Questions

I have created a video to use as a template for 3rd graders. I cannot post it as a template, nor when I share to them does a notification pop up on their side (but says pending on my end). Is there any solution to this? I want the kids to create a video without having to start from scratch.

Hello Support, It appears that the logic that Creative Cloud Desktop for Windows uses to determine internet connectivity isn't fool proof. I am not sure what service CCD is trying to contact, but it appears that it may actually tie into Window's itself to figure out if there is an internet connection. I observe this as Windows 10 itself has difficulty with my system (a Gigabyte motherboard with intel wireless 6 card) and oftens reports no internet via wifi, even though I have no connection issues. When Windows reports no internet, CCD says no internet. I am posting this with Windows currently reporting no internet, but I have no connection issues. (no vpn active, no sites dont work, all my other cloud apps and services are connected, etc.) So the bug is with Windows drivers or something, but CCD appears to be affected by it, as it seems to not try to figure out connection on its own, probably because it ties into battery and other Windows services to determine when to sync...&nbsp

All of a sudden my Creative Cloud application (Creative Cloud.Exe) will not start and there is no CC app icon in my toolbar.  I am running Windows 7.1 and all of my other Creative Cloud applications (e.g, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere pro, etc) function properly except that in Photoshop ( Adobe Photoshop Version: 21.0.1 20191106.r.47 2019/11/06: 3152b481f18 x64)  just today Fonts that I was using yesterday are reported as missing.    The CC app icon has been missing from my toolbar for months, but I didn't think anything of it till today when in trying to re-activate the fonts I found that I couldn't start the CC application. I have a desktop shortcut to Creative Cloud.Exe (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC\Creative Cloud.Exe) but it no longer starts;  double clicking on it or navigating to the directory itself and Right click>Run as administrator produces no effect.  The app simply does not start.  So I have 2 problems

I can't log in to adobe creative cloud. everytime I try, the last page says "you are logged out" and sends me back to the first page.

 I used to be loged into my highschool account but that account has now been deleted along with everything connected to it since I have graduated. But I never logged out or have opened the app since and now it doesn't let me log out or do anything at all. It doesn't let me uninstall either. Whenever I click the sign in option the same error just pops up again in a never ending loop. What do I do?

I tried the Creative Cloud File sharing and its working great. But when my client posted a comment on the link I provided, there's no email notification or any update from Adobe CC that someone posted a comment on my file. Or does this feature needs to be turned on somewhere and I just missed it?

Hello, i get that i don't have the original adobe programmes but i have? I'm paying for it? And I still get the warnings every time i open my laptop. Do i have to be concerned?

My libraries are there on the Creative Cloud Web, but I cant access it in Creative Cloud desktop app or with Illustrator or InDesign. I've tried logging out and re-launching, tried the limited access repair tool, Re-installed Creative Cloud App, still doesn't work. I am on a PC Windows 10, does anyone have a solution?

Hello;having issues connecting to adobe servers and running any of my apps. It's  keeps bringing me back to the renew subscription window.I've tried various recommendations, disabling the firewall, using the repair too nothing has worked.Windows 7 x64, and no issues up to this point. Issue:Changes made in "Your Work" tab of desktop app do not sync to assets.adobe.comFolders created on assets.adobe.com show up in desktop app as "Online only" and files moved to those folders are not displayed in desktop app. In the desktop app, clicking the cloud icon in the toolbar shows an unmoving progress bar stuck on "Getting storage information." The Answer on this was posted in 2017, it's nearly 2022 now I'm still having this problem. What's the update from the Engineering department on this?

I have been searching the website and every link to contact support just takes you to the Customer Care page with tips on how to do various tasks. I cannot find a contact phone number or an option to reach the "Chat" they supposedly have but is so hidden that you can't use it. 

How to log in creative cloud app on iPad with my existing account.I can not find any sign-in option with email. There is a Gmail log-in option but my account is with yahoo.

Since some time there is no working option to contact Adobe. All "contact us" buttons on Adobe.com are not working or are just redirecting to how tos. What is going on?

While this worked very well in recent years I have noted that facebook does no longer show previews of spark pages when link is posted to facebook, which results in significant lower visits on the page as facebook users do not get visual impression of what they should expect on the linked (Spark) page. Is this something for Adobe to fix or any other recommendations?

Hi, I have a Mini Mac Silicon M1 with Big Sur 11.1. There is no marketplace on My Creative Cloud and consequently I am unable to install and / or purchase the Photoshop plugins.

I have two computers using the same curent version of Creative Cloud Desktop. One has a tab called Marketplace, which is great. On the other one the tab is missing! What on earth is going on here?

Opening every program (I Mac envoirement)  is and eternal movie.It takes at least 5 minuts and sometimes appear creative cloud corruption.I just dont understand why and try to contact help support but no link.
