I have been speaking to Adobe customer service since February about an Adobe CC data breach, but without being rude, I am getting nowhere fast with them.   When I go into the user folder on my Mac, there is a folder that has been created by an Adobe employee, called:   <adobe email removed - kglad>   <user name, email and phone # removed - kglad>   <adobe email removed - kglad> I have never created this folder or saved any of the files in there. It is clearly an Adobe employee, some of the files discuss technical escalation protocol and things like that. These files have been saved on my Mac without my knowledge and clearly represent a breach of Adobe protocol. Before I seek some external legal advice, I wanted to get a response from Adobe support but they literally take weeks to reply and since I have been speaking to them since February I am getting nowhere fast, has anyone else had a data breach like this or could offer any advice as A

App was uninstalled awhile back but keeps asking "Creative cloud content manager wants to use the "local items" keychain." How do you fully remove this app??

Thousands of my personal  files stolen by bad actors at Adobe and removed from my computer and placed in the cloud. Many of thhe files had the contents deleted, and just blank pages remained for me to download. I paid thousands for this consultation with a doctor, and her wellness plan and supplement list were erased... I have lost so much valuable information...This morning noticed my Will and Advance Directives are gone...That also cost me a pretty penny to have done...How can they let people who do these kind of things to customers work there??  Beware!! Hi 😊I would like to remove the Creative Cloud Files folder on my mac, but only locally without deleting or affecting the files synced to the cloud. I logged in with someone else's creative cloud account and before I could disable the sync it had created a Creative Cloud Files folder on my mac. Now that I've logged out of their account, is it safe to delete the folder on my mac without it risking deleting their online files? (I've even uninstalled Creative Cloud, but the files folder is still on my mac.) And if I were to ever log into their account again, would the sync then delete the files online that I've deleted on my mac locally?  Thank you so much in advance

Hello, I believe I'm having an issue with my Cloud Storage. I have recently reinstalled Lr an Ps after after being absent for some time. I found out in my Adobe Desktop app that my Cloud Storage with a capacity of 40Gb, is full. It says '142 Gb of 40Gb' used. I don't have 142 Gb of files stored anywhere in the cloud.In the Desktop App, under files, there is nothing. In the Lr on the Web, nothing. All is empty. I do have 5759 Sync Issues reported.I tried resyncing on my Desktop to an empty folder. But nothing changes. I have now turned off sync on my Desktop App. I have read this article and a few others. hi,i may have forgotten how to do this, i've searched online and can't find a solution.i've clicked on the '+' but a grid is not an option.i recently went to update my adobe protfolio after a long time and noticed I can seem to add phot grids to my existing page.i'm running OS10.15.7 and using firefox 112.02.here's a screen shot of the dialogue window.i'm grateful for any help.thank you.

In the last few days my CC only shows the loading screen when I open it (Screenshot) (Translation: The loading of Adobe needs longer than ususal).I tried everything I found from Adobe and the Community:Uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative CloudUsing the CleanerRepairing all Visual C++ FilesDeleting every other Adobe ProgrammDeleting everything in the OOBE FolderI know that the Problem hasn't really been fixed for years, but I hope, anyone found a solution I didn't mention which works. 

Hi, I have the creative cloud app installed on my Mac, in the Menubar icon it shows the blue arrows which after a Google search tells me "New files or files that have been edited have an icon with blue arrows to indicate that they are currently pending a sync." when I click on the menu bar icon and open the creative cloud app then click the cloud icon top right I see a green tick and it says "File Syncing up to date" Not a huge problem but as a newbie I'm wondering if this is normal? I have Lightroom, Lightroom Classic and Photoshop installed, but I haven't opened Photoshop yet, when I open Lightroom and Lightroom Classic they both show the green tick and say all files are up to date.  Menu Bar Icon   Creative Cloud App

Problem: when shift key is pressed, scroll speed (using scroll wheel or scroll function with apple magic mouse) is turbo boosted making working difficult. on mac the problem is less severe.Platforms: Macos 12.6.5, windows 10 using PC scrollwheel mouse and/or Apple Magic Mouse.Problem only occurs only within Adobe apps. Windows and Mac Os apps do not show this problem.

Hello, I am unable to open any Adobe Creative Cloud app. When I click "Open", the app will start normally, but when the proccess is done, it will open for a split second, then close wihtout a trace. I reinstalled all my apps, including Creatie Cloud itself, restarted my PC dozens of times, but it seems nothing works. It's even weirded, because I used to open all apps on my PC before without any problems. I attached a clip of me opening Premiere Pro with the problem present (I'm using Polish version of CC, the "Otwórz" means "Open" in English). Please help me, I will be forever thakful :]

I'm an Adobe customer (LOVE it) and recall that a couple of months ago I got some kind of messaging from Creative Cloud (came automatically with my package) that said something about accessing my computer. I remember that it made me a bit uncomfortable, and I didn't fully understand it. Took a snapshot. Put it to the side. Now I can't find the screenshot with the message from the system(of course!  LOL). I never really use Creative Cloud, more just Adobe for PDF work for the moment. Cloud used to open automatically every day (slightly annoying). I was able to adjust that but am wondering if any of this is something about any of you might be aware. In other words, how can I best access Cloud to see settings to just make sure that all of everything is OFF? Please advise when you can. Thank you! 

I have been trying and searching for a couple of hours on how I can contact Adobe support + change my country on my account to purchase subscriptions. I am Canadian, but was living in the USA for around 6 months so had an american card on my account. I no longer use this card. Now I am trying to update my payment - which I am unable to do because it is asking me for $19.99 but I can't pay that until I switch to my Canadian card. Tried accessing the help center, which said I could get into contact with a real person with no luck. Very frustrated at this point.

Are there any legal rights or terms of service in place to ensure that businesses won't lose their data and backups? Hello Everyone, I am having some problems in using the API. 1. I am trying to get the Creative Cloud Assets' data using API. And I am able to get the basic info about the assets using {{baseUrl}}/api/v1/libraries/{{library_id}}/elements?selector=default. However, to get the description, I need to use Selector = details. And I got 401 error. Do I need additional scope or do I need to add a certain API to my application? 2. The documentation on how to update an element is incomplete it seems. The path below is supposed to update the elements. However the documentation just says you have to pass string of element ids. What do I need to do to update a specific field like description or name of an element?https://cc-libraries.adobe.io/api/v1/libraries/{libraryId}/elements/metadata

I am really confused as to why my .psd files I am working on photshop/fresco iPad apps are not showing on my mac. I assume this should be syncing to my mac, correct? My folder structure in Finder (/Users/Name/Creative Cloud Files):_Cloud documents.webloc1xAdobe It is showing a completely different folder structure when I go view the .PSD files through creative cloud (either on https://assets.adobe.com/ or via the app).How could this be?I guess my question is, is this a bug, sloppy functionality, or just user error? It would be nice to sync my .psd files like I would with dropbox, where it shows them in finder. Is this possible?
