Ich habe im Dezember 2025 über Lizenzpate ein Jahresabo Adobe Illustrator gekauft, Installation der Creative Cloud ging problemlos. Die darin enthaltenen Applikationen konnte ich auch nutzen. Seit einigen Tagen kann ich diese aber nicht mehr öffnen, es erscheint die Meldung Zugriff anfordern. Und in meinem Profil steht plötzlich die Organisation GRN ???Neuinstallation, abmelden, wieder anmelden etc. war bisher erfolglos. Kann mir jemand helfen? 

On the Creative Cloud desktop app, when I go to the Stock & Marketplace section and then to Plugins, I can search for plugins like Motion Bro and others, but instead of an ‘Install’ button I only see ‘Learn More’. When I click on ‘Learn More’, it redirects me to the ‘Manage Plugins’ window, where the only available options are ‘Search all plugins’ or ‘Manage plugins’. There is no option to install or add any plugin at all. I’m on a Mac, using Creative Cloud 2025 and Premiere Pro 2025.Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi everybody,one of my students (we are on a k12 school plan and each of my students got a gmail school address linked to their adobe account) got this problem when using Adobe Color where he can’t access the LIBRARIES page on adobe color via browser to check the saved color wheels. All he gets is a white background without any room for interaction.I tried to use a different browser, even changing machine (we are on macOS) but on both machines the LIBRARIES page works flawlessly with my account logged in, doesn’t work with his. Other students haven’t got his problem. What could it be? Thanks

Instead of all CCLibs downloading to my computer - why aren’t they available as selective sync like Google Drive or Dropbox? Libraries are for differerent purposes, different projects, different clients etc - WE DO NOT NEED ALL OF THEM, ALL OF THE TIME, TAKING UP LOCAL HARD DRIVE SPACE!!! What is the point of a cloud service if it always dumps everything on your local drive??  I’ve seen numerous queries on this and they always seem to get shut down by Adobe….

Je veux créer un onglet pour chacune de ces deux catégories, afin de ne pas mélanger les projets.Pour l’onglet immobilier, je veux un thème général clair : arrière-plan blanc, titres noirs.Pour l’onglet évènementiel je veux l’inverse, donc un thème général sombre : arrière-plan noir, titres blancs.Mon problème est le suivant : le conteneur de navigation, tout en haut, incluant les onglets, le titre du site et la bordure inférieure. Adobe seems to have too many ways to refer to versions. When i place an image (originally vector art from Adobe Illustrator)  from CC libraries into Powerpoint, the image has a very bad resolution (blurry). Please can this be fixed also? I was so happy that after 2 years the add-in finally was working after an update. ps i am working on an iMac

I am able so see my CC Libraries in my browser, but when I open the CC Desktop app, they won't sync. Therefor, they don't sync in the design applications either. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, ran CC Cleaner, cleared cache, restarted, etc. No luck. I'm running Sequoia 15.4.1 and the latest CC Desktop app version. I have Admin rights and am the owner of multiple libraries, so I'm getting pretty desperate. Any advice that I haven't already tried?

I’ve just finished building a project on behance and when i went to tag a friend as a co-owner i simply cannot find them on the list, i’m using their behance username to search, no emails or adobe ID but still their name doesn’t show up. I can still tag other people i follow and other friends, but this person in specific i cannot.

 Currently I'm on two plans - 1) adobe creative cloud pro ($79.99) and 2) adobe stock - 25 credits ($49.99) a month. I don't need images frequently and want to cancel. When I tried, adobe offered a promo for $29.99 for an adobe cc. That's obviously a create deal but it's being offered through a different "plan". What happens if I take advantage of this offer? Does my other plan automatically join with this one or will I end up with 2 adobe cc pro plans?

What's the secret to lowering your Cloud Storage with Adobe?I have deleted so much & yet it says I have 9.4 GB of storage.All suggestions welcome. Thanks!

La Synchronisation des Bibliothèques CreativeCloud ne se fait pas régulièrement, si je clique sur le bouton Mise à jour, rien ne se passe et l’erreur suivante s’affiche en continu. Idem si je me déconnecte de CreativeCloud et relance cette application.iMac M1, Tahoe 26.3 CC 6.8.1865 version française. Ceci presque chaque jour !

The installed fonts from Adobe Fonts are not syncing properly. The issue is more persistent with variable fonts. I need to restart the computer and log in and out of Creative Cloud to temporarily resolve the problem. Additionally, the circle icon that indicates font loading progress does not advance and remains stuck at “0 fonts loading.”

Just updated to Sequoia 15.7.4 and now all my updates are failing without error codes. I turned off my virus software and it still failed.

Every time I boot up my system and try to open Adobe software I get prompted to login. Sometimes it will kick me off in the middle of a work session and make me login again. I have to login multiple times a day. I got kicked out of this web browser session while typing this because it even logged me out here and I had to start again. I checked my windows credential manager and everything seems fine. This is the only system I log in to Adobe on, so there isn’t another system interfering. I repaired my CC app and that didn’t help. I read I might need to uninstall/reinstall all my Adobe software, but I use this system for work and have a ton of third party plugins so reinstalling everything would be a massive undertaking I’d prefer to avoid. The main software this happens with is Premiere and After Effects but that’s just because I use them so much and they’re usually the first thing I open.

For the first time since 2018, both my personal profile and my studio profile have been flagged as spam. I am absolutely shocked by this situation. Over the years I have received 34 awards on Behance, including Best of Behance, as well as recognition in Photoshop and 3D categories.   Some of my projects may share structural similarities, but this is purely a publishing system I created to make it easier to present new work and it has nothing to do with spam or deceptive behavior.I was proud to be a Behance Pro member, but I am deeply disappointed that such a serious decision was made without any clear explanation or evidence. Simply labeling my account as spam and removing my work from search visibility negatively affects both my business and the promotion of my projects. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed as a matter of urgency.Best,Artemii Lebedev 

Hi, I made a page with Adobe Portfolio in December through a school paid Creative Cloud account. My account got deactivated between semesters before being reactivated when the new term began. I thought that my page would stay up for two weeks and then deactivate, but that the content would still be editable and I could republish it when my subscription was reactivated. I can’t find the content anywhere on the portfolio editor page or elsewhere. Is it gone? 

I tried reinstall, unistall, install again - nothing works! 

As far as I can tell, my Lightroom library should be less than 40GB, which is where I assume the bulk of my storage is taken, but I’m told that I’ve used almost all of my 120GB storage. I know that I do have a few photoshop files that take a little space, but I don’t think even 1 GB, but I can’t figure out any way to see how my storage is being used. I’ve deleted all of my deleted files and images, and it still says I’m using around 3 times what I believe I’m using. Maybe I’m mistaken, but is there a way to look at file which apps or file types are taking so much space? I hate to delete even more images only to save a few gigabytes, when the difference is so huge. 

i managed to somehow open Adobe Illustrator despite not having it but the Creative Cloud app just keeps loading in it’s rainbow form. It won’t open and let me download normally. I don’t know what is wrong. I opened after effects and it said something about my MacBook Pro 2020 having less than 16GB of Ram.

Adobe's community. I worry about the problem about Spam with my account on Behance. I didn't make Spam and break the rules of community through my project.I just have used it my lecture to show and explain of AI-UX design project through outputs from my class. However, for today, I received e-mail about the condition 'Account deactivated' of my Behance account. I sent message that this decision was made in error to Adobe team, however I could not change my condition of account. Could you experience about this circumstance 'Account deactivated' because of Spam on Behance?I have used my account over 15 years... But it is the first time to be pointed out Spam. So I worry about my project archive and history for lecture - I prefer to use Behance for the guide of AI-UX project for students. I hope to fix it as soon as possible...

Why don't you support Linux? What's wrong with Linux? Do you think the number of Linux users in the professional creative industry is low? Are the development costs too high to justify targeting this audience? The large number of Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Fedora, Arch, etc.) and different graphics libraries (Wayland/X11) make software development difficult.Are the status of your graphics card drivers (especially NVIDIA/AMD) in Linux preventing you from running Creative Cloud's GPU acceleration features at full performance? Does Linux's open-source nature raise security concerns regarding the implementation of your licensing and copyright protection systems (DRM)?are there not many Linux users? Why?
