I'm wondering about if I can download the adobe apps on my laptop

I have a key for photoshop and there is no were i can put it in   Title Edited... Moderator

is it Surface Pro 9 (SQ® 3/5G): compatible with Adobe

I require illustrator 2024 or potentially 2023 in order to use Cutting Master 4 as 5 doesn't seem to work for my setup. Apparently Ver.4.90 works on 2024 but I am unsure of this. Please can I have access to a stable 2024 and 2023 version of illustrator? I still plan to use the latest version of illustrator for everything else except cutting vinyl so hopefully I can have both on my PC?

In 2011 heb ik de Adobe CS5 web premium gekocht en er jaren goed mee kunnen werken. Nu in 2025 heb ik een andere computer gekocht en mijn oude leeggemaakt en weggedaan. Ik heb mijn legale versie van Photoshop opnieuw geinstalleerd op mijn nieuwe computer maar nu vraagt hij om een proefversie en de meegeleverde codes herkent hij niet meer.  Hoe los ik dit op? Groeten,Arno

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask my question.  Here's my problem: I found my old Photoshop Elements 13 CD and installed it on my PC, but now the program tells me I've activated my license key on too many devices.I no longer have access to my old PC. I've already checked my account under "activated devices," but there are no devices listed.  Despite this, the program still tells me I've activated too many devices.  Unfortunately, I can't speak to any human support staff because I don't have an active subscription. I also haven't found an email address for support.  Can anyone help me?

I have just bought a new iMac 2024 and had adobe elements 13 ( bought as a one off payment) on my previous iMac (2011). Despite a migration across,  the adobe didn't transfer. I don't want to buy a new elements subscription as all I need is the basic 13, I was used to. I now have thousands of photos on my new computer from my EOS camera which cannot be opened in Apple photos, so need either my old application ( which I doubt I can get) or something other than the latest Elements, which isn't cheap. Any advice please? Thankyou 

Hello Adobe Support I am unable to install or use any Adobe Creative Cloud applications on my Mac running macOS Tahoe 26.1. Only Adobe PDF Creator works — all other Adobe apps and the Creative Cloud Desktop App fail to install or launch.When I try to install Creative Cloud, I always get the following error:“Creative Cloud installation failed. I have the 11.99/month subscription plan which is suppose to include LrC. When I go into Adobe Creative Studio I ccan download LR but not LrC. If I click on the buy option for LrC and pick the 11.99 plan it tells me I'm already on the plan (which is true). I've tried signing out and back in but still do not have the option to download this. How can I get this?

Hello Adobe Community, I’m having trouble updating Lightroom Classic.I have an active annual subscription, but I’m still stuck with the 2023 version of Lightroom Classic on a MacBook Pro 2017.  When I try to update via Creative Cloud, I get the following message:"You don’t have access to manage apps. You might need permission from your IT administrator to manage apps."Could someone help me fix this issue? Thanks in advance for your support!

I have successfully installed photoshop elements 2026... Can I uninstall the previous 2019 version? I note the two installations are significantly different in size! 

I started a free trial, when I am trying to cancel before I get charged it wont load the data? I have been refreshing and trying different stuff for more then 30 minutes??

I have Photoshop v 27.1.0.  in a Thinkpad with Windows 11.  During installtion I mistakenly got all menues in Norwegian. I find many descriptions on how to swap language, but I don't find the path in this Photoshop version. How can I accomplish this?

Ich habe Acrobat 2020 Classic in Windows 11 installiert und auf die neuste Version geupdatet. Bei der Anmeldung über das sich im Browser öffnende Fenster wird die E-Mail-Adresse akzeptiert, nach der Passwort-Eingabe friert das Fenster dauerhaft ein. Die Konto-Anmeldung auf der Adobe-Webseite funktioniert hingegen tadellos. Vor ca. 6 Monaten existierte dieses Problem noch nicht. Andere Virenscanner oder Firewalls als die von Windows sind nicht installiert. I installed Acrobat 2020 Classic in Windows 11 and updated it to the latest version. When logging in via the window that opens in the browser, the email address is accepted, but after entering the password, the window freezes permanently. However, logging into my account on the Adobe website works perfectly. This problem did not exist about 6 months ago. I do not have any virus scanners or firewalls other than those provided by Windows installed.

I'm having trouble updating Creative Cloud. It's stuck at 0% and I can't update the application or log out of my account. I've tried restarting my computer and changing my network. How can I fix this?

I am getting my two Creative Suite 6 perpetual licenses in order -- across four Macs -- in preparation for product End of Life. Today I got through Adobe Chat to a support agent -- she wrote the CS6 activation servers were still running to Deactivate and Activate CS6 and I should have no server problems deactivating one Mac and Activating it on another. CAN ANYONE CONFIRM OR DENY THIS INFORMATION -- it's a fair amount of time amoung other concerns. I have all dowloads, updaters, macOS, hardware in order (running 2019 iMacs, and 2012 MacBook Pros on Mojave 10.14.6 )...

Hi everyone, problem is in the title. The phrase might not be 100 percent correct as it was translated from German (Die Zeitbeschränkung für die Aktivierung von Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard wurde überschritten. Diese Seriennummer wurde bereits auf zwei Computern installiert). This came completely out of nowhere. Iirc the suite is installed on the computer I've been working with for several years only, two devices at max (I got two licenses, don't know if this is standard). I cannot deactivate the suite but I doubt it would solve the problem anyways as there was no attempt to install it on a second (or third) device. I haven't made any other significant changes to the computer either. What do I do now?

Is there any way that i can download an older version of Premiere Pro? The system says that i need the AVX2 ... so basically i have to buy a new computer? How can i downoad an older version of Premiere, it doesen't show any options for me, it says that my system is incompatible. 

Hi, I am attempting to install Adobe Acrobat Pro on my new PC after not using it for some time after switching PCs. My current license is for Acrobat Professional, issued in July of 2022. It was obtained through a transfer of license. However, when I attempt to enter my serial number, I receive the message that The serial number you have entered has been revoked. This product cannot be licensed. Please click here to resolve this issue. Clicking "here" sends me to a page prompting me to simply buy a new license, but my product is still registered to me on my Adobe account. How do I resolve this?

I do NOT want to install Creative Cloud on my C there literally is no space on C! Paying so much money for a program and not being able to choose the drive I install it on is not acceptable. Either make this happen or refund my money back.

How do I install Adobe Acrobat X Standard on my new Windows 11 PC?   I have uninstalled it on my old one but I get error messages when I try to install it on the new PC.   I cannot even reinstall it on the old PC now .Can anyone help? Thanksian_6691

I have purchased adobe Acrobat pro 11.0 and it was a one time purchase. I installed it on my old computers. I have dleted this software from the old ones and installed it on my new one but having trouble registering it. While registering when I type in all the required informatoin it keeps working and doesn't register my product with Adobe. I need help in registering my software and I need activation count reset for this program so that I can install this software on my new computers.   [Moved from the Using the Community forum, which is the forum for issues using the forums by moderator]

Updating adobe apps will make my old pc slower? Can I use the most recomended apps to my pc and not the last versions? how do I know the most recommended versions? Thanks,

Can Adobe reset the computer activation for my perpeutal license? I no longer have access to the computers I installed it on, I reimaged my device so there's no going back and "Signing out of it" It also doesn't pull up on my account in registered devices for the account I used to activate my original licensed. Not sure how they are keeping track but I have the reciepts to show for it. Anyone have any luck getting it reset?
