I work on 2 devices, on one device the syncing works perfectly. On the other one it does not, when I try to open the files from my laptop (working one) in the creative cloud on my pc, it says that I don't have acces to the file even though I'm working on the same account. I have tried uninstalling and repairing the program but nothing seems to work.

Hi--Noticed I have shortcuts to two different versions of my cloud products. Had noticed earlier when I tried to load a project after using the INDesign shortcut that it said the project was a newer version of the software and now that makes sense.  However I really only want the shortcuts for the newer products is there a way to have that? Thanks

Hey so It's a bit hard to put this all to words, everytime I log into my computer I get a notifcation on windows saying "Activation error when syncing". And then in the creative cloud app there's an error visible there but the library still says just down below that the sync went fine.So i'm left wondering what's going on for real. I also did the creative cloud app repair thing in the control panel but it didn't do anything. All in all I would wanna uninstall and reinstall creative cloud to see if its helps but I got the error message I can't because I still have apps installed that need creative cloud. So what can be the issue here really?  

My account was recently consolidated and since then my creative cloud storage is telling me it has reached its limit.  I was told I would have more storage with this consolidation.  Help?

Hi I have spent a full day reading about the changes made as of Feb 1 2024.  I am more confused than I was to start with, so to save time I am going to start at the end and work backwards. I'm on W10 desktop version, with the elimination of the sync feature what is the point of creative cloud now?  I saw there are very basic functions such as seeing layers, now I don't, I use to upload j-pegs now I can't, only PDFs, when I open a PDF on the website storage it opens in acrobat.  All previous articles on Cloud Docs and Creative Cloud seem obsolete so I don't want waste my time reading them. I read one posted dated the 30th of Jan. explaining the difference betwee a cloud doc and creative cloud, why explain when it won,t exist the very next morning?  I have read an article on creating a cloud doc but the is no longer an option in the save as dialog for the cloud, the solution is in preferences, does that mean you have to change the preferences each time to change desti

This began 2 days ago. A folder appears in the sidebar of every Finder window called "Creative Cloud Files Personal Account [myemail@xxxxxx.com] and a long series of numbers@AdobeID". I can remove it from the sidebar but it keeps reappearing after restarting or sleeping. I keep my sidebar very organized for my workflow and this is incredibly intrusive. Anyone know why it's occuring and how to elimate it permanently?  Mac Sonoma 14.3Creative Cloud 6.1.0.587

I have the app set to NOT boot up on login and that's worked for years.Then about 2 weeks ago it has begun forcefully booting up showing a red dot with an exclamation mark as shown in the attached image here:  Opening the app it shows the red dot with an exclamation mark on the cloud storage, but clicking it doesn't show me what's wrong. There's no errors, no error messages, there's no prompt appearing to ask me to do something. I have refreshed the app, rebooted, tried all the options I found online.Checked the settings again.I don't get what's wrong and the app itself isn't telling me what's wrong. The cloud storage isn't full, it's not even being used. Please Adobe.... just fix your app. I'm on Mac OS Monterey 12.7.1. On an Imac Pro (2017).   

hello everyone, why i can't load libraries in my creative cloud. it say "Oops page not Found. library syncing is paused....." and i press resume button but nothing happen. 

Title says it all. I don't use Adobe snc but accidently saved a 63Mb file which I've now deleted. Here's what I see... After searching, it seems the standard answer is to read this page: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sync-files.html But I'm not using sync and have plenty of room left. Does anyone know how to fix? Any help much appreciated. Cheers, Ben

Ive tried uninstalling this UXP Webview Support program over 5 times. I've restared the computer. It even gives me the option to remove the file in Abode Cloud. When I confirm remove, it does nothing. What's up with the parasitic app Abode illegally installs into my computer?

Hi all When you click on an image from a Photo Grid, the image displays full screen with options to cycle backwards and forwards - which is all good. However the background is always White even though i selected Dark Scheme at the Site Wide level. All other backgrounds for all other objects are dark.  I don't see any properties in the Photo Grid to change background. If anyone has an idea it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. 

Is it possible to embed a PDF viewer from Document Cloud onto a page in Adobe Portfolio? I have tried to get an API key from Document Cloud but it doesn't connect to Portfolio. Help!

Hi all!I am using Adobe Ligthroom rel 12.5 and I am creating subset in there, fully synchronized with my Adobe portfolio site. Everything is fine but, since I am mostly working with raw file, I think I am wasting cloud space.Raw file are heavier than an RGB JPG resized that is, for web sites, recommended.I found this solution but I am not sure is the best option, becouse sound trivial to me:1) exporting RAW file in JPG2) importing that JPG into Lightroom3) add the JPG to the album that is synchronizedWhat can you guys suggest in order to reduce cloud space and optimize the whole process? TIADanilo 

Hello, In official Adode documents there is possibility to upload ZIP files to Creative Cloud- here is the link  - see tableBut when I am trying to upload After Effects project (with all folders and Assets) in ZIP there error window appeared I saw many issues on the community forum  about this, but.. when Adobe could make it really working - not only "on the paper"

 HelloPrior to that I already had Adobe Cloud on my laptop, but the screen was lagging and couldn't run it with every attempt, therefore I did all the below solutions:1- Delete and re-install (Now it won't even pass 1% installation)2- I deleted my anti-virus program.3. I tried turning off windows defender firewall (nothing changed)4. Shut down and restarted the comupter million times. But since I can't enter some adobe links (such as https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/photoshop) I figured out that the adobe cloud services are blocked and I don't know how to make it work, I'm not that good with computers therefore I'm not sure if I have followed some of the solutions correctly on the internet such as how to allow a website through command prompt, I kept copying and pasting adobe links blindly not knowing whether how it's actually working and nothing changed. Please help me I desperatly need to work on Photoshop asap. 

So with the changes to Adobe's Creative Cloud, I decided to start organizing my files and move them to Creative Cloud, this includes jpg, png, photoshop, and illustrator files. The problem I'm experiencing is that sometimes when I upload a file into creative cloud it'll say "file type not supported unable to upload" and the error message will pop for my jpg, png, photoshop, and illustrator files when I try to upload. Some of my files have successfully uploaded while others have not. Has anyone else experienced this as well and if so how'd you fix it?

Buenos días a toda la comunidad.Sigo molesto por la falta de herramientas tradicionales de manipulación de archivos en algunas aplicaciones de Adobe. Hoy entré en el Creative Cloud, en la sección Archivos. Tenía siete archivos allí y quería borrarlos todos. No hay herramienta de selección por caja, no hay una opción de seleccionar todos los archivos. No puedo creer que hayan incorporado la inteligencia artificial en casi todos los programas y no tengan herramientas de selección de archivos que están disponibles en todos los administradores de archivos del mundo desde hace más de treinta años. Lo más básico de lo básico: dibujar una caja con el mouse para seleccionar archivos para manejarlos en grupo. No puedo creer que Adobe siga forzando al usuario a tocar uno por uno cada archivo para integrarlo en una selección.Por favor ayuden al usuario a bajar significativamente la cantidad de clics que debe hacer. 

New to CC after hanging on to CS6 forever. My expereince with cloud file management is pretty horrible so far: So there is Creative Cloud Files and Cloud Documents which took a while to work out the difference even after reading the documentation several times. The word "File" is synonomous with "Document" why does Adobe think this naming is in any way helpful. Why are they two completely different things anyway? Surely they should be integrated. Who wants to keep their project files spread accross two different systems?The experience for cloud saving is different in every app, different UI and different features. There seems to be no way to view/create Cloud Document folders for example in Adobe XD, just one long mess of a list, growing by the day. In Photoshop I eventually found a randomly placed button for Cloud Documents in the open/save dialogue boxes. I can create folders from here but I can't see any files in a folder that arn't photoshop files.I think Cloud Documents is me

Hi, Our enterprise account was deleted out of the blue for fraudulent reasons stating: "our fraud prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning your Creative Cloud All Apps subscription". The account consisted of several adobe license and 1 crective cloud license. Everything was purchased under Adobe directly. The Creative Cloud License wasn't shared with anyone and I was the sole user for it. I've already talked to support and there is nothing they can do. I've lost all my files on the cloud. While this is a hard-learned lesson to back things up with Adobe, I'd never expected a platform to just delete everything without notifying a user and giving them a chance to justify. Would you guys be able to help me clarify what could be the fraudulent activity? Support wasn't able to go into more details for security reasons.
