Hello,I have tried to find the answer to this before but failed. I have a large number of photo files that I backup to a portable hard drive but I also want to back them up to Creative Cloud without leaving copies on my computer. I would like the sync function from my hard drive but I don't need that extra folder taking up space on my computer or portable hard drive.  Is there a way to do this?So very very grateful for any help. Thanks so much, Brenda

Hello Adobe Community,    I where editing on Adobe Portfolio now, and where to upload photos to the picture grid option and felt a bit perplexed as I where to edit the size of the image within the grid, as the option parameter to determine each individual picture size within the grid where no longer there; The slider-button to "zoom" within the grid is absent in both Chrome and Firefox.   At first I tried to use the browsers zoom ability to see if the parameter where just beyond the frame of the browser or just down below somewhere, but this was not the case. Is this button / parameter been taken "away" or is it a technical glitch?    I would like to have it back as I pay good money for this, and since I thought this was a nifty feature as it made the experience of Adobe Portfolio a bit easier in terms of marketing and showcasing.                                  I uploaded a

Help! I have a Portfolio website that I was able to edit just fine until last week, when my school had to renew their Adobe Creative Cloud license. They did so, and I can log into Creative Cloud and use my CC apps as before, no problem. And my Portfolio website is still live--but I can no longer access it, or my Behance page, in order to edit it! I've logged in and out of CC many times, no luck. How can I get access once again to my existing Portfolio website??Thank you for any help you can offer (I am kind of frantic about this right now).

I got an email today announcing  Files saved to Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer will no longer automatically sync with assets.adobe.com. This is the only way I can sync work from a personal workstation to my work computer.  Does this mean that we will no longer be able to use the Creative Cloud Files as a mechanism to do that starting February 1, 2024.  How does this "modernize the Creative Cloud storage experience"? Our company does not allow access to USB ports, I can't just copy from an external drive. The only way we can sync our work is via cloud storage. Hi Community,I have a plan for all apps, and even though I have the apps that I need installed on my computer and have been using them without problem for months, in the 'All Apps' section in CC, it is now saying on the button next to the app which should say 'Open' is now saying 'Try' and 'Buy now' for a few such as Ai and Ae. Please help.

I want to propose the idea/feature to be able to duplicate sites in Adobe Portfolio. This would save so much time for people applying to jobs requiring tweaks for different portfolios. For example, if I want to apply to 2  jobs in design that have different requirements, I can duplicate one site so that I don't have to start over. Does anyone else feel like this would help them?

Hello. The folders of some users on my account are going to their trash in the computer without them moving the files. This has constantly been happening. They can still see the folder on Adobe's website. Also, when I remove them from the folders on the website and then add them again, the folders reappear, but after a few minutes, they are moved to the trash bin again. It is not a very pleasant situation. Any clues? 

Buonasera a tutti, vorrei sapere, secondo voi é giusto che continuo a pagare un abbonamento anche se le app non sono più aggiornabili con il mio mac?Non lo trovo tanto giusto, se un app non può più essere aggiornata causa Adobe, mi sembrerebbe più giusto continuarla ad usare ma gratuitamente (fino ad ora ho sempre pagato l'abbonamento mensile). Addirittura mi sono trovato a pagare un abbonamento anche se Lighroom, molti anni fa, lo avevo comprato per intero, e già questo mi aveva dato fastidio, ma adesso pagare un abbonamento anche se le app non si aggiornano più mi sembra eccessivo.(allego screenshot fatto oggi) Grazie, ciao

Bom dia , está aparecendo no app uma mensagem que o app seria atualizado a 00:14 porém já faz dias e não sai . Já atualizei o app mas continua . O que fazer ?

I'm one of 6 team members that collaborately use Creative Cloud (CC) to work on and store files. All the files from the CC were moved to my trash, however I was the only one this happened to. Does anyone know why that may be? Luckily I still have the files in my trash and can move them if needed, however I don't want to duplicate files for the other team members.

I've tried signing out and signing in again so I can change profiles. It won't allow me to sign out on ps - but will allow me to sign out and sign in on another profile on creative cloud. Please help! I have no access to files. Thanks!

Hello, It seems like Adobe Portfolio uses a data tag for Google Analytics which is now defunct. May I have some advice or assistance upgrading my tag to Google Analytics 4? It seems I need to add a tag to" every page of your website, immediately after the <head> element. Don’t add more than one Google tag to each page."
