Xin chào mọi người. Mỗi lần tôi mở Adobe Creative Cloud, lỗi BSOD xuất hiện như hình bên dưới. Tôi đã thử mọi cách nhưng không giải quyết được. Xin hãy giúp đỡ tôi, cảm ơn rất nhiều.
For the past several weeks, I've been experiencing constant Blue Screens of Death whenever I try to work on something in any of the Adobe Creative Suite softwares (Photoshop, Animate, Illustrator, etc). I've tried to update all my apps to most recent versions as well as download the latest nVidia driver that's most compatible with my computer (HP Zbook x2 vG4 running on Windows 11 Pro), but the problem persists. The crashes tend to happen mere minutes into a single session. Does anybody have an idea as to why this keeps occurring? If so, I would greatly appreciate it.
Dear creatives from a personal experience and perspective i think that supoprt by adobe stuff has been a little messy lately. Their response to any question seems like a century, they dont pay attention to information that i provided and at the end they bring an other employee to solve the issue.In conclusion i strongly believe that ADOBE has reduced the number of its employees or they hire less experienced people. I had an issue with a message "Your Adobe account appears to be in use by more than one person" during the work in one and only computer, that happened a few times lately and not even one gave me a solution. They have changed 3 persons in 1 conversation and at the end i was forced to end the discussion because the amount of time that i wasted on that was huge. Let me know if any of you experienced a slow as turtle support help from their employees.Thank you all.
Cloud storage (in Photoshop and Creative Cloud Desktop, Windows 10) shows 8.73Gb of 20Gb used, yet I have zero files in cloud storage. Also, as others have asked, how do I turn off/disable cloud storage? None of the previous answers were actual solutions and I read through a few hundred posts. Been using Photoshop for 25 years, never had this kind of frustration before the SAAS model.
Hi, I am trying to transfer my files from my school student account to a personal account using the Student File Transfer. However, I keep encountering an error message when transferring my files. I delete history caches and restart my computer, but the same message occurs. May I ask how to solve this issue? Thanks.

Hello, I had a question about whether or not it ever causes an account problem if you are switching out your active devices too many times? I have 2 computers and 1 laptop that I frequently use, however my Creative Cloud license only allows for 2 devices to be connected at a time. Naturally whenever I need to use a 3rd device, I receive the popup that tells me I need to de-activate one of the 2 connected devices, and then add the new device. If this happens frequently like multiple times per week/month does that ever cause an account issue? is there any kind of limit to that?
I am trying to delete my Behance profile from years ago, but every time I try to log in I get the message of "Your Company or School Account has been deactivated." And I cannot sign in. I tried to remake my Adobe profile as a personal account as well hoping it would somehow give me access to this profile, but it didn't.I do not want the Behance profile up anymore. How do I get into my school account if it keeps locking me out on the basis of the school subscription being up?
Hi there, I recently bought a mac mini and it has the latest macOS 15 sequoia but none of the creative cloud apps are getting downloaded and the app for creative cloud though it downloaded, isn't opening at all. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks!

I love the capabilities to edit in HDR in LrC! But when I create a collection and share it to bring images to my adobe portfolio, or when I export the images as JPEG XL or AVIF, the images just don't have the pop they have on LrC even when using the same monitor. Am I doing something wrong? or there is no way to share the same stunning bright quality of HDRs I get in the library or develop module in LrC in adobe portfolio or behance? Thank you community.
Our library is quite large and shared between about 40 people. It is extraordinarily slow to use. I've been trying to organize it into groups and subgroups and it takes many, many seconds to react to me selecting one single thing. Have we overloaded it? Are there recommended limitations? What have we done wrong? Our content is a mix of photography, paragraph styles, graphic elements from InDesign and Illustrator, text blocks with standard content, icons and color swatches. What can we do to speed it up? Thanks
Hi all, I've been personally contacting Adobe many times before but they keep on ignoring the core of my message. Am I the only one using the MyPortfolio feature that hates the Full Screen message when going full screen on video playback? We're currently 2025, I'm sure our site visitors know how they close full screen video playback. Please back me up on this so this stupid feature gets taken offline sooner than later 🙂 Cheers!Joris
I just discovered that Adobe has removed the fonts Franklin Gothic URW Demi and Franklin Gothic URW Demi Italic from their themes in Adobe Portfolio. Honestly, it’s very frustrating to work with a service that not only feels neglected by Adobe but also seems to be getting dismantled. I suppose it’s time to look for an alternative, as they’re probably investing everything in Behance Pro… it’s a shame.
Its about time Adobe implement a captcha for the contact form in Adobe Portfolio websites. The flood of spam emails of bots sending USA is ridiculous. The system seems to be 15 years outdated already. Do something Adobe, apart from hiking up prices.
And why do I have fifty of them?
I'm loading photos in 7 batches after I load the 4th batch and ask the portfolio to update it replaces the 3rd batch with the 4th so I end up with two copies of the 4th batch but no 3rd . Tried different computers with similar results. Used portfolio for years and never had this before.
I spent months figuring out why I couldn't sync libraries. Because of this, fonts weren't syncing and applications weren't working properly. Always with multiple crashes.I tried everything, reinstalled, used CMD+OPT+R.I used the Creative Cloud Uninstaller, also used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Restarted, did a fresh System installation (Mac OS Sequoia) and it still didn't work.With the log tool I saw it was a PERMISSION error. And for some reason, my user didn't have full permission in the Adobe directory.Because of this, Core Sync wasn't working properly, affecting the entire structure.How did I solve it?Reset your user permissions with the command: sudo diskutil resetUserPermissions / id -uRestart your macUninstall using the Creative Cloud UninstallerNow use Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner and clean 1 by 1 (this will effectively reset what you have synced, so if you depend on something local, make a backup first)Download Creative Cloud again at: https://www.adobe.com/download
Hi. I currently use an old program called lightbox to upload my pictures to create galleries for each of my clients. I was bought out by another company and my website will be going away. Can others here tell me what they use to do this? I'm hoping there is a way I can do it all through adobe (and free) but I can't really come up with anything. Can anyone help? Thanks.
Hello, when I add a photo grid to my page and upload images, they do not show up as a photo grid, they show up as separate images. I'd like a photo grid and I've tried vertical and horizontal aspect ratios, both together and separately, with only one aspect ratio. Is this a known issue or error on my part? Thanks, Shawn
I must be grandfathered into some old plan, because for the life of me I can't figure out what my plan actually is and what it will cost when it is time to renew.I used to pay for the photography plan. Then I moved completely to Lightroom CC.My account shows I am subscribing to a 20 GB plan.Lightroom CC, on the other hand, says I am using about 200 G out of 1 Terabyte.I am paying $127/year.Is that because I am grandfathered into some old plan or is that going to change?Here are the screenshots:

I looked for a Portfolio forum to post this in but could not find one. I am wondering if there is a way to syle the captions differently than the theme default. Currently the text is white on a faded gray bar over the bottom of the image but I would prefer gray text below the image with no bar. Thanks!
Hello,How do I completely disable creative cloud sync permanently and delete the folder that was added to my file explorer without my permission?I do not want to puase the syncing. I do not want to use the service. I will never use the service. I have a cloud service from a company that actually respects privacy. Please let me know what needs to be done. This is an essential feature and if there is no way to competely turn it off every time, then this is malware by definition.
