, could someone help?  Thanks 

So when I open the Creative Cloud App, a pop up appears saying 'You have been signed out, please sign in again', with a sign in button underneath. However, when I click this the pop up just re-appears, and I go around in circles. How can I stop this from happening. I have re-downloaded the app and updated and re-started my laptop.   

Last week, several of our color swatches in our shared library went missing. 5 people share it. None of us have any of the missing swatches in our deleted files folder. None of us had even ventured in that area of CC libraries until after we discovered they were missing, so it is impossible that someone accidentally permanently deleted them out of that folder. Also, one user has completely different available and missing swatches than the rest of us 4. We have signed out and signed back in. Still nothing. I've tried talking to support and they just tried to tell me that someone permanently deleted it. But that is quite impossible. I had it all organized into different categories, and all that information is gone. I have attached 2 screenshots of how they look differently but are the same library. So there is a syncing error going on for sure. I'm hoping someone can help. Or at least this can be investigated while I slowly rebuild this library (and export a back up). 

Hello, I have been trying to upload over 1 gb files to the could service with the desctop version.How ever the system does not allow me  to do so.I have been trying to fix this issue but so far nothing has been working.Is the only real solution to cancel my Creative could subcription and move to something else?

When opening photoshop in creative cloud app I am getting error 205. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but get the same problem. No issues with other apps.I'm on a imac. Running Big Sur. Firewall off.Should I uninstall and reinstall creative cloud app?Thanks. Any advice please?

Other users have shared files with me through the cloud. We each have our own accounts but share files.Now the cloud is connected to my internal hard drive and so my storage is getting packed with all these files. Is there a way to either disconnect the cloud from my internal hard drive (without actually removing the files), or delete the files on my end of the cloud without deleting them in the clouds from my colleages?

Hello, I was using my adobe account since 2017. Last month, the manager at the place where I work invited me to the enterprise account. I left my job. My manager unsubscribed me from enterprise. But now I can't access my old account and behance profile. A new profile was created to replace my old account and I can't access my old account now. My original individual account shows up as a Company account.

A file went missing. I have checked the deleted files (trash bin). I have checked every file folder everywhere in my account. It is just plain gone. This is not the first time this has happened. Anyone else have this problem? What can I do about it? Ironically, I discovered the problem as I was backing up my files on an external drive.

The Creative cloud storage appears to be overestimated.   It states that I have 18 Gb of files, but I only count about 3 Gb.   I have deleted all files from the delete folder and this estimate still remains.   How can this be?

There's about 10GB of space being used in my Creative Cloud files that I can't account for. The deleted folder has thousands of files in it that I'm unable to delete because it says "someone has restored them". Preset sync is off in Photoshop. I have a few items in 'Your libraries' from using the Adobe Capture app on my phone, plus 2 small images in 'Your files'. I doubt if they add up to 100MB in total.  So what is using 10GB of space, and why can't empty the deleted items? Any suggestions? P

How to I get rid of this whilst still be able to use Photoshop? It's also downloading stuff in the background, even when no adobe apps are open. And that's a serious problem when you need internet to work.

Hi all,  Can anyone give me the solution for my issue please,  I have a drop-down list, the subforms should appear based on the selection from drop-down. If I have selected any one and filled every details n I changed my mind so I selected some other from drop-down list but if I select the first option which I filled it appears as it was. I want to reset every form before selecting other options. I tried using resetform but it's not working. Someone please help me.  Thanks in advance!

Is there some way to delete plugins from the Manage Plugins page? I've downloaded quite a few and deleted many of them...would like to clean up the "manage" page to just a few that I am actually managing.Also I would like to turn off the mac banner telling me there is a plugin update (but maybe would keep that if I could clean up the list) thanks Tom O'Connell

Hello, I'm on MacOs, and since I wanted to reinstall the Adobe Cloud Suite, even if I can install for example Rush, it is impossible to synchronize.It tells me an error code that I did not find in the online help: Error 198 (screenshot).Do you have an idea how to unblock this?Thank you in advance .

Currently I believe there is one one way to sort images in Adobe Portfolio and that is by file name.  I would request an additional sort by capture date.  I think that is more practical.  Another option is to maintain the sort with images imported from Lightroom.  To get the photos sorted the way I want I have to export the images to jpeg using the date in the file name then re-import back into a new folder in Lightroom and finally sync with the cloud.  Once imported in Portfolio they will be sorted by file name which is the date of the photo.  It should be easy to create a sort by capture date
