I created a Spark video and trimmed individual video files WITHIN Spark that I uploaded to my project. When I was the sole owner of the project my preview looked the way I intended, yet when I invited others to view the preview, those video clips reverted to the original video file and the parts of the video I'd cut were again viewable. Is there a reason this occurred? Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Would it be best to trim the video in another video editing program before uploading it to Spark? 

I am trying to permanently delete all deleted items but there are 106 files/folders I can't get rid off... I've tried it numerous times but everytime I get a message the files can't be deleted. What's up? I am afraid that in a year or so I won't have any space left because of this. 😉

I tried to contact the customer center again and again, but the conversation is not sent because I typed the entry. What am I supposed to do at times like this?

hi there, For some reason my cloud account is almost full, while the local folder is only half full.  I need to find a way to sync these correctly. Thanks

Attempting to update my Create Cloud apps on a spare computer, I get You need to login, followed by the login screen, followed by a browser login window which immediately says "you are now logged in, you can dismiss this window" followed by the login popup again, followed by another browser window, ad infinitum. This started happening right after I installed Adobe Account Access on my iPhone. It also started right after I upgraded the spare machine to iOS Big Sur 11.1.  (The first machine I upgraded to 11.1 seemed to go OK, so I thought I was safe.) Complete uninstall followed by attempt to reinstall runs into the same issues. Any remedies? 

Last few weeks Core Sync has started to crash and never stops, sometimes every 5 minutes. Have tweeted Adobe Support but no response@Adobe Constant crashes!! Process: ACCFinderSync [33782] Path: /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Sync/*/Core bit.ly/3pffl04 Identifier: com.adobe.accmac.ACCFinderSync

Since installation I find my laptop is getting heated always even if I am just using chrome to browse or watch videos. I have found that multiple services of creative services in activity monitor which are actually active even if it is not opened. I had to force quit each service inorder to make my laptops fan turn off from always on. I have turned of all the services now it seems ok. But I believe this could be some issues which need to be addressed.

I've been getting this popup quite a bit. Apparently it has to do with adobbe. Oddly enough, I don't have to be working with an adobe product for this to keep popping up?  suggestions? 

On my desktop in the CC I have several cloud docs I want to view and save to my phone but my cloud files aren't syncing with the mobile app. Is there something else I have to do or is this a strange issue?

Its just keeps closing the page and after 4 tries it stops me from being able to access that page all together. I cant figure out how to fix it.  Ive been using the app for almost a year and never had this issue

I have an iMac running the current macos (Big Sur, 11.1) with Creative Cloud installed. Every time I reboot my computer and restart Lightroom Classic, I get a pop-up that says "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'." Mind you, it never says what "this" problem is. Furthermore, even without downloading anything, the apps end up openin gjust fine. Any idea what is going on?

Hello,  I am actually in disbelief that I am writing this post. But here is the issue at hand. I want to start using the Cloud to link my media to projects which I am sharing with other people, with the end goal of avoiding offline media on my timeline. However, to my surprise, when I try to upload entire folders to the cloud that is not possible. Am I forced to upload each assett individually. Media organization takes a long time already in your personal drive but I am forced to upload stuff individually (or many photos, videos, PNGs at a time) but then I have to recrate the folders in the drive all over again. It is inconvenient and adds hours of unecessary work. For example, I can drag and drop and entire folder in a Google Drive. How is this not already an option for Cloud users? I spoke with a technical support person from Adobe who offered me no solutions. Is there a way around this? Thank you. 

I'm at my wit's end with Adobe Spark. For about 2 years I used it with no issues. Now, in the past month, I've had 2 ocassions where I couldn't launch the app. The first time I couldn't access it for about 48 hours, and then it started working again. I have no idea why it stoppoed or why it started back up. The second time was yesterday, and it's still down. I get this message "This story hasn't been told yet. We couldn't find the page that you're looking for." when I try to launch Spark. I tried on a MAC, Windows, and iPad, and I also tried 3 different browsers: Chrome, Safari, and Edge. None of them worked. I went on live chat. He suggested it may be my VPN, even though I've been using a VPN for YEARS and never had this problem until this month. My VPN is on my router; I'm not using an app on my computer, so I can't "just turn it off." And considering what I'm paying for a Creative Cloud subscription every month, it doesn't seem unreasonable to expect Adobe to make products that

Why can´t I active fonts - with a annual plan CC - someone from adobe support can explain to me?When I choose types of fonts that are not in the programs - they appear as "available with CC" and it is not possible to activate (?) Thank you for your time.

Is it possible to download the Creative Cloud on mobile phone, or just the Photoshop alone which is not PsX? 

Suddenly within the past hour, all my Creative Cloud folders are showing as read-only and I need to contact the owner for access. I can't add any files to my existing CC folders. Tried logging out and back in, clearing caches and nothing is working.

Hello, I am having an issue with Creative Cloud signing me out every few minutes. I have previously used a Creative Cloud account provided by my employer and, after my initial sign in, I never had to do it again - I was just signed in all the time. Now that I have my own account I find that I have to sign in when I start up my computer each day and open my first Creative Cloud app. Having searched for help in the various forums I can see that many other people have this same problem and it has been going on for years. Surely there MUST be a solution for this by now? It is only now that I have looked into this issue that I have tried signing in using the desktop app and I can now see that it stays signed in for maybe 5 minutes then signs out. Following advice on this forum, I have tried deleting the opm.db file but this made no difference. I have also tried uninstalling the desktop app and reinstalling with the latest version but this also made no differenc

I wasn't able to find a forum so I assume there still isn't one.I've played around with Spark but am interested in first finding out what options there are for us to export, embed, or otherwise "host" content across available media, including websites, Facebook, Instagram, etc.Again - thought I'd find something definitive here, at Adobe, but posted here because of the apparent lack of a forum or structured guide...Can anyone recommend resources for this?thanks!

After not using Photoshop for a while, I tried to open my application and was met with the error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application". To resolve this, I opened my Creative Cloud desktop app and updated everything, which then only caused the same error message to pop up every time I try to open my Creative Cloud application. I tried to uninstall my Creative Cloud but received the message "Couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it", so I then tried to get rid of my other Adobe applications but there's no response when I click uninstall. Please help!
