Questions

I bought a new laptop and installed my copy of Photoshop CS Extended on it.  When I went to activate it, it told me I needed to deactivate the old copy first, so I did so.  Now ithe progrm is telling me the serial number is invalid.  Basically, it had me destroy a working copy and now will not allow me to activate the new copy. The tech support the message links to is all about illegal copies verssus genuine.  I have a genuine copy, I just need the serial number to work. As I was in the middle of a project, I would appreciate assistance with this matter.

I had to put in a new hard drive on one of our mac mini 10.10 computers.I was told by Adobe support they have stopped supporting CS6 so there is no option to activate the software.Any suggestions? ThanksDavid

Hi , I have a problem. On my Windows 11 can not run adobe creative cloud. I have tried many times to reinstall and nothing. I also uploaded the latest java libraries and still the same... Can you help me?

Hello, Here a question about installation. How does the concept work?I have to pay an amount every month for using the program.And then:I download the program to my computer and do my work from there or do I log in and I work in the program on the server from adobe or the cloud?And to save files? Can I save them on my own computer, or do I have to save them in the cloud? Thanks. 

Hi Everyone, I am trying to cancel my Adobe CC subscription, when I click on “Manage Plan” it asks me to “Adobe Store”, and from there I can not cancel. I wanted to use only Photoshop and Illustrator. I tried the free trial and when I went to cancel they said I'd be charged $80+ in cancellation fees. Some overseas chat person just kept offering discounts to continue the service. I want to cancel but do not agree to the cancellation fee. I never agreed to pay a cancellation fee if I didn't cancel the trial within a certain them. I just want to cancel the subscription and not pay the cancellation fee that I never agreed to. Can Adobe please take care of this.

Hello,  I just subscribed to and paid for the "Photography subscription (20GB)". I got this subscription specifically for access to Lightroom Classic, which is showing as one of the available apps in the subscription overview. However when I go to apps section to download it, then it only appear with buttons "Try" and "Buy" instead of "Install".   Any help would be appreciated.   Kr,Patrik 

I had a HDD failure and am not able to reinstall CS6 Standard. I have it installed on a second Mac but I only use one at a time. I sadly installed CS 5.5 but cannot get the updates due to formerly having CS6 installed. I have spent days trying what Adobe tells me but I always wind up with "Your serial number has expired." Additionally tells me that my software is not genuine.  I own ALL versions of Pagemaker and Creative Suite and they were all registered but do no longer show up on my account.I have used every version (and still have all of the purchased and registered Creative Suite versions here in boxes filling my closet since I first used Pagemaker in 1993. I did purchase Adobe Elements 2022 that runs on my Mac mini with Monterey. However it is little use to me as a desktop publisher for non-profit organizations. I cannot pay monthly as I am 80 years old and living on social securty.

It says i have a download error, and every time i download it says the same thing

I want to uninstall Adobe CS4 and Lightroom, as they are no longer compatible with my new iMac M1. However, the system tells me all the uninstallers "need to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with the version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information." I am running macOS Monterey 12.2.1. How do I ask the developer to update the unistallers? Can anyone please advise?https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208436 Thanks.

Today I tried to cancel both my CC and Stock subscriptions. I haven't used CC since I graduated and I haven't used Stock at all since the end of the trial, nor was I even aware that I was paying for it. I tried to live chat with customer services and now I'm seeing why there are so many posts on the forums regarding cancellations... because Adobe's customer service is appalling and useless. All the rep did during my conversation was constantly try and offer payment breaks, all the way up to three months. Every time, I repeatedly stated that I wasn't interested and that I wanted both cancelled and a refund on the Stock subscription as I haven't used it. Then, the rep had the nerve to try and lodge a cancellation fee on me as I was cancelling early. I've had Adobe CC for over three years and I didn't even want Stock!!  I have used CC for the three years I have been at University and now no longer need to use the software. Hello, I've recently updated my indesign to the new Indesign 2021 but I need my old Indesign 2018 for all my plug ins to work. I've been to https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html and it doesn't has it. The creative cloud app also doesn't have.Where can I find it? 

Is it normal I have also "adobe creative cloud desktop" installed when I have only installed the products "photoshop elements 2021" en "premiere elements 2021"? Or can I uninstall it?The problem is I cannot run the CC app: when I start it, it tries it tries to update and that fails with the error 214 (download problem?)I've already tried to install a new downloaded setup of CC desktop but the installation fails also with the same error after some % download progress. 

I have Adobe CS3. My old computer crashed after 10 years and computer repair was unable to fix the hard drive.     I tried to install CS3 again. After installing the disc's and putting the serial number, it says activate now, but then it says unable to connect.   Please let me know if it's possible to get a new serial number or bypass the activate now page   I treasure CS3 it is Ana amazing product and my business needs this program immediately so I can get patent publications made

I've got a full CC account through my employer but also a Photography Plan for my personal photography projects.Switching between the accounts is always a hassle. If it was just signing in and out with a password it would be fine but the mailing with verification codes really slows everything down. Mail always take a minute or two to be sent. Should be a way to just use password login.Dowloaded the Adobe Account Access app but it seems that it only works with one of the accounts. So when switching back I still need to wait for the verification code to be mailed.Can you have both accounts connected to the app? That would really help a lot.Or just skip it all together and login once with both accounts in the CC app and then just click "Switch Account"

I just upgraded Photoshop Elements for versiion 16 to version 20. Can I use my old license to install verion 16 on my grandson's computer? Thanks

Hi,I downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud installer and when I launched it, the installation bar went from 4% to 100% then randomly closed without actually installing the app. 

Unable to subscribe for Adobe Photoshop on my MacBook Instead I took it for iPadThe features I need for photoshop are in the desktop version but my card is not getting accepted for the MacBook version! I would appreciate if I get the solution to get my adobe photoshop on MacBook

Once Adobe's support for Windows 7 ended, I cannot uninstall any Adobe CC apps. Not the Creative Cloud app, not any of the individual apps, nothing. To paraphrase Samuel L. Jackson in "Snakes on a Plane" (the family-safe broadcast TV version) I just get a "can't find the Monday Friday server" notice.So the question is, how do I uninstall Adobe CC from a machine where it will no longer run?
