Adobe needs to start creative cloud. CC has stopped working. Popup reads there is an update available. Popup blocks entire creative cloud screen. Creattive cloud will not update because it falsley claims there is no internet connection. Here I am typing this on the same computer using the same wired internet which creatire cloud can't find. Unplugged modem, waited, plugged modeom back in. Shut down computer. Wiated. Started computer. Everything seems to indicate the internet is working 100% prefectly fine. So, Adobe needs to fix creative cloud. CC has failed. Every app except for creative cloud is working fine. To answer the always asked question - Windows 11 Pro. Every single thing on the computer, except for creative cloud, is up-to-date. The computer internet is hard wired, it is not wi-fi.

Hi!I have been having an issue with my libraries being extremely slow for uploading, viewing, and even scrolling through the panel. I am drawing in Fresco, using Photoshop to label and upload to libraries, then animating in After Effects. My drawing canvas is large (6000x6000px) so I can zoom into the assets when I animate and there are a lot of assets in my libraries, but I've never had a problem in the past.The past few weeks, I've only been able to upload two or three assets at a time before the library gives me spinning wheels in all the thumbnails and takes about five minutes to freak out before letting me put anything else in the library. At times, all the asset thumbnails are loaded, but it just won't let me drop in an asset. In After Effects, the library panel will freeze and I won't be able to click or scroll. Closing and reopening the panel does not work. Restarting the program only lets me upload a few assets before it reloads or freezes again. This has made librar

Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue on Behance: “Your ability to send messages has been disabled.”I’ve already submitted a request to Behance Support, but it’s been several days without a response. I even subscribed to Behance Pro, yet I still can’t chat with clients.Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know how to fix it? Hello, When I try to reply to the messages on Behance, it gives me "your ability to send messages has been disabled". I can't solve this problem. Can anyone help me? 

I'm using the Thomas theme and I'm having an issue where if I try updating global styles for the heading font nothing changes. Here's an example: Notice that I've made sure that the text alignment for the headers are centered, but as you can see the header text is clearly aligned left. I've tried switching back and forth between the global setting for the header, but it has no effect. If I try adjusting the header settings on the page itself, all it does is shift the alignment of the entire header block within the page as opposed to changing the text alignment of the text within the header block. Even if it did what I wanted, I wouldn't want to go through and make that change to each and every page. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?

Hello,. Creative Cloud is not allowing me to login with my crendentials. The Creative Cloud app is forcing me to login in with a Google organization account, which doesn't work because that is not how my Adobe CC login was setup. (I do not have an organization account, I do not know why it says this). My credentials do not work from this page, because I do not use a Google organization account, but there is no option to NOT login with Google.On top of this, Creative Cloud App will NOT uninstall because I have other Adobe applications installed. But the other apps cannot be uninstalled, because I can't login to my Adobe Creative Cloud account. So, basically I cannot login or reinstall any software no matter what I try and I am completely locked out of my account.

Hi, I just paid for a photoshop plan and I was looking forward to try the harmonize feature that is still in Beta but on my creative cloud account, I don't have the beta apps option.Is something wrong with my plan or do I need to sign up for the program first?

This probably isn't the best forum to ask this question, but since Adobe doesn't have much support for myportfolio users I placed it here.  If it's inappropriate then remove it.I received an email this moring from Adobe appearing to show a charge for website portfolios made with myportfolio.  Does anyone have clarification if this is accurate.  I've had a couple of small online sites for a few years, but they're not worth paying additional for.Thanks for any info.John

Adobe's community. I worry about the problem about Spam with my account on Behance. I didn't make Spam and break the rules of community through my project.I just have used it my lecture to show and explain of AI-UX design project through outputs from my class. However, for today, I received e-mail about the condition 'Account deactivated' of my Behance account. I sent message that this decision was made in error to Adobe team, however I could not change my condition of account. Could you experience about this circumstance 'Account deactivated' because of Spam on Behance?I have used my account over 15 years... But it is the first time to be pointed out Spam. So I worry about my project archive and history for lecture - I prefer to use Behance for the guide of AI-UX project for students. I hope to fix it as soon as possible...  

The last update is a complete failure. Adobe CC signs me out 5 seconds after I sign in. This keeps happening. I don't have 2 hours every week to deal with bad Adobe updates. So I have been using other companies' software. I may leave Adobe altogether if they keep installing bad updates. What is the point of paying for Adobe if their software doesn't work half of the time? This has happened almost 10 times, and there is no effort by Adobe to correct their problems.

In Creative Cloud Desktop, you can set the Install Location for Adobe apps in Preferences > Apps. We create Plug-Ins for InDesign and need to know the proper location for installation. Currently, we assume the default location (i.e. C:\Program Files\Adobe on Windows) and it works in 99% of use cases but now and then, a user sets a custom Install location which means our plug-Ins are not installed. Is there a way to query this Creative Cloud setting so we know exactly where InDesign is installed? If it matters, I am using Inno Setup on Windows and Packages with shell scripts on Mac. If there isn't a way to get this information, it is worth considering.

I'm not sure how but one of my CC libraries has been deleted. I went to restore the library but when i clicked restore, i get a red notification saying Could not restore item. Does anyone know how to fix this. It has a ton of mogrt assets on there that should never have been deleted. Any help would be most appreciated!

Lately, my Adobe app has been unable to connect to my library. It says 'Library error,' and it continues to consume data. It took 20 GB of data from my wifi, and is a problem.

This has been a known problem for a while—I'm seeing posts from at least 2020 with this issue. I try to have my designers keep an eye out for our logos, and we will typically pull a fresh vector from the OG file. But how can I hand over logo files to an Express user who doesn't have the eye to notice a problem when the libraries are still distorting vector files? This is not at all acceptable. Fix the Creative Cloud Libraries!

Hello! Last week, my CC desktop app crashed, and when restored, the option to pause/restart library sync had disappeared. Will this option be coming back? Our marketing department uses it often to resolve sync errors across our team. For example, if someone has loaded assets but others can't yet see them, we can toggle the sync option on/off and resolve the issue quickly and without disrupting any work inside of our Adobe programs. Now, I'm assuming we would have to completely log out of Creative Cloud in order to force a sync? Thank you for any help or insight here!

Hallo,Mein Abo für Premiere Pro Paket war abgelaufen und ich hatte über Adobe Stock noch einen Gutschein Code, den ich dann auch erfolgreich direkt über Adobe Stock aktiviert habe. Leider steht nun immer noch in meinen Konto, dass die Zahlungsweise fehlt und dadurch kann ich die Programme nicht nutzen.Auch ein neues Abo durch den Code kann ich nicht sehen.Was kann ich tun? Wenn ich den Code nochmal eingeben will, dann wird mir mitgeteilt, dass dieser Code schon eingelöst worden ist.  Ich würde mich sehr über Hilfe freuen. Liebe Grüße Anna 

Hi, I've been having issues with my Creative Cloud as it can't sync the library and get an error code 118. It also said that my PC appeared offline but my wifi connection is stable, tried using other connection too but still doesn't work. I tried uninstall and reinstalling it but the issue persists. Also tried to do something with the firewall and stuffs, but still doesn't work. Is there any other methods I can try to fix it? Thank you.

Hello everyone!I'm pretty desperate for some help. I hope you can help me out.______I'm not able to sync in the Creative Cloud. The errorcode is 198. And it says to install synchronisation component. I tried - I'm using a macbook- I did a total uninstall and a reinstall- I tried logging in and off, and logging in with a different account. Same problem occurs- I tried this suggested fix : https://helpx.adobe.com/nl/creative-cloud/kb/fix-creative-cloud-error-131.html- I disabled the firewall, I allowed all adobe-related elements in Settings> Security & Privacy I'm very eager to hear from you and try your suggestions.  

What it says in the title. I bought the Behance subscription and even received the email confirming but any time i hit "publish" on my website it just prompts me to pay again. refreshed browser opened new windows different browser all the same result. Went to payment website again, told me i did in fact already pay for this. so why won't it let me publish my website? further, this is a website i paid to have up for 5 months and recently renewed, so it's not a problem with my website.

Dear all This appears most of the time when i want to update my portfolio 1) Ireset a lightroom page   2) After the reset the photos are not displayed  3) and this is coming from the CDN that is overloaded   And even if i dont update the site the site is not uploading well   Tested on chrome PC but also Andoid.

I get this error everytime I try to Upload jpg, png, and webp through this website (psd,ai work):https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents But if I go to this part of the website it works with any file:https://assets.adobe.com/files I'm curious what the difference is between the two. I can go to another computer login and access both links and download files. Using this service primarly as a backup tool or switching from my personal to my work station. I just don't want to upload all my files and something change in the future or lose my data.
