I've been using Adobe products for years. Most of of the time, when I launch PS or AI, the CC icon appears on the top Mac Menu Bar and my apps open just fine.   But, lately, the CC icon sometimes appears on my dock, as active. So, when I remove it, the Menu Bar CC icon disappears as well.  I need to sign-in all over again to use AI and PS. At the moment I don't see the CC icon on the Finder's top menu bar, nor is there a CC icon present on the dock. Yet... my AI docs open just fine, make edits, save. I truely have never understood any of this, and why the whole thing is not more of a background function that checks current subscription status without user intervention, and allows the user to proceed.  I only use CC because it is the required gateway to use my apps. I don't upload/download files or use any Adobe supplemental products/services. How do I use my Adobe apps without jumping through hoops. What am I getting wrong?  Thanks.

Hello,It's been nearly a month that my adobe license has been cancelled for supposedly a payment problem (when in fact it has always been automatic). I never had any issue in the past and here I am not able to work.I've got in touch so many times with the adobe custom service via the chat and they told me there is a technical issue and people with the 100Go Creative Cloud subscription are encountering the same problem. Meaning they paid, and still don't have access to any softwares. It appears as if you didn't buy anything. Did any of you struggle with this ?

I have probably, like many others, posted this problem before but it's still happening. Every single time I turn my personal desktop on, I get the must repair message.This didn't happen until I was forced to upgrade to Windows 11, yes, I know that's not adobe's problem. However, what is their problem is that while I'm able to run an older version of Photoshop, there is no option for that with Creative Cloud. My desktop isn't compatible with most of the new apps in the Creative Cloud suite including CC and I cannot afford to upgrade.This is really frustrating and I would hope Adobe has a solution for this.

Ich bin sehr aufgebracht und brauche eine dringende Lösung für folgendes Problem: Ich bin seit 10 Jahren zahlender Adobe Kunde. Mein Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB öffnet seit heute KEIN einziges Programm. Heute hätte ich die Rechnung für Mai bekommen müssen. Die Rechnung für April habe ich bezahlt und die Ankündigung für Juni. steht in meinem Account.Ich habe meine Zahlungsinformationen nochmals upgedatet, mich aus- und wieder eingeloggt, aber NICHTS ändert sich. Hier stimmt irgendwas nicht! Die Konversation mit dem "Chatbot" ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Der versteht nichts! Ich möchte bitte, dass sich ein Mitarbeiter um dieses Problem kümmert!

Ich kann jetzt leider schon seit über einer Woche nicht mehr auf die Adobe Programme zugreifen. In der Creative Cloud wird mir angezeigt ich hätte ein "kostenloses Abo", wenn ich mich im Browser anmelde oder in der Anwendung aufstocken möchte steht da, das der Kauf nicht unterstützt wird da ich „Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB bereits gekauft" habe. Das einzige was ich im Internet dazu gefunden habe, ist aus- und wieder einloggen was leider zu nichts geführt hat. Im Browser wird mir in meinem Konto ebenfalls angezeigt, das ich die Creative Cloud erworben habe. Gehe ich dann auf Apps und Dienste zugreifen steht wieder nur „kostenlose Testversion" oder „kaufen" da. Unter der Woche ist es super schwierig den Adobe Support zu erreichen, da ich zu den Uhrzeiten selber arbeite. Kann mir hier jemand helfen oder hatte schonmal ein ähnliches Problem? 

I am trying to update my portfolio website, but I can't seem to upload any pictures? I can only do so though the lightroom gallery or by dragging and dropping them onto the page. I need the 'upload image' function to import pictures for my logo and background images so it's quite annoying.I don't know if this is a setting or something to do with my computer? I didn't have this issue on my windows laptop, but now I have a new macbook pro M1, maybe that's something to know?Thank you!

So, I got Creative Cloud a few days ago and everything seemed to be working fine. The payment for the subscription was cancelled after about three days and since then I can no longer access my applications. When I open my programmes on my Mac, the error code 10000 appears, saying that the status of my subscription cannot be accessed. The customer service chat support said it was a technical fault that should be rectified in two hours. I received an e-mail that my customer service case is now closed. Since then, the information ‘The administration of this subscription will be possible shortly’ has appeared on the start page of my Adobe subscription. ehm Help? How long does this usually take?

This is a really strange situation, and I’ll try to be concise. We are a company in Hong Kong. Everyone in the office using a Mac computer cannot connect to Creative Cloud. When we attempt to update our apps, we receive error 118: No Internet Connection. Among us, those with laptops (MacBook Pro) have no issues connecting to Creative Cloud at home. In the office, if we use a VPN, the problem is also resolved. So it's quite obviously the office's network. We have no firewall at all, but we suspect it could be our router, which is a TP-Link router. However, this issue does not occur on Windows computers; the same user account logged into Creative Cloud has no problems on a PC. What could be the issue here?

Why doesn't adobe porfolio allow you to type text that isn't centered. Even a normal text box you can;t just type left to right and it be right aligned like a book.This is a great example of what I'm talking about. See how these words in this post are left aligned and the sentences aren't aligned to the middle of the page. 

Hi - I'm new to AP and as I was building out my site, I wanted to have a welcome page with an intro message, and use it as my home page, but I see that according to Adobe, the navigation is hidden on the Welcome page - Why? and can I add it in? How is anyone going to get to the collections otherwise?thanks in advance. - Karl

Why can't I access my cloud libraries? I am going mad, I am due end of work that I can't access. I have logged in and out, restarted, unistalled, everything. Please help!

Hello, I bought behance pro to share my work as a stock contributor. However, when I open the adobe portfolio, I get a screen like this and I cannot select anything.   When I go to the welcome page tab and select anything it says I need to log in but I'm already logged in?

the video is only 5 second long and in mp4 format. I click to add a video and it says it can take a few minutes as its turning it into a web friendly format. however this freezes the screen and i cant click on anything. 

i am not able to figure out that i have nothing saved on adobe cloud but it is still showing 4.9/5 storage full. Even i had checked the delete folder and it is empty then where is this 4.9gb file located.

Hello Adobe Community, I need some help with embed codes on Adobe Portfolio. Currently, I am trying to embed another website's page into my Portfolio site, using the embed feature. However, I keep receiving an error message that states "This embed code is not valid". Here is the code I am using: <iframe src="https://ninfa.io/exhibition/@TheCryptGallery/Futureshape-360-Exhibition---The-Crypt-Gallery-X-Ninfa-4" frameborder="0" scrolling="yes" width="800" height="1500"></iframe>Could you please let me know what I am doing wrong? Also, if this code is not supported, is there anything else I could do to work around this problem? Hallo,schön langsam verzweifle ich beim Updaten der einzelnen Adobe Produkte über die Creative Cloude Desktop.Jedes mal bekomme ich einen Update Fehler mit Fehlercode 113.  Das wäre ja wenn der Adobe Server nicht erreichbar ist. Hello, I recently uninstalled Creative Cloud and all its associated apps (as they weren't working) using the official uninstaller and cleaner tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) however I am unable to install my newly purchased Photoshop app as I keep getting a server connection error:  On top of this, when I restart my laptop I get the following error:  I repaired all visual c++ redistributables, and still go the same error, and then even reinstalled it from the Microsoft website, but again got the same error when restarting my laptop (I'm using a Windows 64 bit system). If someone could help me out that'd be greatly appreciated!

A student at our Business Academy have some files in Adobe Creative Cloud, and she tries to open her files from there, but get the errors:-Could not open "exam1.psd" because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered in Adobe Photoshop-Adobe Illustrator The file is not readable.What can we do about it, if anything?

Do you know which one of Adobe's portfolio themes allows a title to appear for each individual picture? Is there isn't a theme that allows this, what are other ways are there to include a title? Do any of the themes have a feature where one clicks into a photo and a second photo appears? (I would like the second image to be a photo of the image in a frame.) Thanks for any suggestions!

Esta vez no hay manera de iniciar sesión. He intentado contactar con asistencia técnica y siguiendo sus consejos he iniciado sesión desde otros dispositivos, navegadores, borrando caché, una y otra vez y aún así no puedo entrar. 

Every time I open any link that leads to any Adobe help space, the first thing I get is the "This Adobe site doesn't match your location" pop-up.Please add a cookie somewhere and save me the step. I shouldn't have to select "Canada/English" every single time. Just work it out Adobe, I want Canada/English, I'm always going to want Canada/English. Stop asking.
