Here is a screenshot of the windows pop-up error message appearing anytime (every 10 minutes non-stop) since I installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Free version (directly from the Microsoft Store) on my Windows 10 Pro 64 bit version 22H2 (as local admin, personal computer).Translation from french:“FullTrustNotifier.exe - incorrect image - C:\Windows\System32\AppContracts.dll is not ment to run under Windows or contains an error.  Install the application again with the help of the genuine installation support or contact your sysadmin or the software editor to obtain support.  Status of the error: 0xc000012f.”Is this error known and what am I supposed to do to make it disappear?Thank you for your support!

I've just noticed Photoshop has disappeared from my installed apps, if I scroll down to all the apps it says 'install' for Photoshop. It is already installed and I still use it but according to Creative Cloud it is not installed? 

I have a serial number for my adobe acrobat 9 pro which is not active and so the program will no longer work.  It was fine last week but now says I have a licensing problem.  Help!

recently had a new hard drive added to my computer. Unfortuntely I lost my Adobe Photoshop CS6 program. I want to reinstall it on my computer and need the full serial number. Adobe is supplying the serial number less the last four numbers. I need these numbers to  do the reinstall. I am told that these numbers are hidden somewhere. Anyone who knows how to find them please share the answer with me. 

I have 2 licenses on 1 account. I am using 2 computers with Adobe Acrobat Pro. When I try to open Acrobat on a 3rd or 4th computer I get the message that I have reached my limit with 2 computers. Does not let me use my second license.  Only 2 computers show up in use. The second license is showing but I still am not able to use the second license. I just purchased the second license a week ago.  It shows payment was received for each of the 2 licenses, but I’m still not able to run Acrobat Pro on anything other than the 2 original computers in use.  I want to use it on 2 new computers without having to deactivate it on the original 2 and activate it on the 2 new computers. Hence the reason for purchasing a second license.

Photoshop 11 was uninstalled from my Windows PC some time ago.  I therefore purchased and down loaded PS Elements 2027.  Following apparent installation the appm opened but all function potions were greyed out and non operable.How do I get it usable - have I missed something?

We bought and downloaded the non-subscription version of Acrobat Pro 2024.  We have been unable to activate it and NO help from the support chat teams.  Worse, they tried to upsell us!  We really just need to get this activated.  Apparently it's a one-time activation, but nobody at Adobe has been able to figure it out.  Although it shows we bought it last month in our invoices, it doesn't show in our products.  Has anyone been able to activiate this product (again, this is the download with 3-year term product)? Thank you...p.s., helping my 85 year old dad with getting this done and it's VERY frustrating.

When I try and change the email address on my Adobe ID I get this message:  "Your account changes couldn't be saved."   No explanation of why they can't be saved or what action I need to take.    Could you let me know why I can't change my main email address and how to fix this?  Thank you.

Hi, I need to reset the activation count for Adobe CS 5.5 Design Premium.The old computer is not available anymore, so I cannot deactivate it.Please help me.

I own a legitimate Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Student and Teacher Edition perpetual license, purchased directly from Adobe in 2014 and still registered in my Adobe account.I downloaded the original installer from my Adobe account, successfully installed Acrobat XI Pro and updated it to version 11.0.23.The serial number is accepted, but activation fails with the message:“The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers.”The computers originally used more than ten years ago no longer exist, so it is impossible to deactivate those installations locally.Adobe Virtual Assistant has confirmed that chat support is no longer available because Acrobat XI is discontinued.Is there any remaining way for Adobe to release an orphaned activation or reset the activation count for this legitimate registered license?I can provide proof of purchase and the serial number privately if required.

This happened to me two weeks ago. My Windows 11 laptop suddenly became unbootable. After restoring the computer from a bootable usb drive and installing windows, I’m unable to fully install and register Photoshop. It says I must first unregister another copy of Photoshop. That is impossible.I’ve tried live chat. Eventually I got a person. They said they would email me with a reply. This never happened.Does anyone have a solution to this problem? It can’t be that rare. Thanks.

I just changed to a new laptop. I had Acrobat 11 on the laptop so installed it on the new one and de-activated my copy on the new laptop so need it reactivating on the new laptop.After a few days I got a pop-up that the serial number is already in use on the maximum allowed computers and I need to deactivate it.I have tried deactivating but still get the message.I tried contact Adobe but just got this Thanks for following up! I just purchased Adobe Elements 2026 and was checking system requirements to ensure compatibility. I have a Dell Latitude with processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8365U. Will this be compatible?  I have a new laptop, but prefer to use this one for photo editing.

I noticed this morning that all of my Adobe apps were behaving strangley. Acrobat insisting it's not registered. Premiere refusing to load projects that used the I-frame MPEG codec. I go to the CC Desktop app and on the Apps tab it just shows blank. Under Preferences I notice it now says that future CC Desktop updates will only be available for Windows 11 and higher. Am I screwed here, or are the Adobe servers just having a prolonged hiccup?

I have a stand-alone license for Acrobat 2017, so installing it through the Adobe ID “subscription” is not an option. What do I do?

I've been at it for a few days now and still can't get it to work. the install goes to 5% instantly and then throws this error. I even went through my registry and removed everything labeled Adobe, tried to install and it's still throwing this error in my face. Before you point me to previously solved issues with the same error, I've already looked at and tried every single one on adobe's support pages.

I purchased Acrobat Pro 2024 (3 year plan). Acrobat Pro 2020 was already on my computer but I was told this would not matter for an installation. After the download was complete, I attempted to install the new app at which point it asked for permission to access other files, which I allowed. The app looked like it was going to install, but all it did was open the older version and then did nothing more. Now, I don’t know what to do in order to get the 2024 version to install. Can you help?

I am facing an issue, trying to install photoshop , after hitting run as administrator on set up file, I am getting a blank tab. Not able to download anything. Can someone help me to resolve this issue?

At midnight on 14 February I got a pop up message asking me to buy CS6 or continue my 30 day trial, which will end tonight. I'm fully expecting my CS6 software to stop working at midnight tonight. Adobe chat line officials were of no help.

Hi I recently updated my 2023 M2 Macbook Pro with Sonoma, but now my Creative Cloud app won’t open. The window comes up saying ‘Initializing Creative Cloud’, then it says ‘You were signed out of Creative Cloud. Please sign in again to continue using Adobe apps’. When I click Sign In, it just goes back to ‘Initializing Creative Cloud’ and repeats this loop. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it made no difference, people say I should uninstall every app before I do this but it seems the only way to do this is through the Creative Cloud app, which won’t open! I also installed Sonoma on my 2021 iMac but did not have this problem with Creative Cloud. Everything worked fine. Any ideas as to how to sort this problem out? Thanks Jack
