I just started a 7 day trial of Adobe XD and it won't install. It gives this message. The application “XD Installer” can’t be opened. I am on a new MacBook Pro with M1 Max and Monterrey. Can anyone help? Mike    

Hallo zusammen,bei der Installation von CC 21 wurde ich gefragt, ob ich die alte Version löschen will. Ich habe auf ja geklickt. Nun ist mir aber aufgefallen, dass in den AppDatas bei den Roaming Dateien noch die Version 2020, die Version 2021 und ebenso die alte Version von der Bridge vorhanden sind. Bitte können bzw. sollen diese gelöscht werden und zwar deinstallieren oder mit der Systemsteuerung? Die Ordner haben im übrigen jeweils über 2 GB.Danke für Eure Antwort und mfG Marianne

Hi,I've just purchased a new PC with clean Win 10 installation.After completing the Creative Cloud desktop application installation it starts the automatic update process that reaches 30% and stacks there.I tried to uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop application and reinstall it back but it didn't help.Then I uninstalled it and installed Photoshop using the Photoshop Installer (without installing Creative Cloud application first). In this case, the Photoshop was downloaded and installed successfully, as well as Creative Cloud desktop application. The update process in Creative Cloud application then started and reached 91%.I tried to uninstall Adobe products using the Adobe Cleaner tool and remove all the related files and folders but got the same results as above.This is clean Win 10 pro installation and I didn't install any antivirus or firewall yet.Any help will be highly appreciated!

Hello,Last week I got latest versions of Lightroom and Photoshop using Creative Cloud app.At the end of the week I had to restore windows because of an issue with my graphic tablet.Now when I start Creative Cloud app, it is displayed there is no update for Lightroom and Photoshop although there are in an older version due to the windows restoration.How can I get the latest versions ?Thaks for you help.Regards

sorry if i am a bit rude now, but i am realy pissed off.. downloadprograms never been seriously and never worked well as a download in a browser... so i try since houres to install the creativ cloud and get allways the message "no connection to creativ server" the status page say the server is online and my internet also is well so whats happend.. i need to work not to wait this fffff download works

When using Adobe Portfolio text boxes there is always loads of excess space after the last line of type. I have looked in the text box settings and online for a solution but can't seem to find a way to remove the excess space. Is there a way to remove the space so that the gap between the last line of type and the bottom of the web page isn't so large? 

I am hoping that someone can help me on this forum because Chat Support couldn't solve the problem. I tried to re-install CS6 Design standard from the DVD I bought years ago on an older Mac with OS 10.11.6I did this because I need an older program that isn't supported anymore on the new versions that I normally use. When I launch Photoshop, the application manager is activated and tries to validate my serial number. Then I get a window saying that I must be online. So it thinks I'm offline but I am not.  The links in the window are going nowhere. I contacted Adobe and they sent me an email with instructions. I followed them all but with no result. - I have access tot the Adobe activation servers. A test was succesful.- I ran the limited access repair tool but 0 files were reset. - I opened the host file manually but there was no Adobe related entry.- I can access secure sites without any problem. - The global sign Root CA certificate is enabled and va

Hi I was hoping for help,I have tried every possible solution on the discussion page that I can find to fix the loading screen on creative cloud but nothing is solving my issue, I am at my wits end as I used to use the Adobe software almost daily for university. Everything worked fine until about a month ago but I tried moving the installation files to another drive and after that it wouldnt run. Ive tried:- The clean up tool- Deleting the AppData- Doing a fresh install (doing the whole restart business too)- Repairing through control panel- Amending certificates- Deleting the host files in System32- Creating another user and installing the software via that- Running CC through administrator If anyone has any other solutions that may fix the issue, it would be great because at this point I'm paying for software that is unusable and only causing me stress.

Adobe claims to support Macs M1 natively for some products, but all available packages at https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop  have the dependency on Rosetta (Installer app is an intel binary). Even some alternative links from support points to packages with intel binaries. So, how to install Adobe app without Rosetta on Apple silicon Macs?    

Hi,Last friday I bought a laptop and installed my Lightroom C6 on it. Because I was not satisfied with that laptop, I deleted LR6 and returned it to the shop.I bought another laptop. On that other laptop I installed LR6 and then there was a message that the limit of active computers was reached. I think this is caused by not deactivating LR6 on the laptop I returned. I then did not know I had to do that. Can you please help me?

I have an account that belongs to my employee, but it's used by me. They are closing down and will not be renewing the CC plan. Now that I'm changing work places I need to migrate all the content I have on that plan to a new plan that my new employee have. The content is mostly generic and I will utilize it in future work as well. All the shared files in my CC workplace. All the library files, the shared prototype files, the design specs, the Adobe fonts that I have cherry picked and activated etc. So how do I do that?

I use the full suite of ACC on desktop with windows system. Now, I want to use it on my laptop Mac, but it doesn't allow me to do so. Is it because it is a different OS?Should I buy another suscription to be able to install it on Mac?Appreciate any help. Regards!

I'm running the Creative Cloud, latest versions of everything, on a new iMac with Apple silicon and 16 gigs of memory. I notice more memory pressure than with my old Intel model, though it doesn't seem to affect performance. In looking into what might be driving high memory use I see that Adobe CEF Helper uses 2.88 gigs of VM compressed memory. Is that normal or a lot?  It's using very little CPU though, a problem I see other people have had. Doug

I'm running my CS5.5 on a very old computer which I'm taking out of service, and need to move it to a new computer. Unfortunately I can no longer find my original discs. I thought I was able to download the software using the serial number but I can't seem to make that work. Tech support chat told me to ask in these forums.  Thanks!
